Did...Did Pink Diamond command that Pearl stayed with her or something? I'm watching the episode Space Race, and Pearl is speaking of Homeworld in a way that suggests that she misses it.

Pearl: "I'd be able to show Steven the wonders of the cosmos! And maybe, just for a second, from a distance, I could see what's been going on without me..."

I don't know, that sounds like something a Gem who misses Homeworld would say. She seems to miss it, if not only in this episode.

I mean she followed Pink into war because she LOVED her. In the end, Pearl had been by her side for thousands of years, showing her love for her as clear as day.
Then what does she do? Go and fall for a god damned human who she knew for maybe a year. Just another reason I hate Pink. That selfish brat made Pearl who she is today, the Gem everyone bashes on, it's all Pink's fault.

Why can't anyone else see this?! Why do people like Pink Diamond?! Why do they think she was he good guy?! I don't get it! She's so selfish, she just hurts those who love her!
