Natsu was chilling in his bed, doing his math homework when a knock on his dorm door rang through the air.
"I got it," Sting called out, he was waiting for his boyfriend Rouge.
"Um, Hi," Gray was at Natsu's door.
"Oh, hi, NATSU ITS FOR YOU!!" Sing sounded visibly disappointed.
"Hey, Gray," Natsu gladly stopped doing the math.
"So, um, can I come in?" Gray awkwardly suggested, he had a textbook in his hands.
"Sure," Natsu smiled at him.
Gray had no idea why his brain was focusing on his own heartbeat.
"Wait, Natsu, Don't close the door!" Rouge showed up behind Gray.
That's when sting launched up and yelled 'Rouge'in glee.
"STING WAIT, NO, NO-" Natsu knew already what was coming.
Sting tried to tackle hug Rouge, and he did, but he took Gray and Natsu down with him.
"Sting, you fucking dumbass," Natsu groaned his eyes closed, a large pressure on him.
Natsu opened his eyes, Gray was on top of him, staring at him, looked almost, frozen.
Sting was happily rubbing his face against his boyfriend's cheeks, his feet on Gray's back.
"Ummm," Gray couldn' t stop staring at Natsu's big golden eyes and thick eyelashes, he was prettier than he remembered.
"Hey, Ice Princess, so until you get off me, what can I help you with? I saw a physics book in your hands," Natsu grinned.
Gray noted that his breath smelled like cinnamon.
"Oh umm, I forgot the formulas for Torque, Impulse, and Power. Also, I don't understand the homework," Gray huffed, looking away.
"Well okay, that's easy enough, Torque's formula is T = F * r * sin(theta), Power is simply work divided by time, and impulse is F*t. I'll help you with the homework." Natsu thought that Gray smelled minty.
'Sting, can you get off me?" Gray asked.
Sting, a shipper of Gray and Natsu, had an idea.
"Yea, once you two kiss!"Sting giggled, as Rouge rolled his eyes.
Natsu made a strangled tsundere confusion noise
"What?" Gray blinked and pried his eyes off Natsu under him for only a moment
"What? I've been trying to get y'all together for years," Sting huffed, "So kissy kissy."
Natsu mumbled, "Fine."
"What?!?" Gray's voice rose two octaves.
Natsu kissed Gray on the cheek.
Gray couldn't help but be slightly disappointed.
"You didn't say where," Natsu sassed.
"Good enough," Sting let them get up, "That was really cute though."
Gray and Natsu's face looked red.
"First Erza, now you? Why do my friends ship me with my other friend? (Gray)" Natsu ran his tongue over his lip.
Gray smiled, genuinely, I guess that means he considers me a friend! Why does that make me so ambivalent? I mean we barely know each other?
ambivalent is essentially happy/sad
"You two just, it's like you two are soulmates or something!"
No that's another draft of mine called Fate is a Bitch
"Riiight. Gray, c'mon you wanted help, remember?" Natsu picked up Gray's physics book and Pulled out his physics homework from under his math homework.
Natsu looked over Gray's homework and wrote little notes in a sparkly red gel-pen about what was wrong, how to fix it and how to remember it.
While Gray glanced at Natsu's half done math homework, "That's wrong, and so is number 4,5,7, and 9."
"Oh," Natsu responded sounding a little deflated, handing Gray his physics homework.
"Thanks, Natsu," Gray looked at what Natsu wrote.
Gray pulled Natsu closer to him, and placed the math homework over the physics book and showed him how to do it.
"Oh, that's how you do it." Natsu nodded.
"Mhm, well I gotta go, but hey," Gray grabbed a sharpie that was lying around and wrote his number on Natsu's arm, "We should get to know each other!"
Natsu nodded.
Once he was gone, Natsu's only task left was to block out Sting's fanboying.
