Getting to her feet, Lucy extended her hand towards Juvia with a bright smile prominent on her lips.

"Lets go tell master about our decision"

The blue haired beauty merely nodded, before taking her friends hand.

Lucy swiftly pulled her up and allowed her warm smile to turn into a confident grin.

"I promise you. We will get stronger. Together." Lucy spoke assurently.

"Right" Juvia quietly squeeked.

She turned towards the silent and awe struck crowd.

Her grin falling into a scowl.

"Listen up Fairytail! We refuse to be neglected and pushed aside! To be regarded as weak and useless, any longer!"

"We'll teach you a lesson you won't forget! You'll see!" Her strong voice boomed through out the already silent guild hall. Demanding attention with every word.

With that, they hopped down from the stage and walked towards Makarovs wooden office door.

The croud of guild members making a path for them as they walked, parting as Moses did with the red sea.

Reaching Makarovs door, Lucy knocked a few times on it's hollow frame.

"Come in" the old mans gruff voice could be heared from the other side door.

They did as instructed and opened it. One walking in with confidence and the other timidly following from behind.

Makarov sat at his desk, boredly staring at the stack of papers in front of him

"Master, Juvia and Lucy would like to speak with you if you aren't to busy" Juvia asked as the duo stepped in front of his desk.

"Is it important?" He asked looking up at them.

The girls nodded their heads.

"Very much so"

"Then I suppose I can spare a few minutes to hear you girls out" the small man smiled tieredly at the girls as he sat down the papers and gave his full attention to his beloved children.

Lucy closed her eyes, took a deep breath and opened them once more.

"Juvia and I would like to leave the guild. " she finally said. Juvia nodded her head in agreeance.

The Master mearly looked at his children, not believing what he had just heard.

Shaking his head, a confused and non believing smile crept on to his aged face.

"I'm sorry girls, I must have heared you wrong. It sounded like you said you were leaving the guild" he softly chuckled.

"Im sorry Master but, you heared right. Lucy and Juvia will be leaving the guild, and we do apologize for bejng so sudden." Juvia spoke up.

The old man simply looks at then awe struck.

"But... But why?" Heanaged to spit out

"I-I thought you two loved it here?" Makarov asked franticly, destress now growing on his face.

"The guild... It's just not the same anymore...." Lucy began. "Nobody wants us here. Only a few still agnowledge us and are still our friends and when other guildmates even look at us , it's just pure hatred in their eyes. There is no love and compasion here...not anymore."

"This wasn't just a one time thing Master, this has been going on now for a while. And today was the final straw. I've had enough. We! Have had enough! And as Juvia said before we are really sorry for only bring going this up now but...but this is something we need to do. To get stronger and to prove our selves ." Lucy spoke with unyeilding confidence.

The Master looked at Lucy and then to Juvia. He opened his mouth to try and argue but nothing came out. Sighing the old man stood up from behind his desk and walked in front of it.

"I'm sorry you had to go through that. And your right... A guild shouldn't be filled with hatred." He signed.

"I can see that you two have made up your minds, so arguing would be pointless. I guess all I could possibly so now... Is wish you two a safe and fulfilling journey." Makarov smiled, the wrinkles on his face pulling inward.

"Thank you" Lucy smiles back as Juvia did the same.

"Show me your marks and I shall remove them"

The girls did as told and presented there marks. Lucy brought her hand forward and Juvia slightly lifted her dress hem.

With a swift wave of his child like hand, the marks we're gone leaving a bright light on there wake.

as the two looked at the now blank space, they both couldn't help but feel a slight ping in there heart. Putting a damper on bother there moods.

"It is done" Makarov said with a heavy heart. "Now just so you know, even though these marks are gone, you are still apart of this family whether you like it or not" he said with a stern look on his face.

The girls laughed and smiled. "It is much appreciated, Master Makarov" Juvia giggled.

Makarov allowed a smile to creep back onto his face.

"Now. Run along. I imagine you two have a lot of packing to do."

The two nodded and looked at each other happily. They waved goodbye, and walked back out of the door.

The guild hall had seemed to calm back down a bit and there was now light chatter happening all about the guild.

Taking a quick look around her now ex-guild, Lucy spotted Levy, Mira, Wendy, and the exceeds all sitting at the bar chatting. Her face saddened.

"What should we tell them?" Asked Juvia, seeing the blondes look of saddnes and realizing what she was looking at.

"I'm not sure....i didn't really think this far ahead" she scratched her neck.

"Should we even tell them at all? Juvia doesn't want to cause them any worry" the busty bkunnet asked.

Lucy sighed. "Mabey we should tell them later then. This gs had inky just started calming down. I don't want to start everything. Ack up again. "

"Yes, Juvia supposed you're right"

"For now, let's just leave"

They both agreeded and started walking towards the guild door, when Levy noticed the two.

"Hey guys! Where are you going?"

They looked back over at there group of friends.

"O-oh uhhhh... " Juvia stuttered looking at Lucy for some help.

"We we're just going to head home. Today has just been to much" Lucy sighed.

"Oh...well I guess well see you two tomorrow then? Wendy smiled and waved.

The girls nodded and waved back before turning avk arih d and leaving the guild.

Juvia let out a breath of relief. "Juvia, don't be so tence." Luvy smiled. "Sorry, Juvia kinda paniced"

"Dont worry about it, anyway. I think we should stop by your dorm so that you could pack your things. What do you think?"

"Yes, that should be fine" she let out a depressed sighed.

"Juvia. I know that this is going to be really hard...but believe me when I say that I'm just as scared as you are, if not maybey even more" Lucy smiled sadly.

Juvia looked at her, surprised. Just a second ago she was so confident and fearless.

"We just need to stick together and well be fine. I promise." She turned to the blhnnet and smiled greatly.

Juvia simply nodded in responce, her spirits slughy higher.

"Great! Now lets hurry up and get to your dorm before it gets dark!" Lucy giggled as she took of running.

"W-wait for Juvia! She's the one with the key! "
