thank you to the stranger in the club several years ago, who looked at me with kind brown eyes, and although we never met before and never shall again, hugged and told me how he would like to get to know me. i deleted the phone number you gave me the next day, since you told me that you stayed in my town for only a few days and would return to your home town across the world that very day. i saw no point in calling.
but i promise, to this day i still think of you and i still wonder how my life would have turned out, if i would have made that call.
