Mira's POV

As Draco heard my scream, he threw his phone onto the couch and rushed towards me.

"Draco, it hurts." I sobbed, squeezing his hand.

"Ok, calm down, angel." He said anxiously. "We are going to the hospital." He grabbed his keys and scooped me up in his arms bridal style.

The doctor checked my baby and said everything was fine. She informed me that during the first trimester, the body was preparing for the growing baby. These changes could cause cramping that would be considered normal.

After the check up, I was relieved. I was so scared that something could happen to my baby.

After the doctor had left, Draco walked in and approached me. He held my hand and placed a soft kiss on my hand and rested his hand on my stomach.

"Are you okay?" He asked, worried, rubbing my stomach.

"Yeah." I replied, giving him a reassuring smile. "I just got scared." I admitted.

"Me too." He admitted and placed a tender kiss on my forehead.

I was in my office in the company when my phone rang. I grabbed it and looked at the screen. I bit my lower lip as I saw David's name on the screen. Draco was going to talk to him these days. I was afraid of his reaction.

I took a deep breath and picked up the phone.

"Hi." I mumbled nervously.

"Hey. How are you?" He said nonchalantly.

"Fine. You?" I mumbled.

"Fine. I need to talk to you. Could we meet up?" He asked.

"Umm...Sure." I mumbled hesitantly.

"Ok, I will send you the location. See you."

"See you."

As he sent me the location, I grabbed my bag and left.

I parked my car as I arrived at the destination. I looked around, confused. There wasn't anyone here, just warehouses. I checked the location again, but it was right. I grabbed my bag and got out of the car. I opened the door and walked in.

"David?" I shouted.

The warehouse was dim and quiet. It seemed that there was no one inside. I was getting nervous.

"David!" I shouted, taking a few steps forward.

I squeezed the strap of my bag, frightened as I heard footsteps coming behind me. My heart was pounding in fear. I turned around.

"Draco?" I said, confused as I saw Draco walking towards me.

"Mira?" He gave me a puzzled look. "What are you doing here?" He asked, approaching me.

"David called me and asked me to come here. He told me that he wanted to talk." I replied.

"Me too." He informed and rubbed his forehead in suspicion.

"What?" I asked, puzzled.

He frowned and took a few steps forward while looking around. I followed him. He approached the table in the middle of the warehouse.

"Holy shit!" He exclaimed under his breath, looking at the table.

"What happened?" I asked and walked towards the table.

I gasped, covering my mouth with my hand as I saw my photos with Draco were taken on his birthday; while we were kissing in the elevator, my photos with a mask and without a mask in the hall, walking into the suite together, Draco's photo while leaving the suite the next morning and mine as well. My face turned crimson red as I looked at them.

"Good morning, angel. I had to leave urgently. Sorry. P.S. Last night was amazing. Thank you for the best night ever."

Draco and I froze immediately as we heard familiar sentences. Draco closed his eyes, cursing under his breath. Then he looked at me. I gave him a petrified look. We took deep breaths and turned around.

"Who will start first?" David asked firmly, traveling his gaze from me to Draco and vice versa.

"David, believe me we didn't know. Neither I knew it was her, nor she knew it was me. She thought it was you. The room service waiter spilled drink on my tuxedo. So I had to put on your tuxedo and mask." Draco explained. "After it, I didn't touch her. I swear. I could never do it to you." He gave David an apologetic look.

I didn't feel fine. My head was spinning. I placed my hand on the table for support, leaning against the table.

David sighed without saying anything. He ran his hand through his hair, thinking.

"Do you love me, Mira?" He asked, looking into my eyes, catching me off guard.

"I..." I mumbled, biting my lower lip nervously.

"Do you love him?" He asked, giving me a lazy smile. I looked down without saying anything.

He smirked, shaking his head. "Then, you Draco, answer me. Do you love her?"

"David... " Draco mumbled sadly.

"Ok, it is just me who is brave here. Huh?" He gave us a teasing smirk. "I am not stupid. I noticed that there was something between you a few weeks ago. I saw all your furtive glances at each other. And this note..." He shook the note in the air. "I found it in your room when you left to talk to Rose on the phone." He paused and added mischievously. "Umm... Draco, don't get jealous, because nothing has happened between us there. I just came to talk." He added mischievously. "As much as she is my fiancée, you know her better than me." David mocked.

I flushed, biting my lower lip. Draco rolled his eyes. David grinned, shaking his head in amusement.

"Then I heard Mira's voice coming in the background while we were talking on the phone. Then I came to your room to talk to you. You weren't there. I decided to find evidence. Then I found the DVD in your drawer. And I accept I could never think to find this kind of...evidence." He confessed.

I bit my lower lip shyly as I felt my cheeks turned crimson red.

"I am sorry, David." Draco apologized in guilt.

David sighed and approached us.

"We are twins, Draco. We always support and trust each other, but I think that you forgot it." Draco looked down. "Why didn't you tell me? Did you forget that we were always together. Even in the mother's womb. After birth, when they put us beside each other, we always held hands." David stated affectionately. Draco gave him a faint smile and nodded.

"Come here, my little brother." David said, smiling and opened his arms.

Draco looked at him in surprise. David hugged Draco and tapped his back. Draco hugged him back while I was staring at them, dumbfounded.

"Just twenty seconds." Draco commented, grinning as he pulled back.

"Yeah, just twenty seconds." David repeated, rolling his eyes.

"Umm..." Draco mumbled, biting his lower lip nervously and looked at me before looking at David. "David, I have to tell you something." David raised his eyebrow, intrigued. "Mira...She is pregnant." Draco confessed.
