'This rat.' I think as I stare at Jimin getting cozy with JooHyun.

After Jimin shamelessly exposed me, he promptly joined our table when his friends left to get theirs things.

I was not unaware of the fact that Jimin was one of the members who liked Red Velvet. Seeing him talk to her now, I can literally see hearts shooting out of his eyes.

Just why can I not have her alone without someone interrupting me?

I was fully aware of the fact that I no longer wanted to be just friends with her. Despite knowing how it is going to end after three more months, my whole being can't be helped but be attracted towards her.

She was exactly the type of girl I wanted to share my deepest secrets with, go to beaches, to get comforted by, to spend a majority of my time with. She might not reciprocate my feelings in the end but I wanted to make the best of it.

I rest my face in my palm, my elbow on the table, and look at her talk excitedly with Jimin.

Photos really do her no justice. She looks beautiful even in no make-up, her hair messily tied in a bun on her head, her hands tangled in her bag straps and a glint in her eyes that I found really irresistible.

These past few days has been so hard, physically and mentally, that just seeing her so close chased away all my fatigue.

When I planned to meet her today, I just wanted to spend a few minutes with her given she had free time. Learning that she was free for the whole day now, excitement filled me.

What can we do today?

An idea struck me and I took out my phone and sent a message secretly. I instantly got a reply and satisfied, I tuck my phone back in the pocket.

A smile formed on my face seeing Taemin and Kai coming back with bags hanging off their shoulders. Finally, I think, now Jimin will stop hogging her attention.

The boys quickly greeted us and tugged a reluctant a reluctant Jimin away. Had he stayed for even two more minutes, he would have definitely confessed her undying love to her.

I roll my eyes. As if I would let that happen.

She finally turned back to me and slightly blushed seeing my raised eyebrow.

"Sorry, he is funny. I couldn't have ignored him." She said sheepishly.

I nod at her and get up from my seat, collecting my things. I turn towards her to find her looking up at me. I wordlessly offer her my hand.

She tilts her head in confusion and I gesture her to take my hand. She puts her hand in mine and gets up, still confused.

"Lets get out of here before someone else decides to hog your time." I say, pulling her along to the parking lot.
