The day of Alessia's birthday party Danny and Jessica wanted to announce the pregnancy.
Unfortunately Danny's parents were not able to attend.
He decided to FaceTime them the party started.

"Hey mom!" Danny smiled.

"Hi baby! Where is the birthday girl?!"

"She's right here. Lessi, come here, love."

"Dada?" She smiles.

"Come say hi to grandma!"

Alessia giggles as she runs to her father.

"Say hi!"

"Hi!" She waves.

"Hello my gorgeous girl! Grandpa and I are so sad we're missing your party! But I promise we will make a trip up there soon!"

"Okay!" She smiled.

Danny chuckles and kisses her cheek.

"I go play, daddy!" Alessia pushes him away.

"Okay, go play." Danny chuckles and pats her bottom as she runs off.

"She's so cute!"

"I know! Jess and I make them so cute, we thought we'd go ahead and make another."

"Oh! Haha.. wait.. what?!" Zoe's eyes went wide.

Danny laughs.
"I'm gonna be a daddy again. Jess is pregnant!"

"Oh my gosh! John! John, come here! Oh Daniel, are you serious? JOHN, COME HERE!" Zoe screams.

"Hah! Yep! The rabbit died!" Danny chuckles.

"Ahhh! Another grand baby!"

"Yep! She told us on Alessia's actual birthday. She's eight weeks now."

"AHHHH!"

"Heh! Excited, Ma?"

"YES! Another Huston baby!"

October 4th.

Jessica is now 14 weeks pregnant.

The past few weeks, both Sarah and Sam have been working on separate projects. Today they will both be home to see the kids.

"Yeah, 2:00 is fine, Sam.  I'll have them ready for you."

"Thank you so much, Jess.  I've missed them like crazy!"

"They've missed you too!  Oh and before you see me, I guess I'll tell you now."

"What?"

"I'm pregnant." Jessica chuckles.

"What?!  Damn, I wasn't expecting that!  Congratulations, Jessie!"

"Thank you, Sam!  I'm surprised the kids haven't told you over the phone."

"So am I!"

"We wanted it to be a surprise!" Addelyn crosses her arms and purses her lips.

"Oh I'm sorry!" Jessica laughs.

"Oops!  Well anyway, get here safely, Sammy.  We'll see you soon."

"Alright, bye!"

Addelyn gives her mother a look, making her laugh.

"Addy, I'm sorry!  Stop looking at me like that!"

"I'm telling momma!"

"Well you can but I don't think she'll be as happy as daddy was."

"She won't be happy at all!" Nathaniel chuckles.

"You ruined it, mommy!"

"Oh miss sensitive!  I'm sorry!"

Danny walks in as Addelyn stomps off with tears in her eyes.

"What's wrong with her?"

"She's upset I told Sam about the baby.  I guess she wanted to tell him when he got here."

"Aw.  Addelyn, I'm sorry, babe." Danny pouts.

"It's okay, it's mommy's fault!"

"Addy!" Jessica says.  She was surprised at her behavior.

Danny walks over to her and Addelyn grabs him tightly.

"Are you okay, Buggie?  Don't be upset, mommy didn't know."

"I know but.. I wanted to tell him." Addelyn says in a low voice.

"How about this.. When we find out what the baby is, you can be the one to tell him?"

"Okay!" Addelyn perks up. "When do we find out?!"

"Two weeks!"

"Yay!  Thank you, Danny!" Addelyn squeezed him.

"You're welcome, bug!" Danny kisses her cheek.

Jessica gives him a look.

Danny smiles and shrugs him shoulders. "I fixed it, chubs."

"Whatever." She rolls her eyes.

Around noon, Sarah came by for Dylan.

"Momma!" The kids ran to her.

"Oh my gosh!  My babies!" Sarah got down on her knees and cried as the kids hugged her.

"I missed you guys so much!"

"We missed you too!"

Alessia heard the all the commotion and ran her chubby little legs to Sarah and the kids.  She was smiling and her breathing was full of excitement.

"Hi!" She smiles and squeezes herself between the kids.  She lays her head on Sarah's chest and Jessica's eyes go wide.

"Lessi, go play with daddy." She says.

"Cited?  Cited?"

"Yeah!  They're all excited!  Now go play dollies with daddy." Jessica smiles.

"Okay!  Bye bye!" She giggles.

"Heh.. bye.." Sarah says in a low voice.

Sarah then stood up and looked at Jessica.  Her eyes traveled down to her stomach.  She wasn't for sure since Jessica had thrown Danny's T-shirt on, but it looked like a bump.

"Momma!  Mommy and Danny are going to have a baby!  Mommy's pregnant again!" Addelyn says with excitement.

Sarah suddenly felt very warm.
"Oh!  Oh nice.. Dylan, come on, buddy.  Addy and Nathan, I'll see you two soon, okay?"

"Okay." Addelyn smiles softly.

Sarah grabs his things as Jessica gives Dylan some love.

"You be a good boy!  Mommy will miss you!"

"Mommyyy!" He whines as he grabs Jessica's face.

"I'll see you soon, baby."

"Mommy!" He cries.

Sarah then takes him from Jessica. "Come on, sport."

"My mommy!  My baby!"

"Momma, he wants to say bye to the baby!" Addelyn says.

"Dylan, let's go.  Lily's waiting for us at home."

"Baby!"

"Momma, let him kiss the baby!" Addelyn begins to panic a little.

"We have to go."

"It's okay, Addy.  Bye, baby boy!  I'll talk to you later!" Jessica smiles.

Jessica shut the door and heard Dylan shout 'Baby' all the way to the car.  Her heart broke for her little guy.

"That wasn't nice!" Addelyn pouts.

"I told you she wouldn't be happy." Nathaniel says.

"Still!  She didn't have to do that."

"It's okay, guys.  Let's go get your things so you're ready for when your dad gets here."

2:00.

"Sam!  Sam!" Alessia runs to him.

Sam chuckles and lifts her up. "Well hello there!"

"She's in a good mood today." Addelyn smiles.

"Dada!" Alessia reaches for Danny.

Sam smiles and hands her over. "How are you two doing?  Man, I've missed you guys!"

"We've missed you too!  We have so much to talk about.  Let's go!" Addelyn shouts.

"Well come give me a kiss first!" Jessica says.

"Oh right!  Sorry, mommy!"

Sam chuckles and looks at Jessica.  By now she had taken Danny's shirt off and was only in a cami.

"Wow, How far along are you?"

"Fourteen weeks." Jessica runs her hand over her belly.

"Dang!"

"I know I'm showing early but, I've had three babies!"

Sam laughs. "Well congratulations again, you two."

"Thank you, Sam." Danny smiles.

"Can we leave now, daddy?"

"Yeah Addy, just a second.  Hey Jess, could I speak to you, please?"

"Sure!"

"I'll help the twins with their bags." Danny says.

"Thanks Dan!  Here are the keys." Sam tosses them.

"Thanks."

"We leabin?" Alessia asks her father.

"No honey, come with mommy.  Daddy is helping the twins." Jessica says trying to take her from Danny.

"No I want daddy!" She pouts and squeezes him tighter.

"Heh! It's fine, I'll take her."

"Okay.  Don't let her down."

"I won't, babe."

Once they leave Sam starts, "So uh.. I met someone.."

"Oooh!"

"Stop." He chuckles.

"Her name is Mandy.. I'm not going to introduce her to the kids yet but, would it be okay if I told them about her?"

"Yeah! Of course! Aw! Sammy, I'm happy for you." Jessica smiles and pats his shoulder.

"Thanks." He turns a light shade of pink.

Jessica chuckles and they both walk out to the driveway.

Jessica sees Alessia bending over and picking up a toy from the ground and sticking it in her mouth.

"Daniel! I said Don't put her down."

"I'm sorry, honey. She's just right there though."

Alessia looks up and gives her mother a cheeky smile.

Jessica smiles down to the two year old. Her dark hair in pigtails, her thigh rolls showing in her pink onesie and her chubby bare feet. She was so adorable.

"Lessi pants! Come give mommy some love!"

"Play, mama!"

"Give me kisses first!"

Alessia smiles, throws her toy down, and runs to her mother.
Jessica lifts her up and she kisses her cheeks.

"Mama, snack?"

"Yeah hun, I'll get you a snack in a second."

"No mommy, Now!"

Jessica chuckles, then kisses her pursed lips.

"Mommy!" Alessia laughs. "Snack!"

"Hang on, chunk butt!"

Soon the kids leave with Sam.
Danny walks over to Jessica and Alessia.  Jessica gives him a soft smile.

"Dada!  Mama snack!"

Danny chuckles and slaps Jessica on the butt. "Momma is a snack!"

"Stop it." Jessica chuckles.

Danny kisses the top of her head making Alessia a little jealous.

"Dada no!  Kish MEEEE!"

"I'll kiss you too, beautiful!" Danny puckers.

"And I'll kiss bubby too." He kisses Jessica's bump.

"Bubbyyyyy!" Alessia shouts.

"You wanna kiss em too?"

"NO!"

"Aw Alessia!" Jessica chuckles and lightly bounces her on her hip.

Later that day.

Danny sat with Alessia as she had a bubble bath in Danny and Jessica's bathtub.

"Dada bubbles!" Alessia says with excitement.

"Yeah bubbles!" Danny smiles.

"YAAAAAAYYY!" She screams.

"Woah!  You've got a good set of lungs, little one." He chuckles.

Meanwhile in the bedroom Jessica was digging through Danny's drawers.

"Come on!  Where is that shirt?" She says to herself.

"There it is!" Jessica yanks one of his shirts that was at the very bottom on the drawer.

A little box flew out and almost hit her in the face. "Woah!  What was that?"

Jessica looks down then picks up the small box.

Inside the blue velvet box was a gorgeous ring. "Oh my gosh." Jessica whispers to herself.

"But.. I told him I..
Danny?" Jessica calls out.

"Just a second, babe.  I'm drying her off."

Jessica waited for Danny to come into the room.  When he finally did, she asked him what this ring was for.

"Daniel.."

"Daniel?  Am I in trouble?" He chuckles.

"What is this?" Jessica holds up the ring."

"Oh." Danny's face goes serious.

"That-- that's nothing."

"Danny."

Danny sighs. "It was my grandmothers.. my mom gave it to me when.."

"When what?"

"Nothing.  I need to change her and put her to bed."

"Danny, tell me."

Danny sighs once again and says, "When you.. when you tried.. hurting yourself while I was in Texas.. I had told my mom that uh.. Jess, it's stupid!  Please just drop it." Danny nods and goes to stand up.

"No.  I wanna know."

Danny takes a deep breath. "I told her that I was going to ask you to marry me."

"But we weren't together then."

"I just knew.  I knew I wanted to marry you.. but then when I got there.."

In that moment Jessica's heart broke.
She saw such a sadness in Danny's face.

"That's when you walked in on Sarah and I kissing."

"Yeah."

"Oh Danny.."

"It's okay."

"I'm sorry."

Danny had tears in his eyes but he did his best to fight them.
He chucked and said, "It's no big deal...." He shrugs.
"I loved you.. so much.. as long you were happy.. that's all that mattered to me.  I just wanted you to be happy."

Tears slowly roll down Jessica's cheeks.
She then walks towards him and grabs his cheeks.  She crashes her lips into his, taking him by surprise.

"I'm so sorry.." Jessica mumbled into his lips.

"Don't be.  I have you now.  That's all that matters."

"I love you." She whispers.

"I love you more.  I always have." Danny says wiping Jessica's tears.

Jessica kisses him once again.
Soon the magical feeling between the two ended when they heard a tiny voice say, "Hey!  I need my baba!"

Jessica laughs, breaking the kiss.
She looks down, pressing her forehead against Danny's.

She then looks up and says, "I'll get her bottle, you get her dressed.  We'll meet in her room for a bedtime story and tucking in.  Then we'll come back, and you and I will make Hot. Passionate. Love."

"Oooohh.."

Jessica laughs and kisses Danny's forehead before going to grab Alessia's bottle.

Danny then looks down to Alessia and says, "You better go to sleep fast tonight, little one!"
