Kyle stood there and thought,'I wasn't expecting it to end like this...'

~Earlier that day~

A white hedgehog with long downward quills that are tipped light blue, a light blue stripe on his forehead and ears and tail tipped light blue

Bright orange eyes, red and black markings around his eyes, peach muzzle and light blue chest fur. A long light blue scarf around his neck and shoulders, black gloves with gold ring bracelets with a red gem in them around his wrists and red and black sock and shoes

The hedgehog walks around his kitchen as he hums a little tone as he makes cookies and cupcakes. Then their was a knock on the door as Kyle's ears perked up. He takes his mitts off and go opens the door

Kyle opens the door to find, Mephiles standing outside the door. Kyle blinks in surprise," Oh, hello, Mephiles." He said as he smiles a bit and opens the door move to let him in as Mephiles nods and walks inside the small house

Kyle closed the door and stretches a bit," So, what brings you here?" He asked curiously as he head back into the kitchen to check on the cookies he was baking

Mephiles slightly glance at Kyle as he sits down on the couch," Just bored and have nothing else to do." He said with a shrug as he looks at Kyle," What about you?" He asked as he gives Kyle a slightly curious look before looking away and waits for Kyle's answer

Kyle smiles," Just baking is all." He said as his ears twitches hearing a small ding, telling him his cookies was done as he heads into the kitchen with Mephiles following him

Kyle puts his oven mitts back out as he opens the oven and take some cookies out of the oven and sits them on the counter and closed the oven door and takes his oven mitts off

"Alright then, while those cookies cool down, I can work on icing this cupcakes." Kyle said to himself as he gets some icing and food coloring out of the cabinets and sits them down on the small table in the kitchen

Kyle smiles as he takes the icing and put food coloring in them. Now he had pink, red, green, orange, and blue icing. He then get icing pouches and fill them with icing and then gives one to Mephiles, since he was already sitting at the table that already had some fresh and cool off cupcakes on them

Mephiles looks at the icing pouch that Kyle had given him as he then looks at the cupcakes and starts to icing them when he slips a bit and icing comes out and hits Kyle in the face

Kyle blinks in surprise at the sudden icing on his cheek as he turns and looks at Mephiles," Did you just throw icing at me?" He asked with an raised eyebrow

"Sorry." Mephiles mumbles/chuckles as he continues to icing the cookies as Kyle huff as Kyle went back to icing the cupcakes.

They continue to quietly icing the cupcakes when Kyle incidently got icing on himself and he sighs and Mephiles chuckles as Kyle glares at him

Kyle glares at Mephiles and gets some icing on Mephiles as Kyle laughs and Mephiles glares. Mephiles growls and picks up the icing pouch and smear icing over Kyle growls

Mephiles smirks as Kyle then flings icing at Mephiles but he dodges it and it hits the kitchen wall," Ha! Miss." Mephiles said when he was suddenly hit in the face with icing," No, I didn't." Kyle said with a smirk on his muzzle

They continue to throw icing at each other. Using up all the icing up. The dodged or got hit by the icing, getting it on their face, in their fur and quills, getting it on the walls and table. Even got some on the ceiling but barley any icing hit the cupcakes on the counter

They continued until they had no icing left and was getting tired as they finally stopped and looks around the icing up kitchen and then at each other as they both laugh a bit and settle down a bit

After their little food fight in the kitchen, both hedgehogs had icing all over themselves. Icing in their fur and quills," Ughh, what a mess." Kyle mumbles as he looks around his dirty kitchen

Their was icing everywhere. All over the walls, windows, ceiling, oven. It was everywhere. Kyle sighs looking at the huge mess.

"I sure wasn't expecting this to happen." Kyle said with a sigh as he scratches his quills," Well, better starts cleaning." He said

Out of the corner of his eye, Kyle could see Mephiles trying to sneak away as he glares and grabs Mephiles's shoulder," And where do you think your going, hmm?" Kyle asked a she drags Mephiles back into the kitchen

"Oh, well, I'm just leaving." He said as he tries to slip away from Kyle but Kyle wouldn't let him," Yeah, I don't think so. Your helping clean up." Kyle huffs out as he gets some cleaning supplies and gives it to Mephiles and then they both get started on cleaning the kitchen up

~After an hour of cleaning up~

Kyle sighs and wipes his forehead as they finally finished cleaning the kitchen up of all the icing

Kyle sighs and scratches his quills as he then lays across the couch with a huff," Finally done!" He said as he throws his hands up and then bring them back down

Mephiles come into the living room and comes sits down next to Kyle as he lightly glare at him and huffs a bit," Yeah, I agree." He mumbles

"Well, you can leave now." Kyle mumbles as he lays on his side and curls up and slowly starts to fall asleep as Mephiles looks at him with an raised eyebrow as he then shrugs and leaves as Kyle purrs as he completely falls asleep

Mephiles looks back at the sleeping form of Kyle as he comes back and sits next to Kyle and gently pets his head as he sleeps. Kyle purr softly as he sleeps as Mephiles looks at him and closed his eyes and then falls asleep with Kyle too
