Where it all began

"Without me, you'll never be free." Ezra replied

[Obi-Wan Kenobi appears and attacks Vader, but the Dark Lord parries the attack

and stabs him through the chest. Proxy's illusion fades and he falls to the

ground, deactivated. Darth Vader looks back to the cliff. Ezra is gone.]

[The scene shifts to the bottom of the cliff. The Rogue Shadow is seen landing

near Ezra's body. The scene quickly shifts again to the cockpit.]

"They're gone... Vader took them all... to the Emperor." Ezra said

"I don't understand. Then why would Vader allow us to attack so many

Imperial targets." Leia added

"To sell the deception. Credits, starships, Imperial lives--they're all meaningless to Vader. Vader needed me to find the Emperor's enemies, no matter the cost. And I did just what he wanted." Ezra said

"Yes you did. But now, the fate of your alliance rests only with you. What are you going to do." Leia asked

"We're going after Vader, and the Rebels and saved Anakin." Ezra responded

Ezra lays back and relaxes. Objects in the cockpit begin to levitate around him.

" What are you doing?" Leia asked curiously

"Meditating. Jedi can sometimes see visions of the future." Ezra said

"Have you done this before" Leia asked

"Twice before Vader made me his slave." Ezra responded

[Ezra concentrates deeply for a while.]

' No.No! Anakin!" Ezra screamed

"What? What did you see." Leia asked

"A massive... space station." Ezra said

the scene shifts to the Death Star, nearing completion. The Rogue Shadow flies

within and stops amidst a collection of pipes and pillars. Ezra and Leia stand on the loading ramp.

"Keep the ship cloaked and wait beyond scanner range I know you can fly it." Ezra said

"I have a really bad feeling about this" Leia said

" Well then maybe I am doing something right." Ezra responded

" Will you return back." Leia said holding her arms praying it was a yes

" If I can free the Rebels, they'll need extraction." Ezra responded

Ezra turns to Leia

"Probably not, no." Ezra said making Leia upset

" Then I'll never need to live this down." Leia said

[Leia embraces Ezra and they kiss.]

"Goodbye, Leia." Ezra said

Ezra lets himself fall backwards off the ramp and plummets into the bowels of the Death Star. His mission begans after fending off a horde of Imperial opponents. Ezra enters the laser tube of the Death Star.

" I am inside." Ezra said

"Be careful. I can see the beam cycling in regular intervals. You'll want to find cover whenever it fires." Leia respond

[Ezra traverses the first few passages.]

" Imperial comm chatter is overloading the scanners... They're fortifying all positions to try to keep you out." Leia said

" We shall see that." Ezra responds as He enters the next passage.

Stormtrooper 1: Plug that one in on the left. No, my left.

Stormtrooper 2: Got it. Any sign of him?

Stormtrooper 3: Not yet, but the moment he sticks his head out, we're going to

vaporize him.

[Ezra enters the next area.]

Imperial Officer: Seal the bulkhead doors!

Stormtrooper: Careful men, TK-331 was vaporized by these compressors yesterday.

[Ezra enters the tube again, approaching some large spinning rings.]

" You're in an amplification chamber. There should be a pair of spinning conductors that amplify the beam as it passes through the area. This station's laser... it is more powerful than anything the Empire has built before." Leia responded

[Ezra enters a very large chamber with many beams channeling into one dish.]

"Leia, where am I?" Ezra said

"Some sort of convergence array. According to my schematics, there are seven others just like it spread around the stations dish. The firing tube you were in is just one of sixty-four, all being directed into a single, massive beam. I can't even imagine what the Empire could do with this sort of power. You must find a way onto that central platform. The Emperor's observation dome is just beyond it. The schematics show a series of graviton beams in that chamber. Can you find a way to activate them?" Leia said

[After some considerable work, Ezra opens the door leading to the observation dome.]

"Leia I'm close. I can sense Vader nearby." Ezra responded

"Yes. The Emperor's observation dome should be just beyond that lift." Leia said

"I'm ready." Ezra said

"Then may the Force be with you." Ezra

Meanwhile, the Emperor confronts his captives with Darth Vader watching. Anakin also see it to

"You are all traitors to the Empire. You will be interrogated. Tortured. You *will* give me the names of your friends and allies. And then you will die." Emperor said

"Our deaths will only rally others." Bail answered back

"Your very public and painful executions will serve as an example to the rest of the galaxy." Emperor responded

[An alarm goes off.]

"There may be a rebellion yet." Anakin responded

[A display screen shows a holographic image of Ezra approaching the observation dome.]

" Lord Vader, deal with the boy." Emperor said

Ezra runs down a corridor. The doors at the other end open and Darth

Vader steps out.

"I've trained you well, but you still have much to learn." Vader said

"You have nothing left to teach me." Ezra responded as ignites Purple saber and both Jedi and Sith started the attack

Between the battle

"You killed my Father." Ezra responded as he brought Vader lightsaber in a saber lock

. After some time, Vader pushes Ezra back, and retreats into the previous chamber. The fight resumes in there. Ezra eventually emerges victorious and completely decimates Vader, destroying parts of his armor in the process and knocking him into the Emperor's chamber.]

"Yes! Kill him! He was weak, broken! Kill him and you can take your rightful place at my side." Emperor laughed evilly

Anakin uses the Force to grab the Emperor's Lightsaber.

"NO." Anakin yelled

Before he can strike, The Emperor fights back with Force Lightning, unleashing a powerful wave of it on Anakin who falls down, helpless.

" Help him." Bail pleaded

Ezra sees Anakin in pain, then looks down to the ledge below where Vader lays. Ezra appears unsure until he went to face the emperor

After a grueling fight, The Emperor appears beaten. Ezra stands over him, ready to deal the finishing blow.

" You were destined to destroy me. Do it! Give in to your hatred!." Emperor said

Ezra ignites his Lightsaber.

"He's beaten. Let it go." Anakin said

It's a trick! He's more powerful than you know. And he deserves to die for what he's done to me." Ezra yelled

"Maybe so. But, if you kill him now, out of hatred, then you will be right back where you started." Anakin said

Hesitating, Ezra finally agrees and stands down.

" Get Bail and the others out of here Leia flying I'll be right behind you." Ezra said

The Emperor sneers and unleashes a sudden volley of Force Lightning at Anakin.

Ezra immediately stands in and resists it.

"Go! Hurry! Protect the Senators!" Ezra Screamed

Anakin recovers, and he and the Senators flee, as the Rogue Shadow is seen just outside. A group of Stormtroopers and Darth Vader approach. Meanwhile, Ezra presses harder against the Emperor's lightning

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOAGGGH!" Ezra said

[There is a big explosion. The Rogue Shadow is seen flying away from the Death Star where a small fiery explosion has been created in it's crater.

Inside the Emperor's observation dome, Darth Vader walks over to Ezra's motionless body.

"He is dead." Vader said

"Then he is now more powerful than ever. He was meant to root out the Rebels. His sacrifice will only inspire them." Emperor said

"But now we know who they are. I will hunt them down and destroy them, as you always intended, master." Vader said

"You must be relentless, Lord Vader. If even a single Rebel survives, this alliance that we have unwittingly created will be our undoing." Emperor said
