Susie looks at me. She was shocked at first but still keeps calm.

Susie and I stood there in utterly silent. The atmosphere started to get heavy ever since I open my stupid little mouth. Susie then looks away from me, I tried to open my mouth and speak but nothing comes out.

The heavy atmosphere then started to suffocate me. I couldn't breathe, I couldn't move, I couldn't speak. The inside of my head is nothing but just static space, while I can hear the ringing inside my mind. Stay calm (Y/N). Just breath. I kept telling myself to breathe but I can't, like my lungs started to go against me. I am about in the edge of tears. God, why do you have to be so pathetic sometimes. Opening your stupid little mouth in front of your crush and wasting everybody's time. Just as I was about to let my eyes rain tears of multiple emotion that I am feeling right now... I feel someone's hand on my shoulder.

As expected it was Susie...

"Susie...?" I let out a whimper.

"Look if you don't wanna talk about it. Then don't force yourself, idiot." She wipes my tears away. I look at her with my glimmering and bloodshot eyes. The view of her face from this angle makes her emotion more visible. I could see her purple freckled cheek turns darker. (You are a little shorter than Kris but taller then Ralsie. Just keep that in mind.)

"Oh...I'm sorry," I said looking down feeling a shame until I realize what I just said. "Ahhh! I'm sorry for apologizing. AHH! I DID IT AGAIN!" I kept on rambling until I hear Susie sends me a hearty laugh, revealing her sharp dagger teeth. My face steams up as I tried to cover my face, hiding from sheer embarrassment.

"Nah, hehe...I'll let it slide this time." She then ruffles my hair. "Listen I don't wanna be a killjoy but we should get going and find a way back." Susie gives me a genuine smile and continued to walk that I assume the pathway back home. Seriously, I am emotionally exhausted right now.

Nevertheless, I followed her walking the purple colored path. We didn't encounter any more enemies along the way, which is a good thing...or maybe their just hiding from someone. We did meet Lancer, Susie tried to beat up the poor kid again and of course, I have to save him.

"Seriously, you need to chill sometimes. " I said breathlessly.

"Nah, I like myself like this. What you want me to change? "

I took a long pause...choosing my words carefully.

"Nah...I like you like that. It makes you kinda unique in an aggressive way." I shrugged. I felt kinda embarrassed when I told her that. But, ever since I got to know her a little bit more. I'm comfortable with her now.

"Awe...thanks, dude." She ruffles my hair for the countless of times. Is annoying but is nice at the same time.

"Ahhh, comon dude. Stop messing with my hair."

"Whaccha gonna do?...kiss me?" Susie sends me a snarky remark, grinning from ear to ear. Knowing that I wouldn't do that stupid.

Susie's statement left me in shock. I think for a bit then I took a deep breath, tugged her shirt down so her head was at my height. She looks at me through her bangs, shades of purple starting to creep on her cheek.

"Um...(Y/n). What are ya doing dude?" Nervousness can hear from her.

I licked my lip feeling like it was getting a little dry. I don't know how did I become this bundle of mess to this but still a bundle of mess.

"Suz, I gotta be honest with you but I need to do something. Promise you won't get mad."

"Uh. S-sure, what is it?-"

Then I did something that I couldn't imagine doing.
