Jimin knocked on the door of Hoseok's cabin and waited for the response. Soon enough, he heard his Hyung's voice saying, "Come in"

Taking a deep breath and calming his mind, he slowly opened the door and went inside. The first thing he saw was Hoseok only, who was sitting on his desk fully focused on the screen.

"Please close the door" Hoseok said without looking towards Jimin. The younger did what Hoseok said and went a little towards Hoseok.

With an audible voice he said, "S..sir, your Coffee" he said and placed the coffee on the table. Hoseok immediately looked up hearing the voice and widened his eyes when he saw it was Jimin infront of him.

"W..what are you doing here?" Hoseok asked standing up. Jimin took a step back and said, "Your Coffee. Ms. Yuna had some work... So I brought it" Hoseok nodded his head and took a glance at the Coffee.

>>> He still remembers how I drink it?

Hoseok thought to himself but then looked at Jimin when he heard him saying, "If you are thinking how I still remember making it, then let me tell you, It's you cause of whom I can make it in my sleep too. You annoyed me way too much for your Coffee" Jimin said rolling his eyes while Hoseok stood there shocked.

A minute later, Jimin realised what he said and looked at Hoseok with wide eyes, "Uh... Sorry... I di..d'nt mean to.." He said. Hoseok nodded his head.

They both stood there in silence just staring at each other.

>>> I want to hug him.

They both thought at the same while looking at each other. Another thought crossed this Minds

>>> Sorry Dada, I can't keep the promise when Chim is right infront of me. Please forgive me

Hoseok thought to himself and took some steps towards Jimin.

>>> Mom, I am sorry. I am going to break your promise which is impossible to keep when Hyung's literally infront of me

Jimin thought in his mind as he also took a step ahead. As Hoseok saw Jimin's action, he opened his arms and Jimin rushed forward, wrapping his arms tightly around Hoseok in a warm embrace. Hoseok returned the hug with equal fervor, feeling a surge of emotions wash over him as he held onto his younger brother whom he loved more than himself.

"I missed you, Chim," Hoseok whispered, his voice thick with emotion.

"I missed you too, Hyung," Jimin replied softly, his voice muffled against Hoseok's shoulder while small tears running down his cheeks.

For a moment, they simply held each other, finding solace in the familiarity of each other's presence.

Eventually, they pulled away, but the warmth of their embrace lingered in the air, a reminder of the love they had for each other.

"H..how are you Hyung?" Jimin asked breaking the silence. Hoseok chuckled softly, the tension easing from his shoulders at Jimin's question. "I'm... I'm better now, Chim. Happier than I've been in a long time," he admitted, a genuine smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

Jimin's eyes softened, filled with understanding. "I'm glad to hear that, Hyung," he replied, a sense of relief washing over him. "I've missed you so much."

Hoseok reached out, holding Jimin's hand affectionately. "I've missed you too, Chim. More than you'll ever know."

Hoseok took him to the couch and they both sat there. "How are Mumma and YN?" Hoseok asked the question he had in my mind for so long.

Jimin smiled, "They are good. YN miss you a lot too" He said. Hoseok nodded his head ignoring the fact that Jimin didn't say anything regarding Wendy.

"When... When you saw me yesterday, why didn't you came to hug me that time Chim?" Hoseok asked.

Jimin was a bit hesitated and was about to lie but chose not to and said, "I.. Mom took a promise from me to never talk with you or Dad again..." He said in a little audible voice.

"Oh... I have the same reason. Dada took promise from me. But when I saw infront of me today, and that too alone, I couldn't help myself and decided to break the promise" Hoseok told him. Jimin looked at him, "Same Hyung. We are still the same"

They both chuckled at Jimin's words but then the room felt in deep silence. They had so many things to ask and share but what they didn't had was courage. The courage which was lost 6 years ago.

As they sat in the quiet of the room, Jimin suddenly felt a surge of emotion, a longing to share something he had kept hidden for so long. The secret he didn't even shared with Wendy or YN.

"Hyung," he began hesitantly, "there's something else I need to tell you."

Hoseok looked at him, curiosity mingling with concern. "What is it, Chim?" he asked, his voice gentle.

Jimin took a deep breath, steeling himself for what he was about to reveal. "I... I'm not happy, Hyung," he confessed, his voice barely above a whisper.

Hoseok's eyes widened in surprise, his heart aching at Jimin's words. "What do you mean, Chim?" he asked, reaching out to grasp Jimin's hand in his own.

"I mean... I mean I'm not happy with my life, Hyung," Jimin explained, tears welling up in his eyes. "I.. I really love Mom and YN, but my life is incomplete without you and Dad in it. It doesn't feel like I am living my life anymore. It's just my body, who is here while my soul is trying to disappear to a place where I can find our family back again together"

Hoseok's heart twisted with guilt, realizing the pain his absence had caused his brother. "I'm so sorry, Chim," he murmured, pulling Jimin into a tight embrace. "I should have been there for you, should have done more.... But I myself was in the same situation as you. It's difficult to not have you, Mumma and YN in my life"

Jimin buried his face in Hoseok's shoulder, his tears soaking into the fabric of his shirt. "It's not your fault, Hyung," he whispered, his voice choked with emotion. "I just... I just hope everything goes back to normal once again... Even tho it's impossible now"

Hoseok wiped his own tears with one hand and while stroking Jimin's hair with the other one. "I can feel you Chim. And I too know it's not possible now. But I think none of us are ready to accept this fact even tho it's been years"

Jimin looked up at Hoseok, "You are right Hyung but I am glad, I will be able to meet you daily" he said. Hoseok smiled and nodded his head.

Jimin again placed his head in Hoseok's shoulder and asked, "Can we stay like this for some moments?" And who was Hoseok to say no to his brother? Ofcourse he agreed while he also started to stroke Jimin's hair again.
