It was late at night and it was finally the night for the summer festival. tadayoshi was with his harem girls, hanging out, BeatBox was with H1P-H0P, as well as Terrence who just arrived at the festival

Terrence: huh... so this is a summer festival?

Akari: yeah we thought we had to cancel it because of Gutamoro

Akari: yeah yeah...

Yui takes his hand and begins pulling him as they walk past the stands.

Rōjin: well aren't you two a nice couple

They turn at a stand and they notice Rōjin working in a stand, selling soba noodles

Terrence: Rōjin?

Rōjin: oh... is that you Terrence?

Terrence: yeah, it's me, but you work here?

Rōjin: I don't work here, I just like to open a stand here and sell soba

Terrence: I can see that

Rōjin: also is someone else with you, because I sense someone near you

Terrence: oh yeah, it-

Yui: hi! Sorry I never introduced myself to you before but my name is Yui, senpais girlfriend

Terrence: y-you're not my girlfriend

Terrence looks back at Rōjin who was giving him a huge smug grin

Rōjin: hohoho, but do you two want some soba?

Yui: yes please!

Terrence: sure

Rōjin quickly whipped up some soba noodles and hands them over

Terrence: uhh, you only gave us one

Terrence look back as Yui was holding out a scoop of soba close to him

Yui: say aaaah

Terrence: ...

Terrence opens his mouth and let her feed him as Rōjin still had a smug face on him

Yui: come on let's go have some fun while eating

Terrence: I'm coming I'm coming

They continue walking through the stands as they ate the soba noodles. Soon they notice a crowd around a stand.

Terrence: what's going on there?

Yui: I don't know, but I want to check it out!

Yui pushes past the crowd as Terrence follows, but as they got through, they notice Marie shooting down another award and the stand man was kneeling in front of her

Inkling: please don't run me out of business!

Callie: damn Marie

Marie: sorry, kinda went overboard

Terrence: Marie? Callie?

Callie: oh hey Terrence! Hey Yui!

Yui: I thought you guys were with the demon?

Marie: tadayoshi is taking turns hanging out with us

Callie: I think he's catching goldfish with bridgett

Yui: senpai! We should do that as well

Terrence: I... don't feel like keeping a fish at my place

Yui: Awwww

Marie: so I'm guess you guys are dating?

Terrence: n-no-

Yui: yes

Callie: aww, ain't that adorable, I wish tadayoshi accepts me like that

Marie: dream on Callie

Callie: Hey!

Marie; also how are you and... Amelia?

Terrence: ...

A few days ago:

Amelia was pulling Terrence as they were walking away from the party room

Soon Amelia and Terrence walks into an empty room

Terrence: so are you gonna tell me-

Amelia: why did you lie to me!

Terrence: huh?

Terrence: but we are

Amelia: don't lie, I know we're not, I figured it out and tadayoshi confirmed it was true

Terrence: ...

Amelia: ... we're not blood related aren't we?

Terrence: ... no, we're not...

Amelia: why did you lie to me?

Terrence: ... I... didn't want you to feel down and upset about your parents death, after mask came a destroyed our home, family, everything

Amelia: I get that, because I was young but....like, why haven't you told me after all of these years

Terrence: ... I feel like if I told you, you would try to get vengeance for your family against mask, but-

Amelia: I could've avenged my family when mask was the weakest overlord before! But now he's grown to the third strongest and is slowly up to the second strongest, I can't do anything now!

Terrence: ... I'm sorry

Amelia stands up as walk towards the door

Amelia: Terrence... don't talk to me.... I need some space away from you...

Terrence: I know...

Amelia walks out of the room leaving Terrence alone as he covers his face

Terrence: what have I done...

Present time:

Terrence: and I haven't talked to her ever since then

Marie: I see, I can try to talk to her and-

Terrence: no, it's fine, I want to fix it myself

Marie: are you sure?

Terrence: I'm sure

Marie: well, I wish you good luck

Callie: Marie! Come on! we got to go find tadayoshi now, it's our turn to spend time with him!

Callie and Marie disappears into the crowd, as Terrence waves bye, leaving him alone with Yui again

He then notice Yui staring at his hand intensely

Terrence: I noticed...

Yui: but anyways, where shall we go senpai!

Terrence: well, we can play some mini games, there is one game I heard its interesting

They were walking around the stands and they got to the stand they were looking for but they see two familiar people using it

H1P-H0P: come on! You can win a new boombox!

BeatBox: hmmm I think it's this string

He pull on a string but as he pull it, it reveals he pull out a tissue box

BeatBox: Dammit!

BeatBox was on his knees as H1P-H0P was patting him on the back

H1P-H0P: there there, you were so close

Yui: Melody!

H1P-H0P: Oh hey Yui!

Terrence: what's wrong with you?

BeatBox: I was trying to win H1P-H0P a stuffed panda, but I only won 35 tissue boxes

Terrence: HOW LONG WERE YOU PLAYING?!

BeatBox: I'm sorry I failed you

H1P-H0P: it's fine, we can play some others games and maybe win something

BeatBox: yeah.. you're right

Yui: well maybe we can win you something

BeatBox: no no, you don't need to

Yui: come on!

BeatBox: you guys are on a date, so you don't need to help us, for now why doesn't Terrence win you something?

H1P-H0P: yeah

Terrence: I guess

BeatBox: good!

H1P-H0P: come on! Let's go play some other games

Both BeatBox and H1P-H0P disappears into the crowd leaving Terrence and yui alone

Yui: now shall we senpai

They walk up to the stand where the inking was just sitting by

Yui: I'll go first

Yui approaches the stand as she thinks about which string she should pull

Yui: I think this one!

She pull on a string, but all she won was a tissue box

Yui: dang it!

Inkling: hehe

Yui: "he's laughing at us..."

Terrence: I'll give to a try

Terrence walk to the stand as looks through the strings to see which one should he pull

Terrence: "maybe this?"

As he reaches over to grab the string, he notice the inkling with a panic face, but as Terrence moves away form the string, his panic face goes away

Terrence: ...

He continues to do it back and forth as he continues to see the inkling reaction going back in forth to nervous to normal

Terrence: "this cephalopod has a terrible poker face..."

He pulls onto the string he wanted to pull in the first place and won the panda plushy

Yui: *gasp* you won something!

Terrence: oh.. lucky me

He looks back at the inking, who now looks depressed

Terrence: "was this stand supposed to be a scam?"

Terrence takes the plushy and turns back at Yui, and hands it to her

Terrence: here

Yui: huh?

Terrence: you can have it, I'm not really a guy that keeps plushies

Yui takes the plushy and hugs it tight, close to her face

Yui: thank you

Terrence couldn't help but blush while looking away from her face

Terrence: y-yeah...

Yui: Oh shoot senpai!

Terrence: what?

Yui: the fireworks are gonna start soon!

Terrence: wait already?

Yui takes his hand and begins pulling on him as they start running to where the fireworks are gonna be displayed

Yui mind:

Makoto: well... the summer festival is coming close, but if you hold hands with someone that you love when the first firework is launched, it means that you will be bound together

Present:

Yui: "this is my chance to make this happen!"

As they start running toward to where the fireworks will be, they past BeatBox, who immediately dropped to his knees when he saw Yui holding a panda plushy

After running a bit, they arrive to where the fireworks will be, but only to find the place crowded

Terrence: dang, this place is a bit crowded, I wonder if the others made it

Suddenly Terrence notice a big opening the people are making because tadayoshi harem girls are like playing hot potato with tadayoshi but instead their trying to keep the potato

Callie: come on! Hold my hand

Pearl: I want him to hold my hand!

Marie: you guys can you stop!

Bridgett: Don't take him away from us!

Tadayoshi: "I'm gonna get a headache from this..."

Terrence: "he can't catch a break huh?"

Back at Yui, she notice BeatBox and hip hop begins holding hands and leaning their heads against each other.

Yui: "she did perfectly well!"

Yui looks back at Terrence, who was still watching the girls pulling on tadayoshi.

Yui: say senpai

Terrence: hm?

Yui: if we were together, would you be happy?

Terrence: why are you asking that?

Yui: I'm just curious

Terrence: ... well, I'll be happy... you seem like a women I kinda want to be with with, even though you stalk me

Yui: I'm working on that ok

Terrence: but also, I can't help but say this, but you are cute when you are shy or happy

Yui looks at him in surprise and blushes a bit as she looks away a bit

Yui: I-I see...

She looks back at him again and notices his hand

Yu: "this is my chance!"

She slowly reaches for for his hand, but she then remember what Terrence said to her and hesitated for a bit

Yui: "why can't I grab onto his hand? Why so scared to at this time!"

Terrence then looks back at Yui, who looked like she was having a panic attack.

Terrence: you ok?

Yui: huh?! Yeah I'm fine, what are you talking about?!

Terrence: ... "this is the first time I've ever seen her panicking"

As Yui was panicking, she felt someone holding her hand. She looks at Terrence, who was holding onto her hand in embarrassment

Terrence: you wanted to hold my hand... right?

Yui stops panicking and smiles at him

Yui: of course I did senpai!~

She then leans into him and kisses his cheek, but as soon she does, the fireworks soon went off, tadayoshi harems girls were already piled on top of him, meaning they all are meant to be bound together? BeatBox and H1P-H0P smiles at they see Yui kissing Terrence.

Terrence slaps his cheek where he was kissed and looks at Yui in embarrassment

Yui: hehe, your so cute when you are blushing

Terrence: s-shut up...

They all continued to look at the fireworks, knowing that tonight was their last day in Kyoto and they will be returning to Inkopolis in the morning, but what they didn't know that some big news was spreading in inkopolis that will have a big event in the future
