  Rushing through the hospital corridor Peter tried to get to the labor ward. He was at work when her water broke and Ned had to take (First Name) to the hospital. Checking his phone to see the room number he went to the desk.

  "Uh- (First Name) Stark-Parker." He told the older woman.

  "You're gonna want to turn left and she'll be in the third door on the right." She smiled at the soon-to-be father.

  "Thanks, Miss!" He called out as he nervously walked to her room. Seeing Ned outside the door he jogged the rest of the way. "What's going on? Is she okay?"

  "Yeah, she's been asking for you since we got here." Ned sighed, clearly stressed at the situation his best friends were in.

He nodded to Ned and entered the room. (First Name) was chewing on ice chips, wincing on when another contraction hit. "Baby, I'm here. You feeling okay?" He asked.

"I'm scared, Pete. What if- what if I don't make it? Or what if the baby doesn't make it? I don't think I can do it." She whimpered.

Peter grabbed hold of her hand. "(Nickname), you are the strongest person I know. You can do this. You and the baby will survive and be perfectly healthy because if there is anyone who can do it, it's you. I am so proud of you. You have been so amazing for the past couple months.

"I love you, (First Name) Parker. If you think you have to have a different labor I'm sure we can do it."

"It's (First Name) Stark-Parker." She smiled at him, tears pricking her eyes. "You'll be here? You won't leave?"

"Of course I'll be here."

"I love you too, Parker."

After hours of painful labor, (First Name) was holding her first two children. She held her new baby boy in one arm and held her husband's hand with the other. Peter held his other son in his other arm, also. A huge smile plastered on his face at the birth of twins

"So, what name did you choose for you're baby boys?" The nurse asked, typing away at her computer.

  "Anthony Ned Stark-Parker and Benjamin Howard Stark-Parker." (First Name) answered.

"Okay! Would you like me to invite in family?" She asked, finishing up on the computer.

Answering her, Peter smiled. He had always wanted kids and now he couldn't be happier.

"Hey mom." (First Name) said to her stepmom, bringing him out of his thoughts.

"Hi sweetheart!" Pepper beamed, looking at the children in the young couple's arms.

Following Pepper was Morgan, Happy, and May.

  Peter smiled, he finally had the family he's always wanted.
