A group of students were running down a musty old corridor that looked like the halls of an old medieval castle from ancient greece. They soon came across an old door with a black iron spider on it. They all ran at the door and opened it up, when they got into the next room, there was a black board with a math equation written on it.

"Oh No fucking way we are wasting our time trying to solve that bull shit equation! Come on everyone! I think this is the way out of this room!" A boy called out in a panic, before running up to a door that had an answer on it.

However when he opened the door he screamed and fell down, the class all heard him screaming in agony even louder. They all went up to the door he ran to and when they looked down, they were hoffied to see what was at the bottom.

The guy was at the bottom of a pit and was impaled on a number of spikes, he was bleeding out and in a matter of time he stopped struggling. A girl named Bethany backed away in horror of what she saw happen to her classmate.

"What the Fuck!... WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING!" Bethany screamed so loudly that everyone in the room felt their ears ring.

Her screams echoed throughout the entire castle and to the outside world, which was nothing more than just an island in the middle of nowhere.

(The other day)

Bethany was fast asleep in her bed cuddling a princess Peach plush. Her mind was nowhere else but in dream land, as she dreamed of being in her most beloved games of all time.

She dreamt that she was in Mario kart racing other players, Splatoon 3 splatting other players and kicking but in single player mode, and fighting away zombies in resident evil. Bethany purred agenst her Plushy as she dreamed away, that was until she was brought out of her slumber when she heard the ringing of her alarm going off.

Bethany's eyes shot open as she quickly got up from bed and slammed her hand down on the alarm making it stop ringing. Bethany then looked back at her bed, that was all messed up from her constand moving around due to her dreaming. She then grabbed the covers and started aggressively shaking them till they were straight and net once again. After that she grabbed her Peach plushy, then sat it right on the pillow, she looked at the plush for a moment before straightening it out again.

Once she was done making her bed she grabbed her school uniform and brushed out her long black hair till it was all untangled. After she finished untangling it she got out a blue ribbon that matched her skirt and tie. She then pulled her hair behind her head and used the ribbon to tie it up into a ponytail with a cute bow at the top. Bethany smiled at her reflection in the mirror, before giving herself a wink and head back to her room to collect some stuff.

When she reentered her room she took a look at her decor. On the side of the room where the door was, had a desk with a laptop on it along with text books, notebooks, and practical questions. She also had different science, math, and history books organized on different shelves. The other side of the room facing the door had a glass slide in the door that led out to a balcony that had a table and chair on it.

There was also another desk on the other side of the room with a computer on it. On the wall were also posters of different videogame characters. She also had A Tv facing her bed with different consoles on it. There was a bookshelf on the right side of it that had comics, video games, and movies on it. On the left was a wardrobe where Bethany kept her school uniform and regular clothes in it. She went up to her work station and collected up her homework, school books, some pens and pencils, and finally she grabbed her schedule for the day.

"Alright I got everything I need, now I just gotta go out with dad in the backyard for my training! After that, I need to help my older sister with boxing practice by holding the dummy for her. Then once that's done help mom with lunch for the day, eat breakfast, then pack my lunch and head to school." Bethany said with a bright smile on her face.

She then swung her backpack over her shoulders before opening her bedroom door and heading down stairs. When she got into the kitchen she saw her mother with brown hair up in a bun whisking some eggs in a pan.

"Hey mom! How has your morning been?" Bethany asked.

Her mom turned around with a warm smile on her face and said "It's been wonderful dear as always! For me it's always wonderful when I have my family with me, including my youngest and dearest child."

"Aww thanks Mom! You're the best and I know that it's always the best for you when I'm here as I'm the baby of the family." Bethany explained.

"Hehe well just like your sister you're also the most successful as your top of the whole school, won a prize for most smartest student, and always balances out your schedule so you have time with your family, studies, and your free time." Bethany's mom said with a bright smile on her face.

"Yeah well I can't be productive if I don't study or if I don't have any time for myself let alone with my family!" Bethany explained.

"I know! Oh and you better get to the backyard, your father doesn't appreciate tardy's!" Bethany's mother exclaimed jokingly.

"Oh right, my training! *puts backpack down on her seat at the table* Okay I'll be back later after my training with dad and helping my sister for breakfast and to pack up my lunch!" Bethany exclaimed happily.

She then ran to the back door which was also a sliding glass door, and saw her father standing in the backyard with a serious look on his face. He was in his work uniform which was a sarge outfit as he worked in the self defense squad and trained the new rookies.

Being a protective father he decided to train his two daughters in his own combat training with the same attitude that he has to the rookies. That way if they ever needed to they could all defend themselves, if they ever got attacked.

"Hey Dad, So what are we learning today huh? I'd love for you to even try to challenge me!" Bethany said in a confident tone.

"HAHA that's a very brave thing to say to a sarge commander of the self defense force! Don't think I'll go easy on you just because you're my daughter! I'll push you to your limits young lady till your sister gets out here!" Bethany's dad explained in a rough voice.

"HA! Lets do this dad I'm ready for anything! So LET'S SEE WHAT YOU GOT COME AT ME DAD!" Bethany screamed ready for what her training will bring.

Her dad then stepped to the side showing a punching bag. "I WANT YOU TO PUNCH THIS THING AS FAST AS YOU CAN FOR A FULL TWENTY MINUTES WITH NO BRAKES! AFTER THAT I WANT YOU TO GET DOWN AND GIVE ME TWENTY! AND REMEMBER YOUR DOING THIS IN YOUR UNIFORM BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU'LL BE ATTACKED! SO YOU NEED TO TRAIN IN ANY OUTFIT YOU'RE WEARING AS AN ATTACKER WILL NEVER LET YOU CHANGE INTO APPROPRIATE CLOTHES TO FIGHT IN!" Bethany's father explained in the same rough tone.

"Yes I understand father, I won't let you down!" Bethany exclaimed while soulloting to her dad.

She then ran up to the punching bag and started hitting it, she also decided to add kicking into the mix, her father didn't say anything about it. He just stood there with a proud smile on his face as he was happy that both of his girls were becoming brave women.

After twenty minutes, Beth got down on the ground and started doing push ups. Trying to make it harder her father put his foot on her back and tried to push her down. However Beth retaliated and started doing her push ups faster till she finally did all twenty. Once they were done Beth jumped up with a large amount of energy and not even a single sweet on her.

"HA! I told you to give me a challenge dad! Not something that was easy! I didn't break a sweat in all that!" Beth explained while teasing her father a bit.

"Yeah well you prepare yourself for tomorrow cause I will give you a real challenge!" Her father exclaimed with the same tone.

"You said that yesterday and yet not a challenge at all." Beth explained shutting her father down immediately.

"Hehe, you need to step up your game dad, I feel like you're going easy on us because you're our father." A female voice said from behind.

The two looked and saw a tall, buff girl with brown hair up in a ponytail, wearing a red and yellow crocktop, and shorts. She was holding a dummy in one of her arms and had red boxing gloves over her shoulders.

"Hey Clara! You, ready to get your boxing on!" Beth asked excitedly.

"You bet little sis, let's get going!" Clara exclaimed before walking up to Bethany.

She then handed the dummy to Beth who held it up straight for her.

"Well I'll let you girls train together, I'll be inside helping your mother with breakfast. I might be a sarge commander, but I'm still a husband and therefore I must fulfill my duties to my wife." Their father explained.

"Okay dad, call us in when breakfast is ready." Beth requested.

"Will do girls, See you then." Their father said before heading inside.

"Okay sis now keep this dummy steady I want to train good and hard as I have a competition today after school." Clara explained.

"I know sis, I always know when your competitions are coming up as I'd never miss a single one!" Beth explained.

"Hehe Yeah but you gotta be proud of your accomplishments as with that big brain of yours you won your fair share of trophies and medals over the years" Clara explained.

"Thanks sis and I can't wait to see you win this one again!" Beth exclaimed encouragingly before getting behind the dummy and holding it steady for her sister.

Clara smiled as she got her boxing gloves on and started hitting the dummy. After around ten minutes their father came outside and told them that breakfast was ready.

"Awesome! After we eat I'm helping mom with lunch!" Beth exclaimed.

"No Need kiddo, your mother prepared and packed them last night. She's trying a new thing so you and your sister can have more time to yourselves till the bus arrives." Their dad explained.

"Really? Well I guess that's a good idea if she wants to do it." Bethany said.

"Yeah sis come on let's go enjoy some breakfast I'm hungry." Clara said before taking the dummy out of her sister's hands, grabbing onto Beth's hand and leading her inside.

The family sat down and began enjoying their breakfast or eggs, pancakes, bacon, and toast.

(Later)

Bethany was sitting on the bus with her backpack in her arms, she was looking out the window and watching the scenery that was passing by.

"Hey Bethany, what kind of makeup are you going to buy this weekend?" A snobby girl sitting across from her asking.

"Um Janice I can't wear makeup because of my allergies, and makeup can cause acne and breakouts as they close your pores trapping oil, bacteria, and dead skin, which as a result causes acne. So if you're cool with having a pimple filled face then good on you." Bethany explained shutting Janice down.

"What?! Did you just talk back to me??" Janice asked demandingly.

"Um yeah I did, isn't that how you have a conversation?" Beth asked sarcastically.

"Well I don't like that tone you're using with me! I'm the queen bee here and there for you should treat me with a high amount of respect!" Janice explained.

"Yeah same with me Beth you should treat the both of us with respect!" Another girl named Katie said in a snobby tone.

"HA! That's the funniest thing I've ever heard in my life! I only treat those with the same amount of respect that they treat me with. So because you two don't respect me one bit, I don't respect you two at all." Bethany explained.

"Ah! How rude, are you forgetting who we are little missy?" Janice and Katie both said.

"Um two ordinary girls who wear too much makeup, and post stupid photos on Instagram that for some stupid reason people like so much." Bethany said flatly.

"Why you little!-'' Janice said angrily and was about to get up to fight Beth, before she heard someone clearing their throat.

"Janice younglady, don't you dare start a fight on my bus, you do that then you're suspended." The bus driver explained.

Janice huffed and sat back down and crossed her arms, pouting like a baby. The bus driver watched in the mirror and smiled before focusing on the road ahead to get the students to school.

After about five more minutes they all soon arrived at Summer wind high and the bus parked, allowing the students to get off the bus. When Beth got up she felt someone purposely bump into her, and when she looked she saw a boy named Carter.

"Carter, why did you bump into me?" Beth asked, annoyed.

"I didn't, but you should be nicer to my younger sisters." Cater explained, referring to Janice and Katie.

"Um... no, they don't respect me so I don't respect them. Like I said, I treat those with the same respect they treat me." Beth explained.

Carter rolled his eyes before continuing on his way off the bus and to the school. As Beth was getting off the bus she stopped when she got to the bus driver as she wanted to say something to him.

"Hey Mr. Flyin thanks for stopping t Janice for fighting me, if she did then she'd most likely end up with a broken arm." Beth explained jokingly.

"Hehe I know, and I don't like it when that girl thinks she's allowed to do what she wants because she's pretty and has over a million followers on Instagram." Mr. Flyin explained.

"Yeah well she'll learn that beauty wont matter when she's an adult and that nerds like me, end up being the awesome ones in adult life." Beth explained.

"Yeah and people like her, I don't know where they'll end up 'cause well the future is unpredictable, so it's unknown." Mr. Flyin said.

"Yeah... well I gotta get to class, after all education is important! So I'll see you later after school Mr. Flyin." Bethany said before getting off the bus and heading to her first class of the day.

(Later)

Bethany was sitting at her desk which was on the right side of the classroom next to a window. She was looking out the window admiring the scenery outside, however she noticed something strange outside.

She saw two men dressed in all black with masks with spiders on them standing on the sidewalk. She couldn't tell if they were looking up at her class as their faces were covered, but they were giving her an off vibe and it didn't feel right.

As she tried to get a closer look at them, she felt someone put their hands on her shoulders roughly. She screamed and punched the person behind her in the face causing them to groan in pain.

"AHH! Beth what the fuck was that for?!" A boy's voice cried out in pain.

She looked back to see her classmate Max staggering and holding his bleeding nose.

"Sorry Max, but you scared me and I attack when I get scared." Beth explained apologetically.

"Ugh Beth why the hell are you so jumpy?" Max said annoyed by getting punched.

"Hey It's not my fault if you didn't think that scaring people was fun. Seriously, one day your way of thinking is going to get you killed one day." Beth said while rolling her eyes.

Max just stuck his tongue out at her before leaving to take care of his nose. Beth then looked outside again and saw that the two strange men were now gone. She felt relieved, but also uneasy as the men looked suspicious. She then heard the teacher come into the class when she heard her shoes clicking the ground.

So Beth looked up to the front of the class and striated herself up to focus on the class. The teacher then opened the door and sat her papers down on the desk before looking at her class.

"Hello everyone I have an announcement to make. The principal announced that our school field trip has been moved to today, as there are thunderstorm warnings for that day. He didn't want to disappoint any of you so he decided to move the field trip from next week to today." Miss. Elizabeth explained.

The entire class got up from their seats and started cheering out of excitement for the field trip.

"Now, now class, calm down, there'll be four other classes joining us in this field trip, and we'll be going after we take the test I have prepared for all of you today." Miss. Elizabeth explained as she grabbed the papers she brought in with her.

Everyone in the class except for Beth groaned as they all sat down and got ready to take the test. The teacher started passing out the tests to everyone, and made sure they didn't have any way to cheat.

As Beth waited for the teacher to get to her she once again looked outside the window. When she did she was shocked to see that there were now four men outside wearing masks that had spiders on them.

When Beth saw this she freaked out, but remained calm and acted natural so the men won't get suspicious. She thought about what she could do, when she saw her test paper being placed down out of the corner of her eye. She looked at Miss. Elizabeth so she gestures for her to come closer.

Elizabeth leaned in and Beth whispered "Um I don't know if you know this, but there are strange men outside and they're in spider masks. I don't like the look of them so could you alert the principal once you're done here?"

Elizabeth gave Beth a confused look before looking outside the window herself and saw the men she was talking about. She gave Beth a slight nod and went back to passing out the rest of the test papers to the rest of the students.

Once she was done she went up to the front of the class and said "Now everyone I have some matters to attend to in the principal's office so I'll be going there for a bit. When I get back I expect you all to be doing your tests and no cheaters understood?" Elizabeth asked.

Everyone nodded and she left the class to go to the principal's office and tell him about the men outside.

"Hey Beth, what did you tell Miss Elizabeth?" A boy named Zack asked.

"It's nothing you need to worry about." Beth explained as she started her test.

"Okay well can you give me the answers once you're done?" Zack asked.

"Hell no! Zack, you'd have a much easier time taking tests if you studied for them like me!" Beth explained, annoyed with the question.

"Ugh Beth, why should I study when I have the smartest student in the whole school sitting behind me?" Zack asked.

"Again no! I'm not letting a lazy guy like you copy off my work." Beth explained.

"Ugh Beth why do you always gotta be so weird all the time, everyone in the class would like you more if you acted like Janice and Katie." Zack explained.

"Yeah, if I acted like some spoiled brats who think they're far above everyone else just because they're pretty and have millions of followers. Honestly I'm working hard to improve myself from the inside so I can be the best person I can be and so I can succeed in life." Beth explained.

"HA! Well I know that with my good looks and charms I'll become a wonderful actor!" Zack explained with confidence.

Bethany just cringed at what he said as she knew that actors needed real talent to achieve success and she saw Zack act in their school plays. When she did she felt like she was watching a dog trying to open a door as he was awful at acting.

(Later)

The five classes were waiting outside for the bus's to arrive and take them to their field trip.

"Aww man I'm so excited I heard we're going to wonder town amusement park!" One of the students exclaimed.

"Yeah they have everything there, laser tag, rides that go so fast you'll throw up twice, games, and most importantly, snacks!" Another student exclaimed.

"Well I think I'll pass on the snacks I'm on a diet." A girl in the crowd said.

"You know having something sweet once at an event like this is alright, just as long as you're not doing it everyday while on your diet. Also Tiffany, why do you think you need to lose 160 pounds, that's a pretty healthy weight for a healthy person." Bethany explained.

"Ugh Beth you wouldn't understand I wanna weigh at least 98 pounds before I'm happy!" Tiffany explained.

When Beth heard that she felt uneasy, imagining what someone would look like if they weighed that little.

"Tiffany weight is important, it helps with your development and maintaining a healthy weight will help keep you from developing a variety of diseases. So I don't think 98 pounds is a very good goal, 120 pounds is a much better goal." Bethany explained.

"Pff you're just jealous because I'm going to be skinny and beautiful while you stay fat and ugly." Tiffany said in a mean tone while also making fun of Bethany.

Bethany just huffed frustrated before looking out to the horizon while waiting for the bus. As she looked out to the horizon she noticed some movement in the tree line on the other side of the street from the school. Before Bethany could get a better look the bus pulled up right in front of her and the other students.

The bus doors opened and everyone started getting on, once the first bus was full the second one came up and gathered up the remaining students. Bethany sat at a seat that was close to the doors and was next to a window. She once again looked outside, but didn't see anything out of the ordinary, so she assumed that it was just an animal in the forest. She felt someone sit next to her, she looked to see that it was another girl.

"Hey I'm Clare from class A-3." Clare said introducing herself.

"Oh hey I'm Bethany from class E-4." Bethany said.

"Nice to meet you Bethany, I've heard a lot about you, you're the smartest student in the school right?" Clare asked.

"Yeah that's me, nice to meet you Clare." Bethany said.

The two girls continued talking to each other as the bus took them to the amusement park.

(Some time later)

Mr. Flyin looked back at the students to see if they were behaving and smiled as he saw them sitting in their seats and behaving. He smiled before trying to turn left, however when he tried to for some reason the steering wheel didn't turn. He tried harder and harder to turn left as they were coming up to a ledge and he didn't want anything happening to himself and the students.

"Hey Mr. Flyin, is everything alright?" Bethany asked.

"I-I don't know the bus is out of control! I can't steer and we're coming up to a cliff!" Mr. Flyin explained.

"WHAT!" Bethany screamed scared.

Everyone else on the bus also got scared when they heard the bus wasn't working and they were coming up to a cliff. Bethany got scared and tried to help out but when she tried to turn the steering wheel it felt like someone else was staring back.

"WHAT DO WE DO WHAT DO WE DO!" Someone screaming in a panic.

Bethany also started freaking out as the cliff got closer, and when she looked up she was horrified that they were right at the cliff. The next thing everyone knew the bus flew off the cliff and they were tumbling down along with the second bus as it also had the same steering problems as the other.

Everyone in them was knocked out as the cliff wasn't high enough to kill them and just threw them around enough to be knocked out. When both of the buses stopped tumbling four helicopters flew into the area and they had a tarantula on them.

They let down two ladders in each helicopter and men in spider masks came down from them. Some men went up to each bus and started pulling the students out of them one at a time. One of the men heard someone groaning so they went up to see who was waking up.

He look at the drive seat of the first bust and saw Mr. Flyin groaning in pain and starting to wake up. He looked over and saw the masked man, he at first smiled thinking they were there to help them. However that was until he pointed a gun at his face, telling him that they weren't helping them out. The masked man then pulled the trigger ending Mr. Flyin's life instantly.

(The next day)

Bethany woke up to a splitting headache, and when she opened her eyes she noticed she wasn't in her room. She sat up and saw that the other students that were with her were in a strange room that looked like a big prison room. She pushed the covers off herself and saw that the injuries she got from the bus crash were bandaged up. She got off the bed she was on and walked into the center of the room to see more of the room they were in.

"Um where are we?" A student asked.

"I don't know one minute we were in the bus the next thing we crashed and now we're here." Another student said, Just then a pair of doors at a platform that was on the other side of the room and some men with wolf spider masks on.

The men had guns in their hands and when the men got up to the railing of the platform they parted evenly to the sides and let someone else come in. A man in a tarantula spider mask walked in the room, he had a black and orange business suit on and his hands were folded behind his back.

"Hello I'm the operator of the Spider web game, and your classes have all been selected to play my game. Name of the game is simple: there are eight rounds of the game and whoever makes it through all the games wins over 800 million dollars, and I hope you will use that money for your future. However, if you fail... well then you all will figure it out." The man said.

When everyone heard the money they would win if they completed all eight rounds they got excited. However Bethany felt like something was off as this didn't feel right, they were in a recent accident and woke in a mysterious place in she didn't even know where, and this guy said they would win a big cash prize if they won. All that was incredibly suspicious and she feared what these rounds were going to be and what this game was exactly.

"Um everyone, I feel like this isn't a good thing. Something is off here, I mean we were on a field trip a moment ago and now we're here." Bethany explained to everyone.

However someone smacked her hard on the back of her head and said "Fuck that shit missy we're going to be RICH AHAH!"

Beth groaned, annoyed that they weren't listening to her, she knew something was off, but everyone here was blinded by greed.

"Now the first round will begin, however if anyone is caught cheating they will be eliminated from the game." The operator explained.

Then a pair of secret doors in front of them opened up leading into another room. Everyone started going into the room excited to win the big cash prize. When they got into the next room there was a board in the center of the room with a difficult math equation written on it, and several doors with different answers written on them. Once everyone was in the room the door they came through the doors they game thru closed and locked behind them.

A voice over an intercom then said "Name of the game is simple: there are eight rooms with different math equations; only the correct answer to the equation will get you out of the rooms. Now let the first round begin."

The person on the intercom then hung up leaving the students to try and figure out the answer to the equation.

Bethany walked up to the whiteboard and saw that a black marker was on it. She was about to pick up the marker to try and solve the equation when she got interrupted by Max once again scaring her. She screamed and elbowed him on the side again, he groaned in pain and held onto his side.

"Ugh, why?" Max asked.

"Oh my god you idiot why do you always do this?" Bethany asked, annoyed.

"Well I'm sure he just saved you from wasting our time trying to solve that equation." Zack said.

"Zack, if we solve it then we get to move on." Bethany explained.

"Ha Beth we just need to check every door till we hit the winner, no need to waste time on this. Just watch, I'm gonna open a door and it's gonna be nothing but a brick wall, and I'm gonna keep on doing it till I get to the win-AAAHHHH!" Zack said as he went up to one of the doors and opened it before falling down a pit.

Everyone who saw that rain up to see what happened to Zack. When they looked they were horrified to see Zack at the bottom of the pit being eaten alive by snakes. Zack screamed in agony as the snakes bit and ate him alive, when Bethany saw that she backed away in horror.

The other students who didn't see what happened to Zack got scared when they heard him scream.

"Oh shit, oh fucking shit! This isn't any ordinary game, this is a fucking death game. WE'RE ALL IN A DEATH GAME!" Bethany screamed in horror as she realized what was going on.

They were in the middle of nowhere with no way to get out or to contact their families, and worst of all they are competing in a death game, where if they get the answer to a question wrong they'll die.
