Rascor

Rascor is a country surrounded by mountains and covered in ice. There is a loose democratic system that is mostly proven and enforced through violence. Rascor culture is heavily ingrained in infighting and the ability to fight, there are many rivalries between areas. The job of the government is to enforce rules, punishments, and to keep the country from fighting amongst themselves. The leader of Rascor is the Lyneka who is usually the best fighter in the country. Fighting is not seen as a negative thing in Rascor, it is a way to improve themselves, and become stronger. "You never kill your adversaries, it only prevents you from fighting with them again. Only a coward, would wish never to fight again." 

{Rascor has 10 islands. All of these islands are surrounded by thick sheets of ice. Not much is known about any of these islands, but there are strong alliances between certain ones, and fighting amongst all of them.}
