Hurriedly rushed to his room and plugs his phone charging and went to washroom to take a shower.
There was a business party held where most famous business family and celebrities were invited.

Manik was also invited but declined when he received the invitation because of his busy schedule but then he found about Nandini also attending the party, he wasn't able to leave this opportunity to see her. He could do anything to see her.

Just in few days she entered in his lives and her ways getting straight to his heart. This very first time he feels his heart craves to see her. His heart starts racing faster whenever she comes near him.

It's been a week ago when he took Nandini out for pani puri treat as she demanded by her brother but Abhi wasn't able to take her due to his appointment and Manik offered to take her cancelling his meeting. He can't forget the teasing look he received from Arjun and those constantly weirds by Arjun now, then feels like his secret will be exposed soon.

Turning the shower on he steps in and closing his eyes recalling how adorable she looked when she filled her mouth with pani puri. He couldn't help but chuckle at her antics. Being with her gives him so much peace. He was loving her company.

He turns the shower off and pulling the towel wipes his body and wrapping the towel around his wait comes out of the shower and moves to his closest.

Shuffling through his closet he chose to wear black suite. He quickly got ready and walks out of his closet and walks towards the dressing table.

He stood front of three mirror and taking the brush combed his hair and setting his hair he kept the brush down. He then opens the left side drawer and taking a watch left wore it on his left hand wrist.

He took his favourite perfume out and sprayed it his body. He glanced himself and walks to bed sitting down. He then wearing his shoes stood up.

Taking his phone and shoving his one hand in hushed pocket and holding his phone in one hand walks out of the room. He descends down the stairs and found his family waiting for him.

He clears throat gaining their attention and pulling Mukti in a side hug pecks side of her head.

Manik : you look gorgeous princess.

Mukti : thank you Bhai, you look handsome. All the girls will drool over you now.

Manik chuckles and moves to his mother hugging her and complimented her too. He the looks at his father and smirks who returns the smirk.

They all starts making their way out of the mansion and settling in the car drove to the party. Manik's bodyguards were following their car behind. Mukti went her parents whereas Manik drove his car.

They arrived to party and were welcomed by the person who organised the party. Manik looks at the man front of him and really admired him for that works he has done in this business field.

Manik shook his hand with him and gave curt nod.

Manik: it's good to see you again Mr Joshi.

Mr joshi: it's pleasure to have you again Manik. I'm so proud of you. You are doing amazing work. I really appreciate what you have accomplished at this young age.

Manik smiles and nodded his head and excusing himself went inside to meet others delegates. He was so engrossed talking to some people didn't notice when his friends arrived and was looking for him.

He turns around and looks at Alya who tapped his shoulder. He smiles and hugs Alya and Dhruv.

Manik : where is cabir? Didn't he come with you?

Alya : he couldn't come because navya isn't feeling well. He didn't wanted to leave her alone.

Manik : is she okay? Cabir didn't tell when I spoke to this afternoon. I hope everything is okay.

Dhruv : she's okay buddy. I think she isn't feeling well. We meet to meet them too. Cabir didn't leave navya alone to attend this party.

Manik nodded his head and starts talking to them when he felt thirsty. He excused himself and went to bar section stood beside and others his drink.

Raj and Neyonika was talking their friends when they heard Raman's voice. They turned around and smiles looking at them. Ishita hugs Neyonika greeting her. Raj also hugs Raman.

Neyonika : you look so stunning ishita. I heard Nandini is back. Did she come with you too?

Ishita : you also look gorgeous Neyonika. Yes, Nandini came with us. She should be around.

Ishita roams her eyes around and finding Nandini who was walking towards them hiding her dress. Nandini comes there and smiles looking at them.

Ishita pulls Nandini beside her and looks at Neyonika with a smile.

Ishita : Neyonika, meet my daughter Nandini. Princess meet Neyonika Mukti and Manik's mother.

Nandini smiles looking at Neyonika and went to away and was about to bend down touching her foot but was stopped by Neyonika who pulls her in a hug.

Nandini smiles hugging Neyonika back. They broke the hug and Neyonika couldn't stop looking at Nandini. She looked so impressed by Nandini.

Neyonika : wow! Nandini beta, you look absolutely stunning. It's so good to see you back.

Nandini: thank you Aunty. You look beautiful too.

She then also greet Raj who compliments Nandini. Raj hugs side hugs Nandini and pecks her head. They starts talking to each other till they heard voices behind them. They turns around out and found Alya, Mukti, Dhruv and Abhi there.

Mukti hugs Nandini and starts gushing over her look and wouldn't stop praising Nandini. Nandini hugs Alya and Dhruv too and in between she looked around to see if Manik was around but she didn't see him. Chucking her thoughts away she starts talking to the girls.

On other hand Manik took his drink and was about walk back to his family when he was called from behind. He turns around and found a girl. He looks at her and tried to recall if he knows her.

Manik : excuse me do I know you? Who are you?

She walks to Manik standing very closer to which Manik steps back and glares her.

Girl : Manik. You don't know but I'm your biggest fan. I love you so much. Please be mine.

Manik looks at her knowing this is every dialogues he listens from the girls and shaking his head walks from there leaving the girl heartbroken.

Taking a sip of his drink he stood in a corner and was looking around when his eyes stood at one place. He blinks his eye few times and felt his throat drying up looking at the beauty front of him.

There was she standing in middle between his sisters laughing so loudly. Her laughter echoed straight through his heart and his heart starts to pound so faster. Her beauty shined up so much that he couldn't see anything else than staring into her soul.

His grip on the glass got tighter as he stares her without blinking his eyes. He felt everything seems to be stopped. He could literally stand there and stare without getting bored.

He didn't cared about all the gazes he had been getting since the moment he walked inside the party but was lost in her beauty. She was perfectionist and most stunning girl he ever come crossed with.

He diverts his gaze away when he felt someone standing next to him. He looks beside him and found group of boys looking at him. He immediately recognised them and turning his attention starts to talking to them.

Nandini felt someone staring her so she looked up and looked around to see if someone was staring her but didn't find anyone. She shook her head and looks at Mukti who said something made her blush.

Mukti: Nandini, do you have a boyfriend? I mean look at you. You're so beautiful and sexy. How can stay away from you? Do you have someone?

Nandini : what Bhabhi? I don't any boyfriend. My brother and father won't even let me day any boys.

Mukti : I feel you Nandini. My brother is the same. Talking about him, where is he? I swear to god he must be talking about business only.

Nandini chuckles and felt her heart drop when she heard Manik's name. Her mind went few days ago when he took her took for pani puri. Her heart flutters and her cheek starts warm up.

Alya : I have just noticed you are actually matching with Manik. Manik is also wearing black.

Mukti also looks at Nandini and mentally smirks looking at Nandini. Nandini's cheeks burns up.

Mukti: wow! Did you guys planned to wear matching today? I didn't even notice that.

Nandini: no it's not like that. You're just thinking. It's just coincidence. That's all.

Mukti and Alya shared a look and nodded their head. Nandini excusing herself went grab a drink. She brought her drink and sitting down on empty table she starts sipping her drink.

Her eyes roams around one more time hoping to find him knowing he's around at the party. Her eyes stops when she found him dressing in black suite back facing her. She could only see his side profile and immediately recognised him.

Her stomach was filled with butterflies as she watched him holding the glass and taking a sip in between while talking to few people's. She even noticed her father and brother in that circle.

Her thoughts were broken by a voice: she snapped out of her trance and looks at the person in front of her. She puts the glass down and looks at him.

Nandini : hello, do I know you? I don't think so.

He smiles and pulling a chair sits beside her making her frown at his action. She didn't look comfortable him sitting beside her. His look was scaring her.

He took his hands forward and looks at her with a smirk playing on his lips.

Him : hello gorgeous. You don't know but I definitely you. You are Raman Murthy's daughter Nandini Murthy. How come beautiful girl like you sitting alone? Myself Rudra Mehra.

Nandini: why doesn't matter to you if sit alone? You are no one to tell me what to do or not do.

Rudra : feisty. I like it. I heard a lot of you. I want to be friends with you. Will you be my friends?

Nandini looks at him and this time felt him very genuine offering his friendship towards her. She didn't mind being his friends and nodded her head accepting his friendships. They both start talking unaware of one pair of eyes is watching them.

His knuckles and jaw clenched up as he watched them interacting. He hated seeing her laughing when he isn't reason behind her laugh. He felt his heart going to explode with all this emotions running through his body just by seeing how closer they were sitting and laughing so loud.

He couldn't take it and gulped the whole drink down and placing the glass down he made his way towards them.

Nandini's eyes were filled with tears and her stomach began to hurt because of the laugh. She stops laughing and looks Rudra who stood up and forward his hand at her. She looks at him confusingly.

Rudra : may I have a dance with a most beautiful girl?

Nandini surprisedly looked at him and was about to reply when she heard a voice that her body was aching to hear. Her eyes went behind Rudra and saw Manik deathly glaring Rudra.

Manik : no she can't dance with you.

Rudra turns around and looks at Manik with a smirk.

Rudra : why? Why can't she dance with me? She didn't even say so? Who are you to say that?

Manik looks at Rudra and wanted to murder him straight there. He looks at Nandini and ignoring Rudra walks pay him and holding Nandini's wrist drags her with him.
