Sanskar's POV

Mom glared at me when I left house this morning, she's already angry that I didn't attend any functions of Laksh's marriage. What will I do anyways in that functions? Generally from 7 years ago whatever happened, we're just a family for the world to show off. Even in past for 5 years I left this home to making a company of my own. Karma Industry...I'm proud that it's started from my own hard work and now it's on top. Even this Maheswari's can't compare to it.

It's just 2 years since I came back here to Maheswari mansion, nothing but trouble them..that's what I want. For 2 years I make sure with every passing second Maheswari Company started to lose, while I in front of them enjoy the victory of mine getting every project they lose.

I wasn't like this always, they made me this heartless from their work.

I was always an obedient Son, Sanskar Maheswari of Sujata and Ram Prasad Maheswari. But from childhood, I saw the differentiate going between me and my brothers. Adarsh and Laksh were sons of my Chacha Durga Prasad Maheswari and my Chachi Annapurna Maheswari...they're practically who owns everything in here Maheswari mansion. While my dad was a mere supporter of his elder brother. Mom always got taunt of Chachi if she can't do anything like she's her slave. After slowly mom also started to change and fight with Chachi always, but sadly my father never supports mom which caused them to fight. I was just 8 years when all of that was going around.

Adarsh Bhai was 14 at that time, and Laksh was 6... Adarsh Bhai never cared for me but I had a very friendly relationship with Laksh till he wasn't 13 years because after that he started to become like his father. As my dad never hold a stable place here so not me and not mom ever was respected much. I was used to be ignored slowly but all this while I love my little Sister Uttara so much. Even in all this, she's like a fresh flower whom I cared about most, who loves me most without any expectations.

Mom does love me so much but I'm also was used to be mom's ego booster...my brothers aren't topper like me so that gave mom reason to taunt Chachi about how intelligent her son is. Mom wasn't very well educated, or from a very rich family, unlike Chachi who's also not educated but from a very rich family so this gave Chachi the upper hand but because of me mom got something too proud. That's how started competition around all of the 3 brothers. As Adarsh was already big he wasn't much in all that already ignore Chachi's stupid things but Laksh was slowly changed and from friends, brother we became competitors.

That's the truth of the so-called joint Maheswari family's inside truth which only we know but outside we're like a very traditional perfect family.

"Arun I wanted Sharma's project anyhow. It will make us 3 crores profit within a month. And most important after that" he nodes and left. He is a very efficient assistant who always knows what should be done. Maheswari also going to fight for this project and j wanted them to lose.

I noticed mom's text about problems going into marriage...I was a little surprised, Laksh is having a love marriage with some girl name Swara but seeing that she run away I laugh. It serves them well.

How can I miss an opportunity to be entertained like this? I noticed I don't have any important meetings today so I left the venue where this marriage is taking place. When I came there I found a very surprising entertainment, which is doing Bride's sister Ragini. 'Now her sister run who would want her, her life would be destroyed, no one would want to join relationship with a family whose daughter runs away' I couldn't understand all this nonsense, it was very funny. It has gone to another level when this Ragini started her suicide drama.

Suddenly Laksh decides to marry Ragini, the moment their marriage complete a girl entered...her face is very familiar. With everyone talks, I understand this is swara, the real bride. I never saw laksh's finance before...but why she seems familiar I couldn't understand.

The moment she came her mother slap her, started insulting her. She denied everything...she was shocked to see a letter written in her handwriting saying she doesn't want this marriage so she's going. Then Swara blames Ragini that she tried to kill her which results in her more taunt by her family and some guests. For some moment I pitied her condition, she's crying very much.

"Mom trust me, please. I didn't do anything. It was all Ragini. Why won't you trust me? I'm your daughter" she pled, Ragini started crying saying.."Swara why are you blaming me? Because I'm your step-sister?"

I stiffened, her face and begging remind me of myself years ago.

"Dad, why don't you trust me? I'm your son. I didn't do anything wrong. It was all Laksh.

"Stop it Sanskar, how can you blame over Laksh. He's your younger brother. He can't do all that-".

"And I can?" I asked looking at Dad, his eyes show no trust over me. His brother is proud that he stand for Laksh but what about me? I always knew Dad shows love more to Laksh than me but now it was clear. Mom started to protest that I can't do anything wrong but now that moment something changes in me. I now held no hope for my dad and ever getting respect in this family. Laksh even after doing wrong everyone trusts him.

I noticed Swara's mother broke all relationship with her. She looks very broken, she pushed her very hard. I was near so I run to hold her. She looks at me with teary Hazel eyes...it held so much pain which is clear. Mom frown at me, I made her stand and went near the mandap. I didn't know what came over me but I filled her maang. She looks at me shocked and touches her sindur.

"Bhai how can you?" Laksh yelled angrily and about to came near but I stand between him and swara.

"Sanskar what is this all?" Mom asked irritated.

"I want to marry Swara," I said calmly, everyone as expected protests but I ignore everyone...I hold Swara's hand and came near mandap.."marry me" I said to Swara, she's looking at me shocked as if dazed.

"Panditji, start mantra"I said to priest.

"Bhai you can't marry my fiancee" Laksh yelled angrily, I smirk seeing his face.

"Laksh it's ex, you're already married to Ragini. Now Swara is no one to you" thankfully swara didn't say anything, we got married with all rituals. Laksh left angrily after our marriage is finished. Ragini runs behind him...my all family also left. Mom looks at me angrily that how can I marry like this, Uttara tried to stay but mom takes her too. Swara's family also left angrily as if they just didn't care.

At last, were left alone.."are you gonna take any of your things?" She looks at me shocked, she nodes. She runs back to the opposite side which I don't understand, her family lives on another side so I guessed that will be her home. She came out with a bag in the back and a guitar in hand. She looks at me nervously.

"Let's go" I left and she followed me silently.
