Sonic's P.O.V.

Nothing but smooth flying so far. It changed to daytime so I changed back to normal. "We should arrive to Spagonia soon!" Tails shouts over the wind. "That's great, but I think we might have a little delay." (Y/N) says, pointing ahead and I look to see drones. No doubt Eggman's doing. "Here comes the parade!" I exclaims seeing small planes fly at us. "I've got this one, Sonic. Tornado... Battle Mode, engaged!" Tails says, the the Tornado transforms into its Battle Mode. "Hold on, Chip. Things are about to get hectic!" I hear (Y/N) say then hold on myself as we the thrusters make us fly fast. "Whoooooooa!" (Hold on!)

"Sonic, I'll fly while you shoot and be quick, we can't have the Tornado take on too much damage!" Tails tells me. I smirk, "You do realize who you're talking to, right? Just keep her steady!" I reply. "Just shoot the darn drones!" (Y/N) yells. I chuckle then focus as I grip the handles. And with Tails flying while I took care of the drones, including the big one Eggman piloted, we passed with soaring colors. And Spagonia is in sight. "Ugh... Sometimes I wish we have a smooth flight." I look down to see (Y/N) leaning back in her seat with Chip on her lap. I shake my head with a smile, she can handle fights but flying makes her wheezy? (What? You got a problem with that? 🤨)

Tails then lands and I hop off and onto the ground. I look at the beautiful city. I've run by Spagonia in the past, but I never quite took the time to experience it before. "Come on, Spagonia University is just ahead." Tails says as he starts walking. "Wait!" I look back to look at (Y/N), "I want to know what is going on, but I need me something to eat. The last thing I had was that Chocolate Chip Sundae Supreme, and I almost lost it during the flight." She says, placing her hands on her hips. "We are getting something to eat on the way to university. And that's final!" She stomps her foot and huffs as she closes her eyes. (😤) I smile fondly at her behavior, she can be so cute. "I could eat." Chip says. Well, I know there's now changing her mind when she's made up her mind. "Alright. Let's go find us some food." I state.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

Yes! "Let's go!" I run off into beautiful Spagonia. It is such an amazing city, the buildings, the people, and especially the food~ "Oh, man, I wonder what kind of food they have here." I look over to see Chip flying next to me. Though, I notice the little green gem hanging on his neck. I wonder what it is. But then I stop as I smell something. I close my eyes and sniff the air, "Mmmm~ This way!" "Wha-!" I grab Chip and soon arrive at this cafe, and the stuff it displayed in the window are delicious pastries. "Oooooh~ Those look so good!" That they do, Chip. "Well, are you gonna stare and be hungry or buy and eat?" I give Sonic a narrow look, "Don't rush me, Blue." I tell him.

"Now, what do you all want?" I ask. Once they told me, I enter the store and walk up to the counter and made my order to the cashier, "Alright, here you go." She says. I pay her and take the bag. "Now, we eat!" I decree once I meet up with the others. Chip and Tails cheer and dig into their pastries. "Mmmm~ So good!" I moan in delight. "And messy. Hold still." I look at Sonic, right as he swipes his thumb on my cheek. He then holds it to his mouth and licks up the crumb-Okay, why did that make my heart flutter? (He, he. 😏) "Huh, not bad. I'll have to get that next time." Oh, he thinks he's so smooth. "Hey, (Y/N), why is your face red?" I eat the rest of my treat, "Alright! Say, Tails, where is the university?" I ask. "Uh, I think this way-" "Great! Let's go!" "Whoa!" I grab Tails' arm and speed walk to the university. Why must that blue, speedy hedgehog make me feel this way?!?

Third Person P.O.V.

Chip tilts his head as he watches (Y/N) drag Tails away. "Gee, I wonder what got into her?" He asks. Sonic smirks then finishes his treat. "I don't know." He answers, fully well knowing he did that on purpose to get a reaction out of the (H/C) hedgehog.

Soon, the gang makes it Spagonia University. Tails leads the gang as they make their way to Prof. Pickle's office, but find it messy and trashed. Along with, "Whaaat?!? Professor Pickle's been kidnapped?!" Tails exclaims in shock after Prof. Pickle's student told them. "It was a little before the tremors hit. This old man showed up... And a... and a whole PACK of robots. They carried poor Professor Pickle off, lab data and all." He explains, mining out the kidnapper with having a large and round stomach and wearing a mustache. "It can't be." Tails says, looking down at the floor with a down expression. "That sure sounds like Eggman." Sonic says. "Who else do we know that is round, resembling an egg, sprouting a wild mustache and commands a bunch of robots?" (Y/N) sasses. (She's got a point.)

"What a horrible thing to do! We've got to go help that professor guy out, and fast!" Chip exclaims in urgency as he flies up to be at eye-level with the gang. "If he got kidnapped that long ago, he's got to be real hungry by now! And-and, if I was that hungry... I-I don't know how long I would last! I'd rather be dead!" Chips say then faints as he falls into the ground. His soul remains and continues talking, but then realizes he is not in his body and quickly dives down to it.

(Y/N)'s ear twitches as she tilts her head at Chip. "I-I'm sure Eggman is feeding him. Even he's not that cruel." Tails says to Chip to calm him. (Y/N) rolls her eyes as she puts on her jacket, "Yeah. Break apart the planet, sure thing. But can't have my prisoner go hungry." She says, zipping up her jacket. (The sass is strong in this one.)  "Okay, he-he, let's go find the professor." Sonic says, giving Chip a thumbs up as the little guy gives him one back after returning to his body.
