Sky's pov

I groaned and opened my eyes slowly. I was in the infermery at the castle. The last place I remember being was in a cell....no, it was fighting Lilly, when I was able to take control for a short period of time. I shook my head and sat up. "How the Nether did I get here?" I asked rubbing my sore head as I looked around.

"Sky! You're back!" Mitch exclaimed hugging me, Jerome cost behind.

"I am? I am, but, how?" Mitch and Jerome explained to me what happened after I fought Lilly and Tyler. "Wait, so Tyler's dead? I killed one of my best friends?" I asked staring at them in shock. They nodded and I looked down. "I killed him. I killed Tyler."

"Sky, it's not your fault. Herobrine turned you into a brine. Their's no way you could've done anything." Jerome said trying to comfort me.

I shook my head, and buried it in my hands. I stayed that way for a while. "How many others are dead?" I asked. They hesitated and gave eachother a uneasy look. "How many more are dead?" I repeated gritting my teeth.

Mitch sighed and finally spoak. "Half the army is hurt, about thirty recrutes are dead. Including....." He hesitated again. "Including Lilly and Ty."

I felt my heart skip a beat. "Lilly and Ty?" I repeated quietly. Tears forming in my eyes.

"Yes sir, Lilly died protecting me from Herobrine." Jason stated sadly.

I looked up at him and frowned. "What about Ty?"

"Ty died by a skeleton, we discovered he was trying to protect some recrutes, and it surprise attacked him." Jerome reported.

I continued to stare at the ground. How could I have let this happen? How could I have belived they would leave me? How could I have let Herobrine turn me into a brine? How could I have failed my kingdom? "Where's Seto, Skylar, Ian, and Quintion?" I asked tears slowly falling down my face.

"Ian, and Quintion are helping the wounded, Seto and Skylar are sleeping. They used alot of energy on the potion and your amulet." Jason said.

I looked down at where my amulet usually sat around my neck. I realized it was gone. I looked up at the group again and shook my head to clear my thoughts. "I'm sorry." I said staring at the wall next to me.

"For what?" Jerome asked. Mitch looked at me with consern.

"For everything." I said standing and walking out of the infermery.

"Sky where are you going?"

"Places." I muttered as I walked out the door. I walked down the halls of the castle. Tyler, Ty, and Lilly are all dead. My army is falling apart, and theirs nothing I can do about it. I walked on for a while until I walked right into Skylar. "Ow. Sorry kid, didn't see ya there." I said rubbing my head.

Skylar's eyes lit up and she wrapped her arms around me. "Sky! You're ok! I didn't think that it would work." She said still hugging me. I said nothing, but hugged her back. She pulled away and smiled.

I forced a smile. "I'm ok now, thank you." I looked down the hall. "Do you know where Seto is?"

"Uhhh, I think he's in the library, that or he's still sleeping."

"Thanks." I said as I walked away. I headed to the library as a headache started to form. I ignored it until I reached the library.

Miss me?

What do you want?

What? Didn't think I was still around? They may have weakened me, but I'm still here. Don't worry, I'm not Ian's voice. I won't force you to watch as I try to kill all your friends.

Then what do you want?

Well, now that Herobrine can't control you, I can help you save them.

But, you're a brine. Why would you help me stop the one who created you?

....I have my reasons. All you need to know is that I can help.

....how do I know you're not lying to me?

I'm still partly you. What's the point in lying to myself?

I sat down in one of the many chairs around the room, and sighed. I saw Seto walk by with Steve right behind him. Steve looked over at me with fear in his eyes. Seto looked at him, then to me. "Sky? What are you doing here? I thought you'd still be in the infermery."

"Sorry to dissapoint." I looked at Steve. He still gave me a look of pure fear. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

He frowned and snapped, "Oh, I don't know, maybe because all you did for hours on end was touture me when Hero called for you? Do ya think that could be why?"

I recoiled slightly as his voice got harsher. I tortured him? What else did Herobrine force me to do?

Steve's look softened slightly. "You don't remember, do you?" I shook my head.

"N-No I don't, I'm sorry, for everything I did to you. I-I had no control. I had no choice...." more tears filled my eyes as I remembered what Mitch and Jerome told me I did.

Steve stared at me, like he remembered something, whatever it was, it seemed to hurt him, alot. "Just like Hero." I barely heard him say under his breath. "He's doing what happened to him, to others...." Steve looked away and said nothing for a while.

"Sky, what are you doing here anyway?" Seto asked trying to change the subject. I saw a soft purple glow coming from his pocket.

"I came to apologize for everything I've done." I said looking at the floor. I shook my head and headed for the door.

"Sky, I think you might want this back." I turned around and Seto handed me my amulet.

I stared at it for a moment, then took it and put it back on. "Thanks." I said walking out the door to my room. I opened my door and walked in. Closing it behind me I sat on my bed and placed my head in my hands. "This is all my fault. Tyler, Lilly, Ty, they're gone and it's my fault." I said to no one. I let the tears in my eyes fall to the ground and silently wished that Ty was here with me. "I failed them, I failed them all. I failed being a leader, I failed being their king." I lifted my head from my hands and looked out the window at the stars in the black sky. "I failed them, yet, they still look up to me as a leader, no, not just as a leader, but as their king." I stood and walked to the window. I may have failed them once, but never again. I AM Skydoesminecraft, leader of the Skyarmy, and ruler of the Budder Kingdom. I will not fail them again. Not now, not ever.

Sky: ye.

SKY! *tackles Sky into a hug*

Sky: *falls to the ground, hugs back* Brine, how do you do this everyday?

Hero: *srugs* you get use to it. Better you than me.

....*let's go of Sky* *tackles Hero* what? Did ya really think you'd get away with not being tackled? *smiles and hugs Hero*

Hero: *smiles* for a minute their, I thought you forgot. *hugs back*

Sky:....

Wut?

Sky: he's smiling. Like an actual smile. I've never seen anyone really make Brine smile like that before.

I do it all the time, so does Es, it's not that hard.

Hero: yah, what's really hard is stopping me from killing things.

Yah, well.....*remembers I'm in the middle of an outro* oh yah, if you all did just enjoy that...*looks at Sky*
