The symbols on them if you look are all different

The one on Coupers shirt means he helps with space travel and air crafts but stays on ground

The one on Neons symbol is for augmentation or genetic variation in a normal being or child which later became illegal so... she kinda has 'super powers' in a sense and she has to wear that symbol at all times to be aloud to walk free in the streets... stupid government

Poor o' Rubo is basically a 'normie' but is in an old uniform for mail mans from when they had to wear symbols too... and he got a bunch's left over stickers of the symbol and put them on his T-shirt launcher...among other things heh. But other people still use it in protest of genetic augmentation children and people being let to live.

Troy my boi ... with number 5 AND 6, 5 is for high intellect and making or use of an external source (omg I'm using complicated words now shhhh•z!) to be a solution to help with the moving forward of living after a incident that should have or may leave them dead, Troy got his arm, part of his lung, and his leg blown off...and his liver, gallbladder and parts of other organs which in which they where replaced by transplants and/or synthetic materials... so on blah blah blah blah... but it's basically he replaced his limbs with a robotic format blah blah blah I got lazy...you fill in the 'blahs'
