Simon, Mia and Mimi are seen getting out of their car. They were parked in front of a hotel.

Mia: Ahh, gonna feel nice to sleap in a real bed huh?

Simon: Yeah. You're right.

The place luckily allowed pets, so Mimi wouldn't have to wait in the car. They go inside, the place wasn't fancy but was still nice looking.

Mia: Hellow! Room for 2 plus 1 dog please!

She says to the lady at the front desk.

Lady: Sure thing!

She She reached behind her, grabbed a key and gave it to Mia.

Lady: It's room 23, floor 2.

Mia: Okay thanks.

She, Simon and Mimi all start walking away. Simon glances back and saw the lady had her eyes following them. He shivers, but decided to ignore it. They go up the stairs and into the room.

Simon: MAn I'm beat!

He laid down on the bed.

Mia: Eww, you should shower first bro.

Simon: Laterrrr...

He says, face down in his bed.

Mia: Fine. I'll go first then you-

She opens the bathroom door to find only a sink and toilet.

Mia:... or... not?

She looked around, a bit confused, her eyes landing on a piece of paper on the wall.

Paper: Shower/bath can be found on floor 1.

Mia: Oh. Well in that case, looks like we're both going!

She turns to her brother. Simon had already set up a cacoon of blankets.

Mia:... *sigh*

She managed to get him out, them grabbing their and change of clothes and leaving Mimi in the room. They make it back to the lobby.

Mia: Excuse me. We were looking for the bath house?

Lady: Oh, it's just down that hall. Male has the blue door and female has pink.

Mia:... ummm. Would it be ok if I brought him in with me?

Simon: Mia. I'm old enough to go by myself!

Mia: You're 10 and this is a hotel in the middle of nowhere. I'm not letting you out of my site.

Simon groans.

Lady: Oh, yeah. You need to be 13 or older to go in by yourself. If your younger, you're gonna have to stick with your sister here.

Simon:... aw man.

Lady: Well, nothing's really stopping you, but it's highly recomended.

Mia: Thank you!~

She says, pulling Simon with her. The 2 make it to the girls room, being met with a number of large stalls in a row against the wall.

Mia: Hmm. 3 stars turned out better than expected!

She pulled Simon into one, closed the curtain, and look at what they were working with. A large bathtub with a shower next to it, a drain on the floor for the water.

Mia: Nicer than expected!

She started undressing. Simon looks down at his watch, tugging to try and get it off again.

Simon:... dang it...

He followed his sister. getting his clothes off and both get into the tub. The soap bubbles somehow covering Mia perfectly. She practically melted, kepping her nose above the water but letting everything else sink under.

Mia:...blub...blub...blub...

Simon: I can't hear you when you're under water.

Mia: Oh. I just said this feels like hevan!

Simon: Oh, ok.

He decided to relax a bit too. The warm water did feel nice, even if Simon didn't want to admit it. He felt himself sinking a little. He exhails, closing his eyes for a moment... that is until he suddenly got a weird feeling, opening his eyes again. He looked to the curtain that was acting as a door and froze. He saw an eye staring right at him. But after blinking it was gone. Was he paranoid? Or was someone really looking in at them. That lady at the front desk was looking at him funny so maybe it was her? She would be the only person to know they were here. But he shouldn't assume anything. The parking lot was pretty full so maybe it was just someone else coming to use the bath and they were looking to see if it was full or not.He brushed it off, laying back down in the bath.

Later--

Now back in their room, Simon had remade his blanket cacoon, watching youtube on his phone. Mia looks over at him, Mimi sleeping on the foot of her bed. Mia couldn't help but feel bad. The entire point of this trip was to break him out of his shell, but it only seemed to make him wanna cling to it more. She sighs, getting up.

Mia: Imma go get some fresh air. I'll be right back.

Simon: Okay.

She leaves the room and locked the door. Letting out a sigh, she started walking.

Mia: Only wanted to help...

She mumbles, starting to walk down the hall.

*skitter skitter skitter*

She spun around. She heard what sounded like little footsteps behind her. She quickens her pace, hurridly heading for the stairs. She got down them and got to the lobby, the woman still at the front desk.

Lady: Everything alright?

Mia: Yep. Just need some air.

Lady: Alright. If you need anything, let us know!

Mia: Thanks.

She steps outside. The cold air helpped her calm down, looking up at the night sky, she felt a moment of peace. That is until she felt a hand on her shoulder.

Meanwhile--

Simon sat in his cacoon, happier than he had been since he was forced on this trip.

Mimi: Arf!

He looks to his dog.

Simon: Mia just went to get some fresh air.

Mimi: Bark bark!

Simon tries just watching Youtube, but he eventually gave into the barking.

Simon: okay fine.

He got up, opening the door and taking Mimi with him.

Simon: It's been a while since you've been out anyway.

They head for the staircase, taveling down. Simon follows Mimi out to the lobby and froze.

Mia: Let go of me!

A group of people were dragging her off somewhere.

Mimi: Row ow bow!

The people stopped, now noticing the boy and his dog.

Mia: S-Simon! Run!

Person 1: Heeeeey buddy!

Person 2: You should join us! We were just showing your sister here to the party room!

Their smiles were abnormally large. Simon slowly backed away.

Simon: Y-You don't wanna do this!

Mimi: grrrrrrr...

Several people threw themselves at Simon, but he ran. Mimi instead runs at the people, getting grabbed.

Lady: got the dog, now-

Mimi bit down on her arm.

Lady: S-stupid dog!

Another took Mimi and held her mouth shut.

Lady:... get the kid.

Her arm drips green, quickly repairing herself.

Lady: Take these 2 to the nest.

Mia stares in horror.

Mia: W-What the hell are you!?

All of their heads spun to face her, ignoring the limitations of their necks. Instead of responding, they grab and drag her away.

Meanwhile~

Simon ran as fast as his legs could carry him. He couldn't go to his room, they would look there first. He just ran. By the time he finally slowed down, no idea where he was and could hardly stand. He was heavily breathing, shaking like a leaf and looking around in fear of being found.

Simon:... m...m-m... m-mim-mimi-i...?

In his frantic escape, he had only just realized that his dog was gone.

Simon: n-no... no, no no... w-why...?

He fell to the floor, tears falling from his face.

Simon:... M-M-Mia...

*flash*

Simon hardly heard the sound, his anxiety tearing him from the inside out.

???:... Why do you cry child...?

Simon looks up in fear, seeing a figure in front of him.

Simon:... o-oh... umm... y-you're another one... made by this...

He looks at his watch. The device that caused this problem.

Ghost Girl:... Can you answer my question? Why are you crying?

Simon looks at her.

Simon:... I-I just... M-M-My sister... a-and dog was... we're t-taken by... p-people...

The girl stares at him for a moment.

Ghost Girl: I can try helping get you your sister and dog back.

Simon:.... O-Oh, right... i guess I forgot about this thing...

He looks at his watch.

Simon: I found it in the woods... it can create strange people... like you.

Ghost Girl: So I'm strange now?

Simon: N-No... I mean... unique. Most people here look a lot more similar to one another. 2 arms, 2 legs, 2 eyes...

Ghost Girl:... oh. Well... I'm still happy to help!

Simon:... t-thank y-you.

He pulls up the dial.

Simon: I-I probably should have used this sooner... maybe they would be okay right now...

Ghost Girl:...

She suddenly hugs him, carefully wrapping her arms around the boy and resting her head on his.

Ghost Girl: I don't know much but...

Her tail wrapped around him.

Ghost Girl: I have this feeling... like... I want to protect you... so I will...

Simon:... t-thank you...

After pulling himself, together, he got up and the 2 went to find the people behind this.

Simon(whisper): I don't actually know where they're being kept, so we'll have to sneak around.

Ghost Girl(Whisper): I can do that! Here!

She pulls open the skin(?) on her chest, a few striped tentacles pulling Simon in, and she turns invisible. She phased through the wall, moving around anyone they came crossed paths with. After a bit of searching, they make it down to the basement. Simon was promptly horrified to see what looked like either eggs or cacoons around the room.

Simon:... ew.

Ghost Girl: I believe this is the place where your family is being held.

She carfully put him down, flying into one of the pods. She quickly flew out and into another. She repeated the process a few times before finally emerging frome one with a smaller one next to it.

Ghost Girl: This is them!

Simon: T-Thank you so much!

He hurried over. But before he could reach them, the door to the basement flew open. In ran a large group of the not-people. At the front were perfect replicas of both Mia and Mimi. Mia had the same large smile as the rest, while Mimi had her mouth twisted to form what would look like one.

Not-Mia: SSSiiimmmooonnn... Whaaat arrre youu doooiiing...?~

Her founce raises and lowers it's pitch. A poor attempt at copying human speach. The Ghost Girl flew in front of Simon.

Ghost Girl: Stay back! I'll rip each and every one of you appart!!!

She yells, letting her tenticals hang out in a defencive stance, like how an animal would make it'self look larger to scare off predators.

Instead of a responce, all of them jump the Ghost Girl, but thinking quick, the turns intangible and passed through them, throwing several with her tenticals away, holding as many back as she could.

Simon: O-okay, just gotta...

He looks back at the pod his sister was in.

Simon:... h-how... oh!

He activates the watch, summoning Smarty.

Smarty: Yo- oh. Well this looks alarming.

Simon: A-Any idea on how I-I could get my s-sis out of this p-p-pod thingy?

Smarty: hmmm... Those look like Limax back there... I think it just needs water if I remember correctly.

Simon: Oh. Aqua!

He quickly summoned the girl.

Aqua: Hello!

Simon: I need you to spray all these pods with water!

Aqua: On it!

She points her hands forward, shooting jets of water around the room. The water also seemed to effect the Limax, revealing their true forms.

Simon: Oh! It's working!

Mia: *cough cough cough*... what...?

Simon: Mia!!! He ddidn't care that she was a bit slimy, he hugged her as tight as he could.

Mia: A-Aww... you saved us!

Simon: Of course! I-I could never leave you!

Mimi: Boof!

Simon also hugged the dog.

Smarty: This is really sweet and all but what do we do about everyone else?

She says, pointing to all the people who were just awakening from their pods, along with the defeated pile of Limax.

Simon: I... I-I-I d-dunno.

Random person 1: W-what happened.

Random Person 2: Where am I...?

Random person 3: W-W-What the hell are those things!

The random person points to Aqua and the Ghost Girl.

Aqua: We are...

Ghost Girl:... uhh.

Smarty: Alien Superheroes!

She says, walking across the gound and over to her friends, jumpin onto Aqua's shoulder.

Smarty: We saved you guys from this other group of Aliens called Limax, and freed you from being turned into food for them!

Simon realized that while kinda a lie, wes actually the truth.

Smarty: We're gonna take these guys outside and melt them with some water so we don't flood this basement!

Aqua: Yes! That is what we're going to do!

She picks up a large ammount of them, the Ghost Girl just going along with it. After a bit of confusion, someone who Simon expected to work there spoke.

Worker: I don't get paid enough for any of this.

Time Skip--

After eveyone had gathered themselves together, evryone had all went to get as far away from the hotel as they could. Except for Simon, Mia and their dog, who were happily back in the bath, washing away the alien slime.

Mia: I-Is there any reason you wanna sit this close?

Simon was sitting in her lap.

Simon: Well... A-After you got taken I just learned to apreciate you more!

Mia: T-Thanks bro, but this feels like a bit much...

Simon: No. This is fine!

Mia knew her brother was way to innocent to understand how awkward it was to have him sitting on her lap while they were both in the bath, and didn't want to confuse him, or worse, explain exactly why this was weird. So she'd just have to endure it for a while.
