Libra's p.o.v

"Ok I'm going to the library and I will be right back. Ok?" I explained to my little sister as I slipped on my purple flats. She nodded and turned back to the tv in front of her. I sighed and slipped out the door.

When i got to the library the temperature must have raised from 70 to 100. I wiped my forehead with the back of my hand as i entered the large building.

"Hello Libby!" The young librarian waved at me from the desk.

"Hello Mrs. Blanchard. How are you today?" I asked as i put my small pile of books on the desk.

"I'm fine and you? You only checked out these books last week." She laughed, gesturing at the 500 page length books. I shrugged.

"Well Becca was at a friend's house on Friday and Saturday so I-" I was rudely cut off my an orange haired girl.

"Excuse me Mrs. Blanchard but i need these books. I dont have much time so...." She explained as she put a pile of about 20 books on the counter. The black haired librarian sighed and started checking the books out. I noticed that most of them seemed to be about the arts and poets like Edgar Allen Poe.

"Oh I'm sorry!" The girl apologized as she noticed me, "were you trying to check those books out? I'm so so so so so sorry!"

"It's fine. I was checking them in." I explained and started to walk away.

"Oh um... I'm Lia!" She squeaked. I spun around on my heel and held out my hand.

"Libby." I smiled and she vigorously shook my hand.

"Here are your books Miss Coles." Mrs. Blanchard interrupted. Lia let go of my hand tried to slide the books back into her grasp. Just as she seemed successful, She fell backwards, causing a huge mess to explode onto the floor.

"I'm ok!" She squeaked and raised a hand.

"Goodnes!" I gasped and kneeled down to pick up some of the books, "are you alright?"

"Huh? Oh ya! I feel fine." She giggled and started picking up books. When we picked them all up she took what i had and did a little sing song "thank you" before stumbling out of the library.
