ARE

STUPID.

I mean seriously, who's the idiot who came up with the Fairy Type? It's just so illogical and stupid! Let's just look at the effectiveness of Types against the Fairy Type, shall we?

Super Effective against Fairy Types:

Steel

Poison

These make sense, you could poison a fairy and it would effect them greatly, and you could drop a block of steel on a fairy, and they would be greatly effected.

Not very effective against Fairy Types:

Bug

Fighting

Dark

Fighting makes sense, it would be difficult to punch a tiny, airborne fairy, Bug's a little iffy, but Dark? Yes, a might hex would barely be able to scratch a good little fairy -__-. No, just no.

And now, the stupidest one of them all.

Doesn't effect Fairy Types:

Dragon

How does this make any sense? Oh yes, A fairy goes up to a dragon, and the dragon swats at the stupid little fairy. WELL, GUESS WHAT. By sheer logic, the dragon's swat would definitely go through the Fairy. Duh.  HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?

Super Effective against:

Fighting

Dragon

Dark

Really? THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!!!! Right, tiny fairy versus a boxer: "Ow, the fairy touched me, waaaaaaaaah!!!!!" No. Fairy versus dragon: *pokes dragon* *dragon falls over dead*. Not even close. Fairy versus a hex user: "Mwah ha ha, taste the power of my evil he- no, that cuteness is too powerful! I'm meeeeeelting!" THAT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN.

The other ones make a little sense, so I won't bother with those.

NOW TO THE HORRIFYING FAIRY TYPE POKéMON.

Xerneas: At least he looks cool, and not stupid.

Sylveon: Seriously? It's practically an Espeon with bows and ribbons. Heh heh, no.

Flabébé: It's a fairy glued to a flower. STUPID!!!!!

Spritzee and Aromatisse: They're fluffballs, that smell weird. No, just no.

Swirlix and Slurpuff: Let me get this straight. One's cottoncandy, and the other one's a cake-tart-muffin-thing? Vanillish and its evolutions were bad enough, since Vanillish should really just be a puddle {look at its Pokédex entry}, and now more food Pokémon? Are they encouraging us to eat our partners?
