Meanwhile in Central City Green Arrow and Flash were trying to figure out what Batman was hiding from them.

"Maybe he's trying to raise and army of bats?" Suggested Flash

"Then why does he have action figures?" Asked Green Arrow

"Maybe to put them in costumes."

"I think your stupid."

"Hey!"

"For horses, now come on, it's getting late. I need to be back in Star City."

"Dude I can get you there, hop on."

With that Ollie and Flash were off. The sun didn't shine bright that morning. It was grey and rainy. Tim woke up after hearing a loud boom of thunder. He walked over to his desk to see how Dick was doing. Dick was fine sleeping contently on his new bed. Tim turned around to his clock on his shelf and his eyes widen.

"Dick wake up it's 10:30 am." Called Tim

Dick didn't move he was tired that he didn't even here Tim. Tim knew how to wake him up. He pulled the covers gently off Dick, tugged off the red boots that Dick forgot to take off last night, and placed one wiggly finger on Dick's tiny foot. Dick giggled and jolted his foot up to his body, and kept on sleeping. Tim tried again this time on Dick's small stomach. Dick jumped and started to laugh.

"Timmy STAAAAP!" Wined Dick in a laughing manner

Tim wiggled his finger all around Dick, chuckling a little here and there. Dick sat up and rubbed his eyes and stretched.

"Morning." Chuckled Tim

"Don't tickle me there again." Scolded Dick

"Oh you mean here?" Tim said pretending to be clueless. Tim place a finger on Dick's belly and tickled it again.

"Yes there HAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Dick squealed

Tim soon stop and picked Dick up a placed him on his shoulder. Dick smiled he liked being small, but he didn't want be a mini person for the rest of his life. When Tim and Dick got to the kitchen they saw Superman sitting at the island. Tim froze, Superman was in his house.

"Tim come on move we ain't got all day." Whispered Dick

"Hello Tim, hi Dick." Grinned Superman

"You know I'm small right?"

"Yes Batman told me when he needed help to find Palmer."

"Oh."

"Great timing Kent." Grunted Bruce as he walked into the kitchen

"I didn't find Palmer, but I did get another location of where he might be." Said Clark

"Tim change into some day clothes." Commanded Bruce

Tim moved slowly out of the kitchen back to his room.

"What happened there?" Asked Dick

"I froze." Replied Tim

"I know that. I mean you met Superman before why were you so scared?"

"Superman hasn't seen me in my boxers before especially in your own house!"

"He didn't seem to notice."

"Let's change the subject, which outfit do you want to wear today?"

"I don't know yet I'll decide when I see the outfits again.
