Two months have passed and during that time, David and Kay have deepened their relationship quite a bit. Several more dates, several sleepless nights because of sex and also just some night spent watching movies while cuddling on the sofa. The two are having the best time in their lifes, but the episode of NXT UK this week is about to turn heads. With WALTER still UK champion, there are only a few people left that could challenge him. His mates in Imperium have dared everyone in the back to come out and challenge the austrian big man. The script of the show looks good with high profile matches, promos that will bring current storylines forward and segments starting new rivalries. Of course some returns could also be in order since there were a few people on the sidelines.

With the night coming sooner than expected, David becomes Davey Sunblast and gets his suit on. The time up to now has been very successful for him as he won most of the matches he was in. Davey was involved in a Triple Threat Match with Kenny Williams and Noam Dar, but he wasn't the one getting pinned, so that loss didn't stop his momentum. His fire is still burning brightly and today will mark the beginning of a battle. It's not gonna be easy to come face to face with a champion like WALTER, but the first step has to be made. Straightening his jacket, Davey looks at himself in the nearest mirror, smiling when two arms snake around his waist.

Kay:" You look great in this, you know?"

Davey:" Yes and Yes. How is my queen?"

Kay:" I'm doing very well, bunbun. With Nina Samuels out of the way, I'm looking for a new opponent."

Davey:" Well, there are still a few more people to go through. There's Piper Niven, there's Rhea Ripley although she transitioned to the main NXT, Jinny could be a good opponent,  Jazzy Gabert too."

Kay:" The script doesn't say much as to who I'll be facing, but I'll be ready no matter what."

Davey:" Your fighting spirit makes you look cute."

With a slight blush on her cheeks, Kay kisses Davey on the lips. Their relationship is far from secret, that's nothing new. The people around know how much they mean to each other and respect every choice they make. Heck, even the haters get shut down regularly and that's great for the WWE in general. Of course some others are jealous of Kay and Davey since they're together, but that's no issue around the roster. With just a few more minutes to spare, they walk towards catering and sit down to watch the show.

After half an hour, it's time for Kay to go out there and see who her next opponent will be. Pondering about it, the dark haired beauty takes her title and a microphone and walks out towards the ring with her Theme echoing in the arena. The fans still love and support her, no matter the things she sometimes does to win. If the ref didn't see it, it didn't happen.

Kay:" You know, I've been noticing a trend around here. Ever since I won the NXT UK Womens Championship, my opponents have been far too easy to beat. Come on mates, whatever you're doing, you're doing it wrong. I don't want a playtoy in the ring. I want someone who can match my skill. So ladies...who of you thinks they're good enough to face me?"

Turning towards the stage, Kay waits for someone to come out. A moment of silence as the fans cheer for their favorites and then out comes...Jinny. The black haired woman is also holding a mic in one hand as she smirks at the people around her. She's clearly very confident and she thinks she's worthy of getting a chance at the title.

Jinny:" Shut your trap, will ya? You're out here, saying there is nobody who could je a challenge to you? Well, consider me to be the biggest road block in your reign yet."

Kay:" Oh really? You? You of all people dare to come out here and talk to me like that? Listen, child. It would be better for you to walk back there and get lost...because if I get my hands on you, I'll make you my bitch!"

The crowd erupts in cheers and reacts very well to the roast, but Jinny herself couldn't care less.

Jinny:" You just signed your funeral papers, honey. I'm not gonna let you leave unharmed."

After that, Jinny drops the mic and walks towards the ring as Kay puts her mic and the title down, engaging her new opponent. Fists start flying while the women are at each others' throat, ready to tear the house down. In a moment of uncertainty, they step back from one another, but then charge in to collide and stumble against the ropes. Jinny grabs Kays' leg and trips her before trapping the champion between the ring and the apron banner. She steps back a few feet, only to barge in with a Dropkick to the face. Kay is on the ground right now,  looking at her challenger as Jinny leaves the arena with a satisfied grin. That means the first shot has been fired and the flames of war will engulf the whole world.

Davey is backstage with Kay in his arms after the previous attack. Kay can get pretty riled up when it comes to certain people like Jinny and Davey is the only one to calm the scottish woman down.

Davey:" She's only putting up a show. I know she won't beat you for your championship that easily...or ever for that fact."

Kay:" I just hate this cocky attitude she has. She's spitting those words like they mean something and then she has the nerve of attacking me."

Davey:" Trust me, next time you'll have the upper hand. She doesn't know what kind of trouble she's in now."

Kay:" You're right. She doesn't. I will show her what it means to mess with me."

Davey:" That's my girl. I've gotta head out now. Imperium is in the ring."

Kay:" Go get him, tiger."

Another kiss later and Davey waits at the side of the stage. Not only is tonight on his mind, he's also gonna spend the weekend back home in Ireland, visiting his parents with Kay. They asked about the two being together and wanted the two to come over. So Davey arranged a flight, plane tickets and everything, so they both can get to know the green island together.

WALTER is currently talking about how he became the dominant force he is. The way he's retaining the NXT UK Championship is truly intimidating, considering the size of the man and the power as well.

WALTER:" Ever since Imperium has ascended from the ashes, we have dominated NXT UK. I have fought and beaten the best NXT UK has to offer, but...there is one man who has caught my attention. A man of fire, a man who has impressed fans and critics all around. So I would like to welcome him to the ring: Davey Sunblast!"

A moment later and Davey's theme hits as he walks out and scans the crowd. Cheers and DIY signs are scattered around as Imperium applaude him. Everything feels fine so far as Davey climbs into the ring and stands in front of the four men.

WALTER:" Davey, I have seen your progress over the last few months. You have beaten veterans like Kassius Ohno, you have beaten an entire stable in Gallus. And yet you haven't been given anything for it."

Davey:" It is true that I haven't been given anything. I have earned everything by fighting my way through."

WALTER:" I admire your heart. You're humble, kind and respectful...which is why I propose a challenge."

Davey:" And that challenge would be?"

WALTER:" You face one member of Imperium over the following weeks. If you win all your matches, I will grant you a match with me for the NXT UK Championship."

Davey:" I respect the four of you, but...what's the catch?"

WALTER:" I'm glad you asked. We all know that a traditional Singles match won't entertain the masses. So I think our match should be...Extreme Rules!"

That's a shock to Davey, the crowd and even the rest of Imperium. They all are aware that WALTER is one of the hardest men to beat these days. That he would propose such a challenge tonight is changing everything.

Davey:" I accept."

WALTER:" I knew you would. Next week your challenge will begin. You will face Marcel Barthel first. I advise you to be in the best shape you can possibly be in."

Finishing that sentence, WALTER extends his hand towards the young irish man for a handshake. Davey hesitates at first, but shakes hands with the austrian man, finalizing the challenge. It's unknown how well this will go, but it's certainly a test of will power and determination for everyone.
