Summer

I think I got them. The best part of it was their faces when I pushed up my visor. Their faces was HILARIOUS! I wish I had a camera. Dang it! I need to have a camera in my visor.

"Summer! Where's you get that?" Zane asks.

I shrugged. "I made them myself."

"You- SAY WHAT NOW?!" Kai shouts completely surprised.

"She said she made it you idiot." Cole snaps, rolling his eyes.

"That's so cool..." I hear Lloyd say under his breath, his face showing pure amazement.

"How'd you do that? We definitely have to catch up!" Jay says, his face lighting up like a child when he gets really good Christmas presents.

"Yeah, but first, let's have a race back to the Bounty," I say, pushing my visor back down.

"YOU'RE ON!" the guys shout as we ready ourselves.

"Three," Zane counts us down, "Two, ONE!" I zoomed off as soon as Zane said 'one', leaving the guys in a cloud of smoke. The track back to the Bounty was basically a forest with very tall trees the open sky. I weaved through the trees for a couple minutes when I reach open sky. I look behind me and guys are nowhere to be seen so I decided to hide in the clouds and ambush them when they come. I'm under the clouds when I hear the guys arrive. Took them long enough...

"Where is she?!" I hear Kai grumble.

"Guys-" Zane starts

"She's probably back at the Bounty," Cole says.

"Guys-" Zane tries again.

"With her SUPER AWESOME hover board?" Jay shouts excitedly. I roll my eyes. I'm starting to think I'm older than him...

"GUYS!" Lloyd shouts.

"WHAT?!" Kai, Jay and Cole shout back.

"Zane's trying to say something!"

"P.I.X.E.L. is telling me there's something near us," Zane says. Uh oh. that's my cue to get out of here. Who is P.I.X.E.L.? Mental note: ask Lloyd who P.I.X.E.L. is. Wait, why am I asking Lloyd?!

I start up my board and zoom out my hiding place.

"THERE SHE IS!"

"AFTER HER!!!"

I laugh as I arrive at the Bounty with the guys arrive a couple minutes later.

"Who are you?!" I turn around and I see a samurai with a 'S' blade at my neck.

"Well, who are YOU?!" I ask.

"Ladies, relax," Cole interrupts, "take of your helmets off and face each other."

"Alright then," the samurai and I say at once and we take our helmets off.

"NYA?!"

"SUMMER?!"

"Wait, you're a SAMURAI?!" I ask.

"Yep. Samurai X is my name," Nya says proudly, before turning on me, pointing at my hover board, "Now, what is THAT?!"

"That is-" I began but was cut off by Jay immediately.

"IT'S HER SUPER AWESOME COOL HOVERBOARD NYA! AND IT'S SO FREAKING FAST!!!"

"Thank you Jay, we get it," Lloyd says, his face looking like -_-. I had to giggle a bit. I pull the power from the board and it turns back into a key ring and I press the button on my helmet, turning back into a ball.

"WHAT THE FUDGE JUST HAPPENED!"  Kai shouts.

"Yeah Summer, what did happen?" a calm voice interrupts. I spin around to see Sensei standing at the top looking down on us. Oh fudge... Every one else started talking at once.

"SHE FLEW UP TO US ON HER HOVER BOARD DURING TRAINING AND KICKED OUT BUTS ON THE WAY BACK!"

"I HAVE THE MOST AWESOME SIS EVER! Sensei, would it be alright if I take the rest of training of to catch up with Summer?"

"THE BOARD AND HELMET TURNED INTO A KEYRING AND BALL!"

"This is not normal technology Sensei. P.I.X.E.L. says that this is technology as advanced as Borg's"

" THERE'S ANOTHER GIRL THAT CAN KICK BUTT!"

"ENOUGH!" Sensei shouts. Everyone falls silent. THANK YOU SENSEI FOR THE SAVE! Hang on, why is Lloyd so quiet?

"Summer, why don't you come inside along with the others and explain everything to us?"

"Yes Sensei," I mumble as the others and I follow him inside when he stops.

"Oh and Jay, you'll have to catch up in your own time,"

"Dang it..."

"Hmmm... very interesting..." Sensei says after hearing my story, sipping on his tea. I hang my head. A couple weeks after I moved in with Shelly, I was changing a light bulb when I felt a sudden shock in my finger and the light bulb I was holding turned on. The light bulb wasn't in the socket on the ceiling,, it was glowing in my hand! I decided to test it by touching all the light bulbs in my room and they all turned on by touch. I've tried using my power from long distance but it doesn't come out.

"All this happened after you moved out?" Jay asks.

"Yep," I answer quietly.

"However, there obviously can't be two masters of Lightning," Sensei continues, "So you're element would be Static, Lightning's sister element."

"Cool..." Lloyd and I say at the same time. We both go a bit red but not enough for the others to notice.

"SO COOL!!!!!" Jay shouts. The rest of us roll our eyes.

"How old were you then Summer?" Sensei asks, still sipping on his tea.

"7,"

"Hang on, did you ever tell Aunt Shelly?" Jay asks.

"No. That was one of the things I never told her." my heart ached a bit when I said that but I continued, "She knows about most of my creations but not the hover board, helmet and this." I pull out a small thick stick curved at the edges.

"What's that?" Zane asks. I press a button in the centre of the stick (lengthways) and it begins to convert.

Lloyd

My eyes widen in amazement as the stick converts into a bow. Summer takes a nearby arrow and shoots the arrow out the window and we hear a thwack! Sensei walks to the window and turns to Summer.

"Hmmmm.... your aim is exceptional Summer," Hang on, where did the arrow go?!

I go the window and look out in absolute shock. The arrow is in the target opposite to the window, in the dead centre.

"Wow..." I murmur to myself. She's so beautiful, awesome and talented...

"Well, did she get it?" Kai asks, taking a look.

"Oh, I think she got it alright..." Cole says standing next to Kai.

"This is not expected," Zane says, " There should've been 99.999999999% chance she would've missed the target."

"Well, she obviously beat that 99 point whatever percent," Nya says giving me a hi-five.

"Summer," Everyone stops talking at once and looks at Sensei. I quickly glance at Summer and she looks afraid.

"Your skills are exceptional but they need to be fine-tuned a bit," Sensei says, "Would you like to become a ninja to fine-tune these skills and be the next edition to the team?" Please say yes, please say yes!

"YES!" She shouts and we all cheer and shout.

"Then let's celebrate!" Kai says.

"WITH CAKE!" Cole shouts and everyone laughs.

It was 1 in the morning when Sensei told us to got the bed. We played Truth or Dare all night with cake (per Cole's request) and Skylor came along as well (per Kai's request...). Some of the dares were pretty... interesting... We already had Zane confessing his crush on P.I.X.E.L., Skylor trying to act like Chen (the power of Form helped), Nya trying to decide who she like better (Cole or Jay but she went for Jay) and Jay electrocuting himself (which was HILARIOUS!)

"Alright Cole, truth or dare?" Jay asks.

"Umm truth..." Cole says nervously.

"What's your favourite food OTHER than cake?" Jay says.

"ARRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!! SERIOUSLY??!!!" Cole shouts.

"Well if you like, I could go for a different question," Jays says, evilly.

"Fine! Ummmmmmm... would you take Zane's cooking?..."

"Yep."

"Yes... Um Kai truth or dare?" Cole turns onto Kai.

"Ummmmmmmmm... truth..." Kai answers and Cole has this really sly face. Oh no. Kai, you are so screwed...

"OK then, do you LOVE Skylor?"

"WHAT??!!!!! Ummmm...." Kai glanced at Skylor, whose face was REALLY red, "yes..." Skylor went even redder as she bent over to kiss Kai. We all cheered as Kai went as red as his gi.

"Alright then," Kai said, his face slowly returning to normal colour," Lloyd, truth or dare?"

"Ummm dare," I say. It can't be that bad right? But I immediately regretted it when I saw Kai pull on his most evil face ever. Oh fudge...

"Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon," he started. It definitely can't be good if he's saying my full name... "I dare you to play 7 MINUTES IN HEAVEN WITH SUMMER WALKER!!!!!!"

"WHAT?!!!!" Summer and I both screamed at the same time as the others shoved us into the spare room. "Seven minutes starting NOW!" Kai shouts on the other side. There was silence between us for the first minute before Summer spoke.

"Well then... this is..." Summer starts off.

"Yeah...," I feel myself going red.

"Hey, Lloyd," she whispers.

"Yeah?"

"Come here," Then suddenly, she pulled me in for a KISS (!!!!!). It was the best! There must've been so many sparks between us I think the room would've be on fire by now. YES! SHE LIKES ME BACK!!!!! I savoured every moment until we pulled each other apart just when the door opens.

"Soooo...." Kai says, mischievously, "What happened?"

Summer shrugged, "Nothing, we just talked," but when she glanced at me and gave me a wink.

"BORING!" Jay boos.

"Ninja, time for bed." Sensei's voice boomed over the loud speaker.

"Awww! But Sensei! We only have one more to go!" Cole whines.

"Bed. NOW!"

""Yes Sensei," we all responded gloomily. Skylor left (with Kai...) and the rest of us walked to our rooms. I grabbed Summer's arm as everyone else filed out and whispered, "Truth or dare?"

"Truth." she whispers back.

"Two questions," I say, "One: did you enjoy that? Two: do you like me back?"

She smirks at me. "One: yes and two: I really like you..." She pulls me in for one last kiss before we move apart and go our separate ways.
