I stay perched up on the wall, seeing Armin flailing around in Bertholdt's unbearable hot steam and the Levi squad trying to take down Reiner. I frown, hating how Armin is in pain as he slowly starts to burn but I can't save him or he won't get the syringe like he's supposed to. I look down and see Eren struggling to get up as he fell off the wall like an idiot.

I sigh and jump off the wall, flying across the air to where Reiner and the scouts were. They were trying to get Reiners jaw open and I quickly grab Sasha before she could get hit with the debris that Reiner broke off the houses.

"One of them missed!" Mikasa stands shell shocked but narrows her eyes in determination.

"Mikasa! It's too risky!" Connie yells out, knowing that she was about to do something drastic.

"NO! IT'S PERFECT!" I look up and grin widely seeing Hanji fly through the air and launch her thunder spear into Reiners jaw.

I love her so much.

"NOWS YOUR CHANCE! GET HIM!" Hanji screams out as she lands on my head before going soft and cuddling me as Mikasa lands the final blow to Reiner. I watch as the explosion goes off, Reiner flying out from his titan form and Eren cutting Bertholdt out from a sneak attack.

I peer over and see the final hole plugged and I sigh out knowing that this mission has finally come to an end. Well, so far. The sun starts to set to end this painful day and I see Eren lugging an injured Bertholdt behind him on the roof. I set everyone down and walk over to Eren as he looks at crispy Armin.

"He's still alive." I grumble out and Eren looks up at me in surprise. We both snap our eyes to another explosion and I see the cart titan carrying Zeke. Eren growls out, holding his blade to Bertholdts neck and I stand closer to him.

"I found you. Eren Yeager right?" I snarl at Zeke, moving to a fighting stance. "You don't look a thing like your father.

Eren falters, his blade moving slightly. "What?" Zeke goes on about some speech that I ignore and I grimace looking at the cart titan.

"You are one ugly looking bastard." I shudder as Zeke stares at me with pure hatred.

"And you, the titan I was hoping wouldn't be resurrected, the Guardian Titan. I was told that you know the future and every action everyone in this world will make. You will be a hard enemy to get rid of."

"Monkey brain fugly bastard." I grumble out silently and Zeke curses, looking up at the wall to see Levi staring down at him with god-like fury. Levi still looked dazed and slightly weak and I jump towards the wall to quickly grab him before he could fall. "Idiot."

Levi struggles to get out of my grip as I held him captive in my hand. "Let me go brat! I need to kill that monkey bastard!" Levi growls out and I glare at him.

"No." Levi sneers up at me with hellfury and I hiss down at him. "No." I set him down on the roof with Eren as he cries when he hears Armin gasp out. Levi glares up at me but he sighs out as Eren begs him to get the syringe out to save Armin. As soon as he takes the box out, a scout climbs onto the roof with Erwin's body.

What was his name again?

Floch?

"C-captain. I-I finally found you..." Floch cries out. "It's the commander!" Everyone is at a standstill, waiting for Levi to do something. He looks up at me, unsure of what to do as he holds the box to his chest.

"Captain Levi..." Eren mutters out in shock as Levi helps Floch and the commander on the roof.

"It's faint but, he's breathing." Levi checks the commander. "Erwin... you're alive." He mutters out almost in relief. Levi stands up, holding the box with the syringe in it. "You know what has to happen. Erwin gets the shot." Eren growls out, tears spilling as he faces Levi.

"You can't... You told me you would use it on Armin..."

"I'm going to revive the person that can save humanity." Levi stands tall, unwavering as his gunmetal eyes stare down Eren. "There's no time for this. Get out of my way." Eren quickly grabs onto the box and Levi commands him to let go.

"Sorry captain. Can't do that." Eren grits out, holding onto the box tighter. They spit out a few more dialogues and Levi slams his fist against Eren's face, making him fly. Mikasa growls out, charging towards Levi but I grab her.

"Let me go (y/n)! We need to save Armin." I frown at her as she begs me, tears falling down her face. I shake my head and she stares at me with wide eyes. "How could you..."

"You know just as well as I do. Without Erwin's leadership, we can't beat the titans." Levi speaks up and Floche was about to agree.

"Shut up Floch. No one cares about you." He immediately shuts up and Eren groans.

"No... It's the same with Armin... He's just as important..." Eren starts screaming out how more achievements Armin has made and I let Mikasa go. Everyone starts yelling at each other and Hanji pulls Mikasa back as she was about to charge at Floch.

"No... Don't tell me... No way..."

"It can't be..." Connie and Jean look at crispy Armin, shell shocked and I sigh out, waiting until everyone's speeches were done. They were all trying to convince Levi of who to save and I see him look up at me again, trying to get my help but I shake my head.

Not yet.

"Leave." I gruff out, looking at everyone. "Now." everyone hesitantly retreats, leaving me and Levi the only ones left with Armin and Erwin.

"Who do I chose (y/n)?" I stay silent and Levi sighs out. "I don't know who to save. You know the future, who should I give the syringe to?"

"I can't tell you Levi..." I huff lowly and he narrows his eyes at the box in his hands.

Levi grips his hair, looking back up at me. "Please! I don't know what to do!" I stare at him with wide eyes, shocked that he was actually begging me. I lean closer towards him, gently brushing his hair with my finger as I smile sadly at him.

"You need to make the choice Levi. I can't tell you. This is something you need to realise yourself." Levi sighs out as I tilt his chin up to face me when he faced his lap. "No matter what choice you make, it will be the right one for the future. I know." I grin down at him, tapping my nose and Levi lets out a dry chuckle.

"I better not fuck this up." Levi grumbles, turning to Erwin to use the syringe on him. Before he could even break the skin, Erwin's arm smacks Levi's away. I turn around and try to hold in my laughter.

For such a serious moment, why is this so funny to me!?

I let Levi come to the realisation that it was finally time to let Erwin go and turns to give Armin the syringe instead. I watch in amazement as I see lightning strike his body as he transformed, growling loudly as he opened his eyes. I quickly grab Levi and take a few steps away from Armin as he eats a screaming Bertholdt. I hold Levi against me as he faced down, not wanting to see the scene behind my hands.

"You chose right Levi." I nod towards him and he just tsks. After the whole ordeal, I let Levi back down on the roof as he explained to Hanji his choice while the Levi squad rushed to help Armin.

"Erwin, I told you I would kill the Beast titan. But that will have to wait." Levi mutters out as Hanji leans over to move Erwin's eyelids.

"He's... already dead..."

"Oh." I feel my heart break hearing Levi's weak oh. He looked so dejected and I frown, watching everyone fall into silence. I let everyone grieve for the short amount of time they had, Mikasa and Eren helping Armin on top of the walls to rest while Levi and Hanji laid Erwin's body in one of the empty houses that weren't fallen into rubble. We waited until Armin came into consciousness, Eren catching him from the moment he had lost his most recent memories till now.

"Basement?" I mumble out and Hanji nods at me, giving orders to Jean, Sasha, Armin and Connie to look out for any hostiles.

"Eren, do you still have the key?"

"I do." Eren pulls out his key from beneath his shirt, looking down at it. "Let's do this."
