Chapter Three: Full Moon

"The common words like I love you

Feels special tonightWhy does my heart pound so fastNow the time has finally come" - SUNMI-Full Moon, 2013

For the rest of practice, Jimin couldn't shake the feeling of being watched even though the CEO had left some time ago. Chang-hee was the only one who stayed behind to watch over the dance practice.

The dance practice went smoothly, but then Chang-he decided to try and get involved with the choreographer's job.

"With all due respect, sir Chang-hee, I'm the choreographer and I think. I know what I'm doing or else I wouldn't have this job, now would I." he asks closing his notebook that he had at the time. "Now please, watch the dance practice or you can leave and do other things more ."

Chang-hee shrugs and leans against the wall.

The rest of the room was silent. They had never seen 1. The choreographer lose his patience because he was actually a really patient person and 2. A manager get upset at something as little as choreography.

And if we're talking about the choreography that he had gotten really angry over, it was for their new song "Good Luck". Yoongi and Jimin were supposed to have kind of a singing/rapping conversation and as they came closer, they were to say out the last words of the song before breaking into the final dance break, which Jin actually found kind of sweet.

Jimin knew exactly why he got upset because this is a clear violation of what he had said only 24 hours before. He had been glaring holes into the back of his head for hours, so he knew perfectly well what was happening.

This was emotional manipulation at play, emotional manipulation at its finest.

"Alright, now let's get back to work, shall we?" the choreographer asked clapping his hands together. "Let's go over it one more time."

"Yes!"

Jimin placed his hands on his knees and panted, wiping the sweat from off his brow.

If the Love Yourself comeback wasn't stressful on his body, he wasn't sure what was, because all the comebacks were pretty stressful, but the footwork!"

He shook his head as he began to stand upright. There was no time for him to feel sorry for himself, he had an album to prepare and the live shows to perform, there was no time for distractions!

He turned his head and looked over to see Yoongi's looking over at him wi5 a semi-wild look in his eyes but it was also set in another direction so it wasn't obvious what or who he was looking at, a clever tactic.

"You're so clever, hyung!" Jimin inwardly cheered as he went over the choreography in his head one more time.

"Alright, have a 15-minute rest break, then we'll go over the choreography one more time." the choreographer says.

"Son-nim if I may-"

The choreographer closed the notebook again and lightly glared at the manager "If you're trying to educate me on trying to do my job and teaching my fucking dancers, please, for my sanity, save it for someone who wants to hear it."

Hoseok clutched his invisible pearls in shock as the Chang-hee practically had steam coming out his ears at the remark.

"Thank you."

Jimin took a 2.5-second look back to Chang-hee and as him looking directly into his soul, so he turned away, his heart rising in his chest and a sudden sheen of sweat covering his forehead that wasn't there before.

He could feel the man's seething rage from across the room as it was not pleasant. Whatever he had said was about to set something off that wasn't going to be pleasant.

Finally, he had enough and turned to leave, but not before passing by Jimin and saying something to him.

"Meet me in my office after practice," he practically growled in his ear, his breath minty and cold, sending shivers down his spine.

"Yes, sir!" Jimin stuttered out, jumping away and onto the dance floor.

The door was slammed behind him and he shuddered.

Now, he could feel anger resonating from all parts of the room and it was suffocating. He could feel it from Yoongi, but it wasn't at all evident on his face, Thank god that would've been a nightmare staring him right in the face, but also from the choreographer who had a blank stare which could also be translated into resting bitch face which was not a good look for their usually patient and calm choreographer, even when he got really intense with the choreography and got frustrated, this was a rare moment for us all.

"How disrespectful." he said throwing the notebook on the ground."That's it, practice dismissed."

Jimin knocked on the door of the office and hopped from foot to foot anxiously while messing with the sleeves of his jacket.

He took in a breath while looking at himself in the hallway to mirror.

"Don't worry, Jimin. It's probably nothing and he might just want to talk..." he said trying to convince himself while smiling at his election "It'll be fine..."

"I'm sorry, sir!"

There was a yell from inside the office which he recognized as the voice as one of the trainee's he had met while he was also in training, he was also surprised at how he was even able to remember that was that person's voice in the first place.

"My memory must be better than I thought." he thought to himself.

"Didn't I tell you to stop hanging around that motherfucking trainee?!"

"I'm sorry!"

There was a sob and the sounds of multiple cracks ripping through the air.

Jimin covered his mouth as he listened, not being able to move for fear of being caught and forced into silence in the same brutal manner. The thought terrified him. No matter how much he wanted to help the trainee that was in there probably suffering, he knew he would be able to do nothing about it.

Suddenly, the cracks stopped and all that you could hear in the semi-empty hallway were soft sobs in which Jimin didn't even know where they were coming from. Where they coming from him or the boy inside. He didn't know... They sounded too far away to be his, but everything sounded and looked so far away right now that he couldn't be sure.

He was snapped out of his thoughts when the door opened and the trainee came dashing out, but not before giving him a worried look, and frankly, he should be worried.

He slowly walked in, closing the door and standing by that door in front of a panting Chang-hee.

"I'm sorry about him, he's more troublesome than you," Chang-hee says sitting back down in his seat, kicking something under his desk that Jimin didn't really want to see. "Please, sit."

Jimin took a seat and continued to fidget with the sleeves of his jacket.

"I see you've decided to ignore my warning." he says folding his hands underneath his chin "But I've decided to change what I said before."

His sudden change of tone was already frightening enough as he reached for that object underneath the desk.

"You know, they used to do this to people like you in the church to repent." he got up, smirking at the long, brown, leather objecting his hands "Now repent, you filthy motherfucker."

When Jimin finally opened his eyes again, he was in his bed. He had no idea how he got there, but he buries himself in the covers and the pillows in order to try and get back into the world of sleep.

That is before a sudden pain shoots up his back.

He hisses in pain as he gets up, not knowing that he wouldn't expect what would happen when he walked through that door.

No one else was there except for Yoongi who looked like he has been living on the couch for the past few hours of his life.

"Yoongi-hyung? What are you doing here? Where are the others?"

"They all went out to get something to eat, all of them disagreeing on what to get, so they all went so they could decide on something they would all like?"

Jimin slowly walked towards the couch before turning and heading to the fridge for some juice or something to quench his thirst.

"Jimin? Aren't you coming to lie down with me?"

Jimin stopped in his tracks, nearly overflowing his glass.

"I can't...Manager Chang-hee will, he'll get upset with me..."

Yoongi was taken aback by the comment. He knew Jimin had his sides, but he never expected him to be so obedient to what that ass said.

"Why are you worried about what he thinks? He can go to hell of all I care!" Yoongi says.

Jimin shakes his head, putting away the juice and trying not to let the flashbacks that he was having affect him too much.

Disgusting

Faggot

Distraction

Hindrance

"I can't let whatever he might do to you or me affect the group, so it's for the best..."

He and his full attention now.

"What do you mean."

Jimin stayed silent and turned away, the juice no looking so thirst quenching anymore.

Remember, this is for Yoongi. He's more valuable to the company than you are, so even if you won't make it...

He will

Jimin turns to him with tear-stained cheeks as Yoongi gets up from the couch with an almost identical look on his face. Seeing that hurt look was unfamiliar to him and it made him want to run over to him and just wrap his arms around him.

"Jiminie, Minnie, baby..." Yoongi said with a stutter in his voice. "Please, don't."

Don't leave me.

Jimin nearly sobbed at the way Yoongi looked so vulnerable and how he looked so fragile as he opened his arms to take him in.

"I'm sorry, you didn't do anything...I can fix this! I can-."

"There's no fixing this, Yoongi. The system is already broken enough." Jimin says slightly louder in order to cover up the wavering of his voice.

"Please, Jimin..."

His wavering voice was yearning to be set straight, his heart yearning to be filled with love.

It wasn't fair for Yoongi to have to suffer like this, he would take on all the pain himself so Yoongi wouldn't have to, Jimin thought, his body now convulsing and soft sobs leaving his lips.

"C-Can you feel m-me burning u-up?" Yoongi said through sobs "L-U-V."

Jimin turned to face him once more before going into his room and briskly changing into other clothes.

"Hola, Hola, my love..." he mutters quietly.

He closes the door to his room behind him as he listened to Yoongi letting out all his feeling right on the other side. He hides in the closet to try to isolate himself in darkness and a closed space.

He would report to Manager Chang-hee as much as he needed to in order to make the pain from all this go away.

Replacing the pain he just inflicted upon another human being and the guilt he felt with more pain would pile up on him, but he would be ok with it.

He would have to be ok...

He heard the door slam and a single tear run down his cheek, plopping down onto the floor like a raindrop.

"The common words like I love you Feels special tonight. Why does my heart pound so fast? Now the time has finally come" Jimin said under his breath burying his head in his knees in not only shame but regret.

He woke up to voices going hurriedly through the dorm, both with two names across their lips.

Hoseok flooded the room with light before running out once more.

Jimin cursed inwardly at himself.

This is all your fucking fault.

He hugged himself closer as he began shaking once more.

He hoped he could go to sleep once more.
