I swore I uploaded this? I guess I didn't, Oops. Also, What are you guys' favorite fic genre? (Like Fluff or Angst? Smut?) I'm curious! My favorite genre is probably angst because who doesn't like suffering amirite.
"Just try it!" Yelled a certain swede to the Irishman, they'd been arguing over online dating and whether Jack should 'Get back out there' or not. Ever since his last break up, Jack just wanted to focus on his career, the break up wasn't messy it was just the aftermath. You see, his ex boyfriend Mark wanted different things and it didn't work out. Turns out after the break up, Jack knew what he wanted which was Mark, but it was too late. Apparently Felix met this stunning girl on this dating website, her name was Marzia and wanted Jack to give it a shot to shut the Swede up.
"Fine." The Irishman muttered and Felix almost immediately, set up his account.
"What are you looking for in a man?" Felix asked chuckling a little.
"Somebody who loves cake!" The green haired man squealed.
A few months later and he'd hate to admit Felix was right. He'd been paired up with an American and was going to be going on a blind date with him. They talked and agreed to keep everything a secret accept their names; Funny enough the Americans name was Mark. Jack had decided long ago that there was absolutely no way this could be the same Mark who was his ex. There was very little chance of that happening.
Jack fixed his hair in the mirror as he smiled, happy at how glow-y green his locks were. Felix insisted on picking him up after he heard about Jacks blind date. As he got in the car it seemed Felix was more excited than he was. He asked SO many questions to which Jack replied with an eye roll or a "I don't know, Its called a blind date for a reason!"
Felix dropped Jack off and as he left the Swede gave a victory squeal, his plan had worked. Jack arrived into the restaurant, a waiter showing Jack to his table where a red headed man sat. He looked cute. The closer Jack got though the closer he felt his stomach in knots.
Brown eyes, love of video games...
It WAS the same Mark.
Jack suddenly felt a prang of anxiety as he sat down, Mark not noticing his presence until he looked up into the same icy eyes he knew all to well.
"Jack?"
"Hello, Mark; I can't believe this." Jack chuckled.
"You can go if you like?"
"No. I'm happy to see you but lets continue as if we don't know each other." Jack smiled.
The "blind" date went well, Jack and Mark entered into the night Felix's car headlights shining bright, illuminating their faces. Jack was looking up at the stars as Mark was looking at Jack whom looked more dazzling than ever. It was almost if they were meant to be.
Mark kissed Jack on the cheek as Felix particularly fell out his car.
"Yesss! My plan worked." He yelled, like some evil villain.
Jack knew there was no way he just ended up on a blind date with his ex. What a sneaky swede. Even if Jack wouldn't admit it, he was glad to have Mark back - All thanks To Felix and his stupid dating site.
;)
