"Honey? What's going on? Come in." Jessica says.

Sarah walks in and Jessica closes the door behind her. Jessica turns around and Sarah quickly throws herself onto Jessica.

"Oh sweetie, is everything okay? I've been worried."

"Jessica, I- I was pregnant." Sarah begins to sob and Jessica holds her in her arms, shocked.

Jessica breaks the hug and takes her over to the the couch as they sit down.

"Pregnant?" Jessica says raising her eyebrow.

"Yes... Jessica I lost the baby." Sarah covers her face.

"Sarah, I'm so sorry. I didn't know."

"I wanted to tell you at lunch today, but this morning I woke up with blood everywhere. Evan took me to the hospital and they said I lost the baby." Sarah struggles to not break down even more. Jessica holds her hand and cries with her.

"Honey I'm so sorry. Do they know why you miscarried?"

"No, it just happened. I knew for about a week, but I wanted to tell you in a special way."

"Do you know how far along?"

"8 weeks... I just feel so sick like I did something wrong."

"You did nothing wrong. Sadly it just happens sometimes. But I'm here for you, I'm here to help you through this.

"I was so excited. I got too excited. I just thought about how we could bond over our pregnancies and how our kids could grow up together. I would be a mother."

"You have so many more opportunities to try again... You will have a baby, our kids will grow up together and we can bond over motherhood. But you don't need a baby to bond with me. You're my best friend."

"Just promise me when you have these babies you will let me steal one."

Jessica chuckles "of course."

"Good. We can share.

Jessica, I don't know what I'm going to do when you leave..."

"Oh Sarah, don't make me cry even more. We still have a few months." Jessica hugs her

"Nothing will be the same. We've always been together Jessica. From the first day we met in fifth grade."

"We can still talk, you can visit, I can visit, it will be a little different but our friendship will never change."

"Jessica, your stomach is moving." Sarah says with wide eyes.

Jessica looks down and rubs her belly.

"Heh, it always is."

"Can I?"

"Of course." Jessica smiles

"Wow, hey guys. It's your aunt Sarah. I hope you know when you're born, I'm stealing you. They are kicking like crazy." Sarah says

"Yea. They never stop, it's an amazing feeling."

Sarah pauses and breaks down in tears again with her hand on Jessica's belly.

"Oh Sarah, I didn't mean to make you upset." Jessica says putting her hand on her shoulder.

"No no! I'm just so happy for you. My best friend is going to be a mom!"

A couple nights later Danny was sleeping and Jessica was up in the middle of the nights. The babies never stopped kicking and it kept her up.

Jessica felt lonely so she woke up Danny.

"Danny, wake up." Jessica says sitting up and turning on the light.

Danny didn't budge.

"Daniel! Wake up!" She says hitting him with a pillow.

"What are you crazy?" He says in a groggy tone/

"No. Wake up." She pouts

"Are you okay?"

"Your children are keeping me up."

"Why did you wake me up?"

"Because you knocked me up. I can't sleep and I'm lonely."

"Jess, come on just try to sleep."

"Danny, feel them." Jessica grabs his hand and puts it on the top of her bump.

"Holy shit."

"Yea, that's your son. The soccer player." Jessica then moves his hand down to the lower part of her stomach.

"That's your daughter. I think she will be a dancer or something that kicks. Your son is kicking my ribs, and your daughter is kicking me blatter. Now you are going to stay up with me and talk to me." Jessica says

"Okay, I'm sorry. They are your kids too."

"I'm the one that has to stay up all night! So you will too." Jessica says with a grin.

"Maybe we could think of names?"

"Can we?"

"Yea, I have some good ideas. For boys-
Daniel
Henry
Josh
Wyatt
Michael
And Regan."

"Regan is more of a girls name. And for girls?"

"I don't know, Gracie."

"I have one on my mind that I've always loved."

"What is that?"

"Scarlett Grace."

"Scarlett Grace Huston. I love that!"

"Really? I really like Wyatt. Maybe Wyatt Alexzander?"

"Scarlett Grace and Wyatt Alexzander Huston. I think those are pretty nice."

"We just named our kids Danny!"

"Whoa. So we just named our kids. Those will be the names?"

"Mhm! Daniel I'm so happy!" Tears fall down Jessica's face as she rubs her belly.

"Hey Wyatt and Scarlett, do you mind taking a little nap so mommy can sleep?" Danny says leaning over to Jessica's stomach.

Jessica giggles and plays with Danny's hair.

"I wonder if they'll have your curls."

"I hope so."
