Judges please do not start judging yet. When judging period starts I'll PM you, and send you your books. Just keep in mind to please judge fairly, and if you have any problems with someone prior to the awards please keep those problems outside of the awards. I'd prefer when forms are sent if they could be sent via Google Docs since it makes it easier for both us and you, but if you prefer not to then you can send the form in parts. Judges I want you to answer each question, and add a small description of why you said yes or no, and at the end of each form please leave a review of how good the book was, and what needs to be fixed. I also ask if you could read most if not all of the book before filling the forms out.

Book Cover:

• Is the cover eye catching?

• Is it connected to the story in any way

• Did it attract you into checking the book out?

• Does it include the title, authors name etc.?

• Is it unique, and creative?

• Does it look rushed or does it look like the author took their time on it?

Description:

• Is it too short, too long or just right?

• Is there a description or just a A/N?

• Did it give away too much of the plot?

• Did it attract you into reading the book even more?

• Did the description have anything to do with the story?

• Did they describe the plot of the book perfectly?

• Is the title unique or overused (You've seen books with the same name)?

• Did it attract you?

• Does it match the story in any way?

• Is the title too short, too long, or just right?

Characters:

• Do the characters fit in the story?

• Are they realistic?

• Did they introduce the characters with attraction?

• Did you like their attitudes, and how they were portrayed throughout the story?

•Were they introduced nicely along the way?

•Do you like how they were introduced?

•Were the characters reactions unnecessarily exaggerated?

•Were their dialogues realistic?

Grammar / Punctuation:

• Was there any errors that could have easily been fixed?

• Was there a lot of grammar mistakes?

• Was there any run-on sentences?

•Could you understand what was being said/described throughout the entire book?

• Was there any missing or wrong punctuation marks?

• Was there spaces between paragraphs or was it just one paragraph?

• Was the paragraphs of a decent size or was every paragraph 1-2 sentences long?

Plot:

• Is it a book you want to read in one sitting or stop after a couple of chapters?

• Is the plot unique or one that you've read many times before?

• Was the story interesting?

• Did it keep you on the edge of your seat?

• If there isn't one just yet would you want a sequel?

• If there is one would you read it?

• Does the plot flow nicely or is it rushed and/or sound made up on the spot?

• Is it a book that you would only read once or once that you would read several times?

• Was there any notable plot holes?
