Selection Rules

1. The contestant cannot leave the palace on his/her own accord. He/She can only be dismissed by the prince himself

2. There is no timeline for the Selection — it can last from days to years.

3. The contestant cannot arrange his/her times with the prince. If in a large social setting, this rule does not apply.

4. The contestant cannot fight or sabotage other participants. If the contestant is found laying his/her hands on another contestant, causing him/her stress, stealing from him/her, or doing anything that might diminish his/her personal relationship with the prince, the prince will decide whether to dismiss him/her or not.

5. The contestant can only have a romantic relationship with the prince. If the contestant is caught in a relationship with someone else, it is considered treason and punishable by death.

6. If the contestant is found breaking any of Illéa's written laws, his/her punishment will be tied to that offense.

7. The contestant cannot eat food or wear any clothes not provided to him/her by the palace.

8. The contestant must be courteous to photographers, and allow them to see his/her lifestyle with the prince

9. For each week the contestant stays at the palace, his/her family will be compensated.

10. If the contestant is no longer in the Selection, he/she will have an aide to help him/her adjust to his/her new life after the Selection. His/Her aide will help the contestant find new housing and employment.

11. If the contestant makes it to the top ten, he/she is considered as an Elite, and will be required to learn about particular inner workings of the life and obligations he/she would have as a prince/princess. Until then, the contestant is not permitted to seek out such information.

12. The contestant's caste number is automatically raised to a Three, unless he/she was already a Three prior to being Selected. His/Her family's caste remains the same. If the contestant was already a Two prior to the Selection, his/her and his/her family's status will remain the same.

13. If the contestant wins the Selection, he/she and his/her family will become Ones and members of the royal family. The contestant will also marry the prince and become the crowned prince/princess of Illéa, taking on all the rights and responsibilities of the title.

14. The contestant must be a virgin.

15. If the prince invites the contestant to do something with him, it is advised he/she shouldn't refuse — regardless if it's dinner, outings, kissing, and even more than kissing.

Our Rules

1. You can't be perfect, that's not realistic

2. No special privileges (Unless granted by someone in the royal family)

3. No snooping in the castle

4. No "Early Birds"

5. Absolutely NO special powers

6. You can't kick people out or accept others

7. Must be accepted before moving on in the role play

8. No role playing as anyone but your character 

9. Only one character per account

10. No returning once you are eliminated

11. No making yourself or anyone else a winner, only the prince can do that

12. No swearing

13. Hate the character, not the user

14. No smut. Just no. 

15.  Always write in third person

16. Your character has to be 16-20 years old

17. If you have to say something to the person who is role playing, and not their character, you must put the words in double parenthesis, like shown: ((Got to go! Role play with me tommorow at the same time?))
