Thunder was currently riding her new motorcycle towards Perdi country, wanting to find any leads she could about Looker, since while she doubted that they'd know anything about Looker, but she did feel like she owed a debt to the Perdi for all they'd done in the old reality, not that they'd need to do that again now that the ASA was shut down and Odell was rotting in prison where he belonged. And even though Markovia was still an issue, she knew her Aunt Lyla would never put Freeland under an occupation.

Anyways, it turned out that while she'd been out of the game due to her powers having gone dormant, Gambi had taken the time to upgrade all her gear, including upgrading both her suit and her bike with stealth mode, allowing her to ride undetected. Or so she thought.

Even though she was in stealth mode, Thunder found that she still had to quickly swerve to avoid a leopard pouncing at her out of nowhere.

Wait, a leopard?

Thunder brought her bike to a stop as she turned off her suit's cloaking device and turned to see a very familiar leopard growling at her.

"Grace?" Thunder asked, in shock, since this was the last place she expected to see the love of her life, but she had to remind herself that this version of Grace hadn't met her yet. And while she didn't want to hurt her, she also knew that this version of Grace wouldn't hesitate to attack her to defend herself. Though she was curious about how Grace wound up living with the Perdi in the first place was the leopard continued to eye her and Thunder prepared to go on the defensive, since while she wasn't planning on using any powers besides her super strength and invulnerability to protect herself from Grace's leopard attacks.

However, after sniffing her, Grace just walked away, still in her leopard form and unless Thunder was mistaken, it almost seemed like she was gesturing for Thunder to follow her, so she cautiously followed the leopard towards the Perdi camp.

When they arrived, she watched the leopard turn into Grace as they reached the Perdi camp.

"Grace Choi." Thunder said.

"How do you know who I am? Are you with the ASA?" Grace asked, wondering if she'd made a big mistake by leading this woman to the camp.

"No. The ASA was shut down." Thunder said.

"What?" Grace asked.

"My name is Thunder and my father is Black Lightning. The ASA was shut down a few weeks ago and he and I, along with a different and better organization called Argus, have been working on cleaning up their messes. Though we did notice you were in their files, I swear, we weren't looking for you. As long as you weren't causing problems, we didn't care what you did." Thunder said, telling her a version of the truth and hoping that Grace's damn leopard sense wouldn't detect any lies.

"Then what are you doing out here?" Grace asked skeptically.

"Looking for a different meta who is wanted for numerous crimes. Calls herself Looker." Thunder said.

"You're trying to take down Looker?" Grace asked.

"Black Lightning and looking into the Sange now, since we've heard about what she's done to this community and she's been able to get away with it for far too long. She needs to go." Thunder said.

"Good. With the ASA gone, I have a chance to get my life back, but I'm not leaving the Perdi until I'm sure that they'll be safe, since they're the ones who took me in after I escaped from the ASA." Grace said.

"I understand that. Think they can help me find Looker?" Thunder asked.

"Maybe. But regardless, when you do find Looker, there's no way in hell I'm sitting that fight out." Grace said and Thunder smiled.

"From what we've heard, Looker has claws, so it will be good to have some of our own." Thunder said.
