"Dono Jaipur ke maharaja to nhi hai?" Saanvi whispered, Sameeksha made a face, "inki shakal dekh, maharaja jesi hai?" She asked. Saanvi chuckled.

"Sab sun raha hu me" Abhishek said looking at Sameeksha, "to? Darrti nhi hu tumse" She replied. He rolled his eyes and ignored her.

"Bhai me jeep chalau?" Abhishek asked as Satvik was looking tired, he nodded and they swapped seats.

"Sameeksha tum aage aa jaao" Abhishek said, "bhai, tu thodi der soja peeche" He said. Satvik nodded and Sameeksha sat on the front passenger's seat.

"Mujhe pata nhi tha tumhe itna gussa aata hai" Sameeksha said, "mujhe bhi pata nhi tha tum itni faltu baate kar sakti ho" He replied.

She kept quiet.

"Sameeksha seriously?" Abhishek said, "what?" She asked, "apne behaviour ke lie sorry bolo mujhe" He said.

She chuckled, "sorry meri jooti" She said. He rolled his eyes, "pata nhi tumhare maa-baap ne tumhe kese jhela h..." He said and stopped.

She looked at him, "shit" He said in a low voice, "sorry" He said, "mere maa-baap ke bareme kabhi kucch mat bolna" She said. He nodded.

She looked away and closed her eyes to fall asleep.

"Sameeksha" Abhishek tapped on her cheek, she opened her eyes slowly, "pohonch gey?" She asked rubbing her eyes.

"Aadhe raaste pohonche hai. Toilet jaana hai to uss taraf hai, bhai kucch khane ke lie laa raha hai" He said, she nodded.

It was 7am.

She went to the toilet.

Satvik and Saanvi came back with four plates of samosas and four cups of tea.

Sameeksha came back.

They started eating, Abhishek nudged Satvik, he nodded.

"Saanvi, Sameeksha" Satvik said grabbing their attention. "Ham ghar jaake yeh bataenge ke meri shaadi Saanvi tumse hone wali hai, aur Abhishek ki Sameeksha se. Ese kisiko shakk nhi hoga" He said, "sabko yehi lagega ke ham shaadi karne wapas aae hai" He said.

Sameeksha and Saanvi looked at each other.

"Sachme hamari shaadi ho geyi to?" Sameeksha asked, "woh to hogi hi" Abhishek said. She looked at him shocked, he chuckled, "Satvik" She whined.

"Abhishek, chup reh na" Satvik said, "ese shaadi nhi hogi. Bas jab takk Sarkar shaant na ho hae, tab takk tumhe waha rehna hoga" Satvik explained.

Sameeksha and Saanvi agreed.

"Ek baat aur" He said, "mere parivaar me kisi se zada baat karne ki zarurat nhi hai. Jitna poocha jaae utna hi jawaab dena" He explained, "kyu?" Sameeksha asked, "kyu ki me keh raha hu" He said.

"Ohkay" She nodded.

They finished eating and then left.

After several hours of driving and admiring the beauty of Rajasthan, the four were approaching a palace, "Dude. Woooooow!!" Sameeksha admired the palace, "abhi takk jitne bhi palaces dekhe, usme se yeh best hai! Kitna bada hai!" She said.

Abhishek smiled.

"Par ham iss taraf kyu jaa rahe hai?" She asked, "andar jaa rahe hai ham?" She asked again, Satvik hummed.

"Ham yeh visiting baadme kar sakte hai please? Abhi boht thakk geyi hu me. Seedha tumhare ghar chalte hai na" She said, "yaar tum chup raho na thodi der" Abhishek said annoyed.

Sameeksha made a face and looked away.

Saanvi was as confused as Sameeksha. Guards at the first gate stopped the jeep.

"Itne chaudhary banke aae the, gate pe hi rok dia" Sameeksha chuckled, Abhishek gave her a look.

"Khamma ghani sa" one of the guards said, "ghani khamma" Satvik replied and showed his locket. The guard immediately bowed down and asked the others to open the gate.

The other two gates were also opened and the guards bowed down to the four.

"Ab to sachme lagta hai ke yeh dono maharaja hi hai" Sameeksha said in Saanvi ear.

Satvik stopped the car in front of the main entrance.

They entered in the palace, "suniye" Satvik called a guard who was standing at the door, "Rani Maa ko bulake laiye, kahiye dono Kunwar aae hai" He said. The guard bowed down to him and left.

After some seconds, a sudden sound of drums startled Sameeksha, Saanvi started looking here and there.

"Nagada bajj raha, hamare aane ka announcement hai" Abhishek whispered in Sameeksha's ear.

"Ek baat batao" Sameeksha said, Abhishek nodded, "tum yaha ke prince ho?" She asked. He chuckled, "batao na. Prince ho to please mujhse shaadi karlo" She said, Abhishek started laughing.

"Please na" She said holding his arm, all the guards started looking at her, "arey, chodo" He said, "yeh sab allowed nhi hai" He said looking at the guards.

She left him and stood next to Saanvi.

A lady in her seventies, followed by two other women and two men, walked downstairs. They were all dressed in rajasthani royal dresses.

"Khamma ghani Rani Maa" Satvik and Abhishek knelt to touch the lady's feet. She immediately made then stand up and hugged them tightly, "barso intezaar kia aap dono ka" She said controlling her emotions.

"Kathey chale gey the dono?" She asked breaking the hug, "jaha bhi the, ab wapas aa gey hai" Abhishek smiled. "Bhitar aao, sab se bhi mil lo" She said.

Satvik nudged Abhishek and asked him to meet everybody. Rani Maa looked at Satvik, "Banna...itne saal..." She said, "nhi Rani Maa" Satvik lowered his lashes. She sighed.

"Aditi Baisa kaha hai Banna?" Rani Maa asked, "shaam takk aa jaegi" Satvik replied, she nodded.

Sameeksha and Saanvi were feeling liked intruders, they were looking around and at the royal family members.

Rani Maa looked at them, "Banna, yeh dono?" She asked, "ek Abhishek sabse mil le, fir batata hu" He said.

Abhishek knelt to take everyone's blessings.

"Khamma Ghani Thakur sa" He took his father and then uncle's blessings. "Boht yaad aai aapki Banna" His uncle said, he smiled, "hame bhi Kako sa" He said.

He hugged his mother, "kyu chale gey the? Kitna dhoondha hamne aapko" She said, "kya karta Choti Maa, bade bhai ka saath nhi chod sakta tha" He said wiping tears off her cheek.

"Khamma Gh..." He was saying to his aunt when she stopped him, "haan theek hai, theek hai" She said taking a step back. He looked away and went to Satvik, to stand next to him.

Satvik looked at the four members of the family but didn't bother to take their blessings or even greet them.

"Aap sabke mann me boht saare sawaal honge. Ham itne saal kaha the? Ab achanak wapas kese aae? Yeh dono kon hai? Vagera vagera..." Satvik said.

"Ham Mumbai me the" Satvik said, "aur yeh iss raaj gharane ki hone wali kunwarani sa hai" he said and went to stand next to Saanvi, "yeh Saanvi hai" He said, "aur yeh Sameeksha" Abhishek said.

Rani Maa smiled looking at them, "hame khushi hogi agar aap sab hame apna aashirvaad de" Abhishek said.

Rani Maa came forward and gave her bangles to Saanvi and Sameeksha.

Saanvi looked at Satvik, he nodded. Sameeksha widened her eyes looking at them, Abhishek nudged her to accept the gift.

Everyone gave them some sort of gift, except one person, "kya baat hai Choti Thakurain sa? Aap khush nhi lag rhi?" Satvik asked his aunt.

She smiled, "na na, me to ghani khush hu" She said and gifted her rings.

Satvik and Abhishek looked at each other, they understood that nothing changed over these many years.
