Chapter 39

*(Y/N) P.O.V.*

Taylor's sword clashed with mine. For a moment he seemed surprised that I had actually blocked the hit, but he quickly recovered from his shock and attempted to slice my stomach. I used my magic to make his sword fly back and hit a tree before I kneed him where the sun doesn't shine. He fell clutching his... area and I put my sword to his neck. "What do you people have against young girls?! You always think that because I'm a ten year old girl that I'm weak" I said bitterly.

Taylor groaned in pain "I recommend you don't mess with me again, next time you won't be walking away alive" I said as I made my sword vanish. I turned around towards the horses, they still had the leads around their necks but they weren't attached to anything. I quickly got onto a white horse and grabbed the lead of a black horse before beginning to ride back towards where Noah was. When I got there Noah had a worried expression on his face. As soon as I came into hearing range he stood up and unsheathed his sword. "Its me Noah" I said.

He let out a sigh of relief before engulfing me in a hug "I wasn't sure if you were going to come back. What happened?" he questioned.

"I ran into Taylor and he decided he was going to take me back to the Budder Kingdom, so I made the carriage disappear and fought Taylor. As they all do, he underestimated me and I won easily. I decided to let him live this time and ran off with his horses" I said with a grin. Noah finally looked at the horses.

"This should make the journey ten times faster" Noah said happily. I nodded in response before pulling a can of beans out from my backpack and opening it. Noah and I had dinner and he offered to take watch first. I didn't argue, as I drifted off to sleep the last thing I remembered was the fire crackling as Noah added a log to the blazing fire.

When I woke up the sun was shining and the birds were singing as though there was nothing wrong in the world. I stretched before heading over to Noah who seemed to have fallen asleep at some point. I shook him awake and he groaned before muttering "Five more minutes..".

"Noah we should get going" I said amused at his tired state.

"Nooooo" he whined. I couldn't help but giggle at that.

"I guess no bacon for you then" I sighed. He suddenly bolted upright.

"Bacon?!?" he yelled in my ear.

"One OWWW two no I lied" I said.

"Why would you lie about something as serious as bacon?!" he yelled jokingly.

"Because you wouldn't get up sleepy head" I answered. I sighed "Come on lets pack up we should get going."

Once we packed up the temporary camp we began to head around the kingdom. Taylor's kingdom wasn't that big of a kingdom there were definitely a lot of bigger ones out there. Once we had went around the kingdom and found the path again we stayed on the path this time since the horses couldn't make it through the thick foliage easily.

"Um, I was wondering do you know anything about alliances between kingdoms?" Noah asked.

"No I was never taught, why?" I answered.

"Well you see, I know which kingdoms have really big and powerful armies but I never really learned about the alliances between kingdoms" he said scratching the back of his neck.

"Noah we both know that's a lie. Your father would literally ask you a question about alliances every time he saw you." I said.

"Um well you see, I kind of carried a piece of paper with me with all the alliances, I never really bothered to memorize them." He replied nervously.

I sighed "Okay, but why do we need to know about alliances anyway?" I asked him.

"There's a kingdom, the Diamond Kingdom. They have one of the biggest and strongest armies, second to Herobrines army, but I don't know if they have an alliance with the Budder Kingdom." he responded. "I mean we could risk it if we want" I sighed.

"I guess, its not like we have much of a choice, if we want to kill Herobrine we need an army" I responded. "How far away is the kingdom from here anyway?" I asked.

        "About two days" Noah responded.

"Then we have a long two days in front of us" I sighed as we continued to walk towards our destination.
