~Two Months Later~
With the twins birthday coming up they are planning their birthday party, the party that is happening in three days. They are having it in Nick's dad's warehouse where the school play is being held, speaking of, Brandon is directing or composing, (not sure which) Mariana is Juliet from Romeo and Juliet but her Romeo, Nick isn't playing Romeo. Her ex Mat is. That'll be awkward.

I was snapped out of my internal recap of the last months by mom calling me downstairs,
"Someone's here!" She yelled. I ran down the stairs in my pajamas and opened the door. I giggled as I saw Jesus, he had flowers in his arms and he was dressed pretty well,
"I have a proposition." Jesus said with a smile as he handed me the flowers, I smelled them and looked up at him and smiled, "My birthday is in three days, you're coming to the party but I want to plan for your birthday so, I want to take you on a practice date on the weekend and if it doesn't go well, I'll take you out on a different thing for your birthday or I'll buy you something." He said as he had this charming look,
"I have your actual birthday present though." I said looking away slightly, "but I'll agree to this." I added as I looked up at him. Jesus picked me and spun me around,
"You don't know how excited I am!" He said brightly with this happiness in his eyes that I never wanted to leave.
"I'll be free this weekend after your party I promise." I said softly with a smile, one of the first ones to be present in a long time. Jesus smiled as he turned and ran across the lawn,
"Was that Jesus?" Chloe asked asked as I closed the door, I turned and blushed.
"Maybe." I said softly as I held the flowers,
"You two are so cute." Chloe said as she put my roses in a vase,
"I second that." Mom said as she walked past me making me realize I'm still in my pajamas,
"I'm going to get dressed before you make more fun of me." I said as I walked upstairs to my room and my cheeks felt warm.

I walked downstairs and through the front door when I saw Mariana and Nick making out on the front yard. To mess with them I decided why not whistle,
"What the hell Courtney?" Mariana yelled as she looked over at me, I shrugged with a wink,
"Making a habit of making out with Nick on my yard? It's the second time this week." I said with a smile. Mariana rolled her eyes, Nick looked at me with a smirk,
"It's not like you and Jesus don't have a thing." Nick said rolling his eyes. I laughed,
"We're going on a date this weekend, we have kissed once and you're a bad influence on him." I said pointedly, Nick look taken aback, I rolled my eyes and walked across my lawn and knocked on the door, I saw Callie open the door,
"What's up? Want me to get Jesus?" Callie asked softly. I shook my head slowly,
"Callie I need your help." I said quickly.
"What is it?" Callie asked with a concerned look,
"I Uhm need help with what I'm getting Jesus for his birthday and I have a slight fear about the party." I said softly,
"What about the party?" Callie asked softly as I walked in and we walked to her room sneakily.
"Emma, her and Mariana are still like best friends. In the letter she vowed to make sure I didn't go." I said softly as we sat on the floor in her room,
"Courtney, nothing will happen, Jesus would make sure you're there no matter what, he really cares about you." Callie whispered as she sat on Mariana's bed,
"Do you think Mariana will be mad at me or will she be okay with me going?" I asked softly picking at my nails that desperately need to be redone.
"Mariana would want you there, no matter what. Emma may not like you but Mariana loves you because you make Jesus happy." Callie said with a reassuring smile as she patted my leg,
"Thanks, oh and what should I wear? Half of the party is a party and the other is skateboarding." I asked,
"Compromise. Dress like you would if you were going to a sixteenth birthday party and your beau's birthday party." Callie said with a wink. I giggled and nodded,
"I need you to take this picture on the front lawn, all nine of us and I need it pronto. Can we do it tonight before sunset?" I asked softly Callie nodded with a smile,
"Chin up Court you're gonna be ready for this." She said with a giggle.
"Alright. I've got this." I said with a confident smile as I rolled my shoulders and sat up straight. I heard a quick knock,
"Callie. Where's Courtney? Moms said they saw her walk in here!" I heard Jesus yell, Callie looked at me suddenly,
"She's not here!" Callie yelled before ushering me I to the bathroom. I closed and locked the door to the hallway and hid in the tub listening to what was happening,
"But-!" I heard Jesus argue as he opened the door to find Callie sitting on the floor alone.
"I was practicing tranquility!" Callie protested,
"Where is Courtney? I wanted to see her!" Jesus begged, my heart melted as peaked out of the tub and he looked so adorable. Callie cleared her throat,
"She's not in here so get going, I need to relax!" Callie said loudly as if trying to make a point, and it worked as Jesus walked out. Callie looked at me and nodded,
"How will I leave now?" I asked with a giggle.
"Mariana." Callie said with a smile, as if on que Mariana came barreling into the room,
"I heard my name?" She asked,
"Yes. You need to act as if you have been with Courtney this whole time, you need to get her out of the house without Jesus becoming suspicious." Callie said, Mariana nodded and then looked at me,
"We are going to walk out of the bathroom giggling and then you'll make it out." Mariana said softly with a smile. I nodded and we stepped out of the bathroom giggling,
"I can't believe he said that!" I said smiling, Mariana smirked and nodded as Jesus was standing in her doorway, I was pretending I couldn't see him although it was hard,
"Well he's gonna be at the party, I can't wait." Mariana said, I nodded smiling as we walked down the stairs and I made my escape to outside. I ran home with a giggle as I went into the house and gathered family and made sure we were picture ready.

Chloe, Mom and I walked out the door just as Callie was setting up and the whole family stood on the lawn,
"Callie what is this for?" Lena asked as Callie finished adjusting her tripod. She looked up and smiled at me and turned to everyone else,
"Time to take a few pictures." Callie said as she positioned everyone perfectly having Chloe and I sit on the ground with our legs outstretched in front of us. Everyone else settled into place before the picture was taken.
Afterwards the three of us went to go home but I heard Jesus shout,
"Hey Courtney can we take a couple pictures?" I turned and smiled nodding as Callie gave me a wink proving she probably planted the idea in his brain.
"Alright Jesus wrap your arms around Courtney. Courtney look up at Jesus, but keep your body facing me." Callie called out I nodded and looked at Jesus, he looked upside down but he still look handsome that way.
"Can I trying something?" Jesus asked, Callie nodded and he swiftly picked me up as I wrapped my legs around his waist,
"Last time we were here, we kissed." I whispered so Callie didn't hear.
"Put your foreheads together!" Callie called out. We giggled as we put our foreheads together and continued posing for more pictures and some silly ones aswell.
After everything was over and we finished posing for pictures, Callie sent me the good ones and I started my work. I grabbed my paints and a canvas before grabbing the picture Callie took of everyone, Callie, Jude, Stef, Lena, Mariana, Jesus, Brendan, Mom, Chloe, and I all of us. I found a picture where the moms all stood in the center as all seven of us kids surrounded them for left to right going, Brendan, Callie, Me, Jesus, Mariana, Chloe, and Jude all surrounding Mom, Stef, and Lena. I started painting the family and it came easily and little mistakes were made as I was able to complete the piece for Mariana and Jesus's part in 5 hours then I rested.

I woke up and started on the painting of Jesus and I in the same position we were in when we kissed, I stopped to eat a few times but I completed it in around 10 hours, but that was when I realized, the party is tomorrow. So I set everything out to dry in my room.
"Hey Court? Are you okay?" Chloe asked as she knocked on my door,
"Yeah just finished my birthday present for the twins. Do me a favor and go pick up a couple cards at the store for their birthdays, Jesus's has to be sentimental." I called out as I collapsed against my bed relaxing for the first time since yesterday afternoon.
"I'm coming in to see them and then I'll go to the store." Chloe said as she inched the door open and walked in toward the paintings which were placed near the window but not in the view of the neighbors house because then my present would me ruined,
"Oh yeah, can you ask mom if we have wrapping paper and large boxes?" I asked softly Chloe looked at me with sympathy in her eyes,
"Please don't run yourself rapid.." she said softly. I nodded,
"Wake me up when you get back okay? I promise I'll only be a asleep for a bit." I said softly. Chloe nodded and walked out of my room, I pulled my blankets over my body and my 2 day worn clothes. I drifted off to sleep quickly and slept sound dreaming of the all so dreamy, Jesus Adams Foster.

"Courtney Amelia Wyatt!" I heard someone yell, I was jilted up to sit up straight,
"I'm up!" I yelled as I looked out the window,
"You have slept the day away sweetheart." Mom said as she sat on the side of my bed,
"I'm so sorry! I was just making the birthday present and then I got focused and when I was done I didn't realize I was that tired." I said as I stood quickly falling back to the sound of my rumbling stomach.
"Let's just get you fed sweetie." Mom said as she lifted her arm for me to hold onto. I barely ate yesterday, today I haven't had the chance. Mom sat me down at the table and put a plate stacked high in front of me and I guess I knew how hungry I was after all, the food was all gone in a surprising amount of time. Mom had placed my perfect sized boxes in the kitchen next to the birthday wrapping paper. I smiled to myself as I finally felt normal,
"Thank you mom for everything." I whispered softly knowing she probably couldn't hear me,
"I do it because I love you Court." Mom said softly. I smiled looking at her trying to hide how happy I was that everything was starting to work out. I heard a loud knock at the door and looked at my phone,
"Crap." I said quickly as I grabbed the wrapping paper and the boxes running up the stairs. "Mom I'm not here tell them I'm not there!" I yelled before closing my door.
"Courtney!" Chloe whispered at my door. I opened it slightly,
"Come on and help me. You need to answer all the messages I missed, then help me seal the paintings and then wrap them." I said hushed as I pulled my sister in my room.
We made quick work of getting everything done, which leads us at night time preparing for bed and tomorrow's events.
