I kissed Tyler goodbye and got off the bus to see my older brother, Ryland, waiting for me. I quickly ran into my brothers arms.

"So, I heard you have a little boyfriend?" Ryland jokes as we pull away. "I do, and he's not little. He's very tall in my opinion." I shrugged. Ryland rolled his eyes with a smile on his face. "Let's get inside, Dinners ready." He said before leading me inside. I nod and follow him inside.

"Callie! Get ready we have to leave soon!" My mom yelled from downstairs. I groaned, but still got up. Taking my hair out of the braids, I threw on my uniform with my swim shorts and some sneakers. "Callie!" My dad warned. "I'm up! I'm getting dressed." I yelled, obviously aggravated. I ran to the downstairs bathroom since my room (the attic) doesn't have a bathroom in it.

The attic was my hang out room in elementary school, so in middle school my dad decided to make it my room since I was sharing a room with Reed at the time.

I pulled my retainer out and set it in my case. Thank god I didn't have my braces anymore, I looked terrible with them. Quickly brushing my teeth an retainer, I got ready pretty quick. My phone dinged as I set my clean retainer in the case and washed my toothbrush.

It was Tyler saying Vooch isn't available today so no ones riding the bus. I was being forced to ride in the car with my parents already, but I wanted to ride the bus with my friends. I sent a thumbs up emoji and joined my family in the kitchen. "You got ready faster than Reed." My dad laughed. Ryland stepped out of his room and grabbed a mug of coffee. "You want a cup, Cal?" My dad asked. "No thank you." I said. He nodded and leaned against the counter. Ryland had already dressed in jeans and a hoodie.

"You do know I work at the beach, not the ice rink." I joked. "Shoot! I forgot where you worked so I just dressed like I did in class!" He laughed and ran back into his room. "Reed and I can take my car there, we plan on staying longer." Ryland said before closing the door.

"Can I ride with them?" I asked. "No!" Reed yelled as he walked out. "Oh come on! I'm literally the one that works at the beach, y'all are just going for the fun of it!" I exclaimed. "She can ride with us, it's my car so I make the decisions." Ryland says, walking out of his room. Reed groaned and took a sip of the coffee on the island.

"That was mine!" Ryland shouts before jokingly hitting Reed in the head. "We should probably head out. I cannot be late." I told my parents. They nodded and we all walked out. I grabbed my bag on the way out.

Ryland parked and we all got out. "I have to go check in with Dylan and tell her I'm here! I'll be back." I said before running to my tower. Dylan and Gina were standing inside. "Hey! I was told to check in with you when I got here." I told her. "Yeah, have fun!" Dylan said. I nodded and put my bag in the tower, right next to Tyler's that had my jacket sticking out of it. "See you guys at lunch!" I exclaimed before climbing out of the tower and back to my family. I ran into Eric. "Sorry Eric!" I exclaimed.

"No problem! Oh, by the way, Tyler said meet him by the bathrooms during lunch." He said. "Cool, thank you." I said, smiling at his parents. "This is Callie, she's in my pod. Callie, these are my parents." Eric introduces. "Hi! Nice to meet you!" I exclaimed. "Nice to meet you too!" They both smiled. "Well, I got to go, my family is waiting for me. I'll see you later!" I exclaimed before running back to my family. "I'm back." I greeted. "Awesome! Can we start in there?" My mom asked, pointing towards headquarters. "Yeah!" I exclaimed and lead them inside. "We're saving the tower for last." I nodded as everyone walked inside. They all nodded as we entered.

"This is our headquarters, this is where we have all our meetings and hang out after hours." I said. They looked around, and so did I. I never really paid attention to the decor because every time I'm in here it's for a meeting and rushed. Two arms wrapped around my waist. I jumped and twirled around to face the owner of the arms.

"Ty!" I exclaimed and hugged him. He chuckled and hugged me tightly. Our families had yet to pay attention to us. His family was talking together with their backs to us, and my family was paying attention to the art. We shared a quick kiss before pulling away. "We still meeting at the bathroom during lunch?" I asked. He nodded. "Definitely, I missed you." He chuckled. "I missed you too. My parents are leaving after lunch but my brothers are staying." I said as I pointed to my two older brothers. They were taller than Tyler, but not by much.

"Tyler! Let's go!" His younger sister said. "Okay, Sasha! I'll be there in a second!" He groaned before turning back to me. "I'll see you at lunch." He said before kissing my forehead and leaving with his family.

I turned back to my family to see the only one who was paying attention to me was Ryland. "Was that him?" Ryland asked. I nodded and stood beside my dad.

My family sat down at the lunch tables after I took them to the tower. "I'll be back, I have to use the bathroom." I said as I saw Tyler's family at the table beside us. They nodded and ate lunch. I got up and walked to the bathroom. As I walked to the side, I saw Tyler on his phone. "Hey." I smiled. He jumped and looked up at me. "Hey, baby!" He exclaimed and hugged me.

"I was just about to text you and ask where you were." He laughed into my shoulder. "Should we go meet the parents?" I asked as we pulled away. "Wait! Let me kiss you first." He pouted. I giggled and leaned in to kiss him. He kissed me deeply.

"Now that I've had my fix of kisses, we shall meet the parents now." Tyler joked as we pulled away. "Shut up." I laughed as we walked out. He held my hand as we walked back to our tables. "Hey!" We greeted. Everyone looked up at us. "This is Callie, my girlfriend." Tyler introduced to his family.

"This is Tyler, my boyfriend." I introduced to my family. Our families greet each other and move to the same table. Tyler looks down at me. Our moms sit next to each other, and so do our dads.

Tyler leads me to a space between the families and sits down. I lay my head on his shoulder as he talked to my brothers. "How long have you two been together?" His mom asked. "Around a week." I smiled. Tyler agreed and laid his hand on my thigh. "We've known each other since the beginning of summer, we didn't really get a long for awhile but we got over that." Tyler smiled down at me.

"It was during the time where he wanted out, but then when we got close at the campfire he decided he wanted to stay." I laughed. He jokingly glared at me, but kissed my head.

Everyone after lunch came to the tower and hung out. We didn't let them in because we didn't want Dylan to get mad at us, so we hung out outside. Plus there wasn't enough room in the tower for all of us. "Mom! Could you get a photo of me to send to Roger?" Tyler asks as he hops off the deck of the tower, helping me down after. His mom nods and pulls her phone out. I sit on the deck and mess around with my brother. "Get one to show off my muscles!" Tyler laughed. I shook my head as I laughed and stood up. I collected the binoculars and scanned the ocean. "Anything?" Tyler asked beside me. I jumped because I didn't know he was there. "Nope!" I exclaimed. Gina and a...Dolphin joined up. "Who's in the suit? Eric?" I asked.

"Dylan!" She waved. I laughed as she took off the helmet part. "This is our captain Dylan and our Friend Gina!" Tyler says.

"I need a snack, you want one?" Tyler asks me. "Uh, yeah. I'll come with you. I need a break from my brothers." I said. He nodded and got down from the tower. After that he helped me down. "Does anyone else want a snack?" I asked. Everyone shook their head no or said no. Tyler grabbed my hand and led me to the small little cafe on the beach. We saw Lizzie and Eric there, collecting their lunches. "Hey!" We greeted. They flipped around.

"You guys okay?" Tyler asked.

"No! Lizzie just told me she forged her moms signature and now she's saying we're dating!" Eric exclaimed. "I'm only doing it so my mom doesn't find out I'm on Sea-patrol and takes me out of Junior Rescue!" She exclaimed. We glanced at their parents sitting together. "You guys are the OG couple! We need your help!" Eric exclaimed. "How do you act like a couple?" They both asked. "Uh-." I started, but Tyler cut me off.

"All you have to do is touch each other. Like hold hands or have your arm around her, maybe throw in a kiss on the cheek or something since you two aren't actually together." He explains. They both nod.

"Thank you, I'll see you guys later." They nodded and ran off to their table. I shrugged and got a cookie from the table. Tyler grabbed two and walked back with me. It was starting to get chilly because of the wind, so I shivered when we climbed back up on the deck. "You cold?" Tyler asked as he ate his last cookie. "Little bit, I'll be okay." I nodded as I looked over at him. He moved behind me and wrapped his arms around my shoulders, pulling me into him. He rested his head on top of mine as we looked up over the Ocean.
