The crucible was approaching fast, so I couldn't really ditch my pod just because Tyler and I broke up. I asked Ryland to drive me to the beach, which he agreed since he planned on taking Vanessa to the beach later that day. Ryland parked and turned to me in the back seat. "Do you want me to beat up Tyler?" He asked. I shook my head as I heard the bus pull up.

"I should get going." I softly said as I got out and grabbed my bag. "Hey, if you ever need to talk about something, you can talk to me." Vanessa softly told me as she got out. I gently smiled as I hugged her. "Thank you." I said. "It's no problem, I already see you as a best friend." She smiled as we pulled away. Ryland stared at Tyler as he got off the bus.

"Callie!" I heard three familiar voices say. I flipped around to see Hannah, Ryan, and Ray. "Guys!" I exclaimed as I ran towards them. The three of them wrapped me in a hug. I immediately broke down crying in their arms. "What's wrong?" Ryan pulled away. I glanced back at my pod to see Tyler looking at us. When I caught his eyes, he looked away.

"Tyler and I broke up last night." I softly said as I turned back around to them. "Awe, I'm sorry." Hannah said before wrapping me in a hug. The boys hugged me tightly.

But I had to pull away.

"I need to get to my pod. You guys can join me." I softly said as I looked into Ryan's concerned eyes. He slowly nodded before I turned around and led them to the pod.

"Alright. These are my friends from Australia Hannah, Ryan, and Ray." I introduced. Everyone waved except Tyler. "Three mile run, go." I blew the whistle. They took off in a run. I sat down on the beach while they ran.

"I don't know what to do. I promised them tower one, and now I'm not even in the right mind state." I confessed to my friends. Ryan places his hand on my back. Dylan walks over to us right as tears start to build up in my eyes. "What's wrong?" She asked as she bent down in front of me.

"Tyler and I broke up." I softly said.

I sat in between Lizzie and Gina at lunch. Hannah, Ryan, and Ray decided to go back to their hotel because they had jet lag.

Tyler and I stayed quiet. I'm not sure about him, but all I could think about is our memories. Our first time together, our first kiss, our-.

"Earth to Callie?" Lizzie waved in front of my face. I looked up at her. "Sorry, I just have a lot on my mind." I said as I saw Tyler and Eric talking in the line for something.

"You want to talk about it?" Gina asks. "Tyler and I broke up last night." I confessed. "It was almost our one year anniversary too." I said as tears threatened to spill. Gina placed her hand on my back and gently rubs.

"You guys were the perfect couple too." Lizzie pouted. "Lizzie, not helping." Gina said. "No, it's okay. She's right. I felt like a queen around Tyler, and now I just feel like trash. It's like-. I don't know." I cut my self off. "It's like what?" Gina asks. "I'm still in love with him. I doubt he feels the same way, I just want everything to go back to normal." I said as I laid my head on the table.

"He's still in love with you, I can tell." Lizzie encourages. "You guys didn't hear what he said yesterday." I cried. I glanced over to see he was glancing at me. He shook his head to himself and turned back around.

"I think I need a break." I said before getting up and walking towards HQ. I ran into the all the captains as I walked in. Brody was in the middle of the circle. I shook my head to my self and sat down on the couch before looking out the window. After plugging my earbuds into my ears, I chose some music that calmed me down and listened to it. The song 'I never told you' by Colbie Caillat played.

Even though I didn't want to, my thumb clicked on my camera roll. My eyes scanned over photos of Tyler and I either face timing when I was in Australia, or hanging out. I dropped my phone into my lap and placed my head in my hands.

After we trained all day, I got in the car with Ryland and Vanessa. The whole car ride home was silent.

As soon as Ryland parked, I bolted out of the truck and ran upstairs to my room. I slammed the door behind me and climbed into my bed. Tears spilled all over my pillow.

My door opened and I felt a hand on my back. I looked up to see my mom. Her blue eyes, identical to mine, looked down at me with a concerned expression.

"Tyler broke up with me." I finally said. She sighed and hugged me. I cried into his chest. "It hurts! I loved him so much and he broke my heart." I sobbed. "It's okay, I promise you'll be okay." My mom sighed as she ran her fingers through my hair. Tyler's face was every where in my room. "How can I be okay if the love of my life just broke up with me? I thought he loved me." I cried into her arms.

"I can't see his face anymore." I sobbed as I got up and ripped the photos off the wall again. They were taped on, so they didn't get ruined. My mom watched me do everything.

I was almost done, the last one was the one above my bed. I sighed before taking it off the wall, then throwing it into my closet with the others. I laid back down on my bed and laid my head on my moms lap. "It hurts." I sobbed. "I know honey, but I promise you'll be okay." She promised as she ran her fingers through my hair again.
