Tyler was laying on his back and I was straddling him, laying on him basically. As I kissed his neck, I heard the downstairs door open and my parents start talking. "Callie! Tyler!" My dad yelled downstairs. "Grab a hoodie." I whisper-yelled as I jumped off of him and ran to my closet. He reached around me and grabbed a hoodie from my closet. I pulled the hoodie over my body and put my hair over the harsh mark on my neck. Tyler's was a bit lower than mine, so he didn't really have to hide it much. "Callie? Tyler?" My dad asked as he approached my door. I threw a board game on the floor and quickly set it up with Tyler's help.
We sat down and acted like we were playing it the whole time. We looked up as the door opened with innocent looks on our faces. "What?" I questioned. "Sorry, we called for you guys. Your brothers here." My dad nodded before disappearing down the stairs. Tyler and I high-fived before getting up and following him downstairs. "Ryland!" I exclaimed as I hugged him. He hugged me tightly.
There was a girl standing behind him, who I realized when I pulled away. Ryland did a bro hug with Tyler before Tyler hugged me from behind. "This is my girlfriend, Vanessa." Ryland introduces. "It's nice to meet you." Tyler and I smile. She beams at me as the door opens to reveal Reed and Delilah.
"Hey!" They both Greet. "Looks like every couples in the house." Dad groans from the kitchen as he made coffee. I shrugged and pulled Tyler to the couch. Ryland and Vanessa sat beside us. "When we starting the movie?" Reed asked. "Soon." My dad said as he put sugar in his coffee.
My dad disappeared down the hallway with my mom. I shrugged and laid my head on Tyler's chest. "Why are you two wearing hoodies?" Reed smirked. "No reason-." I started, but Reed cut me off. "Dad! Angel has a-." Reed started to yell but Ryland threw a pillow at him. I went to hit Reed with something but Tyler pulled me back. "Fight me! I dare you!" I shouted at Reed.

The next morning I woke up on the couch without Tyler. But there was a blanket on top of me. Ryland and Vanessa were laying beside me. Reed and Delilah were no where to be found. I figured they were in his room, so I went upstairs to change into my uniform and throw on my jacket. I grabbed my whistle and everything I needed before running to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and hair before going outside to wait for the bus.
Vooch pulled up and I jumped up before running over and getting on the bus. I sat down next to Tyler. Tyler drapes his arm over my shoulders as he jokes around with everyone.

"Hey valley rats." Brody snarled as everyone dropped the boats. "Can you just go away? We're trying to train?" I growled as I glared at him. "You know what?" Tyler growled as he stepped towards Brody. "Tyler Stop." I pleaded. "No! I'm sick and tired of Brody thinking he's better than us just because we're from the Valley! We're just as good as you! So quit acting like you're all that just because you're from Malibu, because everyone's tired of you!" Tyler snarled.
"Tyler, I'm serious, stop it." I stomped as I pushed him away from Brody. Tyler brushes around me and went right back to Brody before whirling his hand back to punch Brody. "Hey!" Gina exclaimed as she grabbed his arm. He glanced down at me before breaking away from Gina's grip and storming away from our pod.
"Tyler!" We all yelled after him. He didn't turn around, he just kept walking away from us. Brody shrugged and walked away. I brought my hand to my forehead as I watched my boyfriend walk away.

Tyler followed me off the bus as Vooch dropped me off. I grabbed his wrist and pulled him up to my room before slamming the door behind us and turning to him.
"What the hell were you thinking? Almost getting into a fight with Brody?" I asked. "I don't know that's a really good question! How come you didn't say anything else to Brody huh? The other day you were talking about how you were ready to tell Brody off, but you chickened out today." Tyler rolled his eyes. "I want to stay a captain and not get kicked out like you did!" I shouted.
"Don't you dare bring me getting kicked out into this! That wasn't my fault!" Tyler shouts with tears in his eyes. Just seeing this made my eyes glisten with tears.
"Not your fault? You raced Brody just to satisfy your self and feel good about your self! Did you ever stop to think about the pod?" I asked as tears streamed down my face. "No! Because I need to think about my self for once! I'm either thinking about how I did something wrong in the pod or something wrong I did with you! I need to stop it." Tyler cried. "Are you saying what I think you're saying?" I asked while attempting to wipe my tears away, but it only came down harder when I heard what Tyler said next.
"I'm saying I think we should break up."
"You don't mean that." I sobbed. "I mean it. I mean everything I just said." Tyler said as he stepped near me. "I've been driving my self crazy, making a fool of my self! Literally trying to fix it and my mind! I'm tired of it! I'm tired of having to constantly look after you because I know Brody will try something to get you kicked out!" Tyler shouts. "I can take care of myself!" I exclaimed.
"Apparently not because Brody's always planning something behind you! You never realize it because you're always working while I find a way to stop him!" Tyler says, finally lowering his voice. "Maybe it is best if we broke up." I sobbed. "Maybe it is." Tyler agreed.
"Fine, leave." I told him. He glanced at my crying figure before storming out of my room. I collapsed onto my bed and cried.
Was everything a joke to him?
