Gina and Vooch came to the rescue. We all pile back onto the bus in a hurry to try and stop Thorton.

Not long after, we arrive at the beach. "Crap, they already started the ceremony." I said as I pressed my hand against my forehead. "Hey Dylan, do you still have the keys to the storage room?" Tyler smirks. She nods as she pulls it out.

"Callie and Tyler, you take tower 7-9." Dylan orders. "You got it captain!" Tyler says before we drive off on the ATV. We quickly drive to the location and search for the bomb.

"Tower  9's good, Should be moving on." Tyler says into the walkie-talkie. I yell as I see Clive grab a pole and go to hit Tyler with it. Tyler and Clive break out in a fight.

I grabbed the walkie-talkie for help when Eric ran over. Eric quickly stopped whatever was going on. "Oh thank god, I started freaking out, I've never fought someone before." I sighed. Eric nodded and high fives Tyler. Tyler looks up to see Roger go into a tower. Tower 8. We haven't checked that one yet! "Roger!" He screamed as he ran over to it. "Roger! You have to get out!" He screamed as he neared. Behind us, tower 7 blew up. I yelped as I turned around to face it. Tyler ran over and put us on the ATV. He drove over to the ceremony to see the rest of the pod was already there with Clive. "Do I need to get my torch?" Lizzie threatened as we got off and stood beside the pod.

"Fine! It's true! He made me do it!" Clive exclaims. I smile to my self and cross my arms against my chest. "Well um, I have an explanation!" Thorton says then runs off stage. He takes off towards our sea-jets. "He's stealing!" Tyler exclaimed. "Technically, he donated them, he's just borrowing for a long time." Eric jokes to brighten the mood. "You down for a ride?" Lizzie asked Gina. "I'm always down." Gina laughs before following her to the Sea-jet. As they chase Thorton down, I look over the ocean. It's so beautiful here, I'm going to miss it here when I'm in Australia.

After we watched Thorton get arrested and awarded Dylan with the Rescuer of the Year, we sat down for lunch. I figured it was the best time to tell them about my new school. "Hey-." I started, but was cut off by Roger getting off the phone.

"Guess who's going to be next years head administrator!" He exclaimed. "You." Tyler groans as he lays his head on my shoulder. "Yep! Me!" Roger exclaimed. "Come on, kiddo, let's head home." He tells Tyler. "I kind of wanted to ride home with my friends." He softly said. "Friends huh? I wish I had some. I'll see you at home!" He exclaimed before walking away to his car.

"I have an announcement." I breathed out. Everyone looked at me and nodded. "I decided I wanted to go professional with lifeguarding, so my mom somehow got me into a school in Australia that specializes in it. It's a boarding school, but I'm still allowed internet and phones. Don't worry, I'll be back this summer." I exclaimed. "Callie, I'm really happy for you! Congratulations!" Eric smiles before side-hugging me. "Congrats! Stay in touch!" Everyone exclaimed. I glanced over at Tyler as Eric pulls away. "I'm happy for you." He smiled at me as he kissed my cheek. "Bad thing is, it's too far away to come back for Christmas vacation." I sadly said. "That's okay, we can do a Group FaceTime." Gina and Lizzie nod. I happily smiled at my friends. "When do you leave?" Tyler asked. "Tomorrow night." I sadly said. "I was supposed to leave halfway in the summer, but they let me stay here because I was lifeguarding. There were scouts here that watched me lifeguard." I said. They all nodded.

"Thank you for being so supportive." I smiled. "It's no problem! You're our best friend!" Dylan exclaims as we all stand up. "You guys ready to go?" Vooch asks as he pops his head out of the bus. We slowly nod as we turned to Dylan. "I'll see you guys next summer!" She exclaims before hugging us one by one. "I'm going to miss you guys." I said as we formed into a circle. "Group hug!" Lizzie exclaims. We all chuckle and group hug. Gina was the first one to pull away. We all said our goodbyes and got on the bus.

"I'll see you guys next summer." I said as I collected my things to get off the bus. Vooch took a different route so I was the first one off. "I'll make a group chat when I get home." Lizzie smiles as we stop outside my house. "Bye guys! I'll miss you!" I exclaimed as I stood up. Tyler stood up and pulled me into a sweet kiss.

"Bye, I love you." He said as he pulled away. I smiled to my self. It was the first time we said it. "I love you too. Text me when you get home!" I exclaimed before pulling away and bouncing off the bus. "Bye Vooch! See you next summer!" I exclaimed. "Bye! Good luck in Australia!" They all screamed out the window as the bus pulled away. I smiled to my self as I walked inside my house.

"Callie! It's time to leave for Australia!" My dad yelled downstairs the next night. I looked around my room one last time before slowly walking down the stairs.

We all piled into my mom's suburban and drove in silence to the airport. "I know they're silent, but they're going to miss you while you're gone. Reed is going to be the only one in the house." My dad finally says. "I swear to god if I find out you went in my room to take something I'm throwing hands from Australia." I told Reed. "What're you going to do?" He smirked. "I'll send you a huge spider." I innocently smiled as we pulled up to the airport. His eyes widened as he got out. I giggled innocently and collected my bags. A car pulled up behind me and my whole pod got out. I smiled at them and walked towards them.

"We wanted to send you off!" Lizzie smiles as Tyler hugs me. "Thanks guys." I smiled with tears in my eyes.

It finally hit me, I wouldn't see Tyler and my friends for a whole year. "Don't cry! We can always FaceTime!" Tyler softly says as he wipes a tear that fell down my cheek with his thumb. It only made me cry harder. The pod formed a hug around me. "We'll go get you checked in, your flight leaves in 20 minutes." My mom says before taking the rest of the family into the airport. "Don't cry, we'll see each other next summer, I promise." They all promised as we hugged.

"Change of plans! Your flight leaves in 5 minutes!" Ryland says as he walked back out. "I love you." Tyler says as I turn back to him. "I love you, too." I softly said before kissing him.

The good things had to come to an end.

"I have to go." I sadly said to the pod as we broke apart. They nodded as I grabbed my things and slowly followed my brother inside. They all waved before they disappeared behind the doors. I wiped away my tears before hugging my parents and brothers tightly. "Please, be safe." My mom said as we pulled away.

"Flight 372 to Australia is now boarding." The announcers said as I hugged my dad last. "That's me." I softly said as pulled away. They slowly nodded as I retreated to the plane.
