There is also joy. There is also a dog named Theodore. There is also a truly unreasonable amount of maple syrup. But the hard parts come first. They have to. That's how it works.

Third: this is for you. Whoever you are, wherever you're reading this, whatever brought you here. This is for the people who eat breakfast alone. For the people who talk to someone who can't hear them anymore. For the people who keep showing up even when they've forgotten why.
