"Scoops Troop, do you copy? We're trapped in the mall and in need of emergency transportation!" Mike uses the walkie, trying to get in touch with Dustin. "Scoops Troop, do you copy? (b/n) has found us. He has disabled our car and we are trapped in the mall!" He groans out, Nancy and Jonathan walking around to gather weapons and (y/n) frowns.

"They're going to kill him..." (y/n) covers her mouth, Billy trying to calm her bouncing legs.

"No, they won't. If we kill off the fucking creature, we can save your brother-"

"-don't make promises like that! Don't try to make me think that there's going to be some good at the end of this! So many people died Billy! They just melted and became that thing! It's too late!" (y/n) cries out, digging her hands in her hair. "I did this to him... I doomed him..." Billy sighs and pulls her into his arms, looking over at the others to see them try and turn a car over. Eleven failed using her powers so now they were using the powers of physics, which obviously worked.

He furrows his brows as he feels the ground shake light around him, (y/n) also noticing it when hears low rumbling. "It's here!" Billy calls out. "RUN!" the group dives to hide, (y/n) and Billy running upstairs to hide in one of the empty stores when they hear the glass roof of the mall shattering.

"Fuck, fuck fuck!" (y/n) whispers, hiding behind a counter desk with Billy, peering over the side to see the Mind Flayer roaring out. The lights flickered and distorted voices rang out against the low growling, the creature stomping its way around the bottom floor of the mall.

"Shit-" Billy braces himself as the floor shakes violently.

"They're in trouble." (y/n) mumbles out, slowly crawling out from where she was hiding while being crouched low, Billy hissing at her to come back. She sends him a glare, crawling to the edge of the banister to see see Max, Mike and Eleven hiding behind a counter with the Mind Flayer just on top of them.

Shit!

(y/n) looks around, grabbing a random shoe and chucking it as far as she could to the other side of the mall. The creature snaps its head to the sound, growling and she sees the kids run away. She sighs in relief, moving to crawl back but her whole body goes rigid when her foot hits the back of a glass bottle which rattles loud.

"(y/n)!" Billy gasps softly as she quickly drops her body to the floor, hiding behind a couple of bins and benches. His heart drops as he sees her look at him in fear, the Mind Flayer turning towards where (y/n) was and sending a tentacle out to hunt.

"Billy..." she gives him an apologetic look, squeezing her eyes shut in fear of the worst. She holds her breath, hearing the sick squealing of the tentacle coming closer and closer until she hears a loud pop.

Oh thank fuck!

She breathes out as the Mind Flayer growls and jumps to the sound that was away from her, softly gasping as she was suddenly pulled back by her feet. Billy pulls her behind the counter again, sneering at the absolute dumb fuckery she just pulled that could've risked her life.

"You idiot!" Billy seethes softly but (y/n) quickly looks out the window to see Nancy, Jonathan, Will and Lucas run for her car.

"They got out-wait, where's Max, Mike and Eleven!?" She searches frantically while Jonathan attaches the ignition cable and revs up the engine, Nancy shooting at her brother as he speeds towards them.

"Come on, come on!" Billy hisses out, his eyes catching another car speeding across the car park and slamming into (b/n)'s car.

"Go Scoops Troops!" (y/n) cheers silently, quicking shutting up as she hears the Mind Flayer roar and climb out of the mall, jumping down to chase the group when they drive away after Steve and Robin jump in.

"Not my car!" Billy groans after seeing his car destroyed when the creature jumped down.

"Forget that! We need to find the kids!" (y/n) exclaims as she points at her brother crawling out of the car.

"Shit!" Billy and her race down the stairs and out of the mall, seeing Mike and Max help Eleven as they walk through the automatic gates. "Go back!" Billy yells out, the couple running for the kids and shoving them back as (y/n) slams the button to close the gate.

"Move it!" (y/n) hisses out as Billy grabs Eleven and everyone runs back inside the mall, the older girl turning back around and gasping as she sees her brother push apart the gates. "Oh fuck!" she shrieks and runs after the kids down the white hallway as Mike tried to get the elevator doors to open. "The stairs!?"

"Emergency lock!"

"You've got to be shitting me!" (y/n) looks down the hall and sees the door slam open, her brother looking straight at her and she scrambles to grab a handgun from her bag even though her heart begged her to not hurt her brother. "(b/n)! Please, (b/n) you have to be in there somewhere! It's me (y/n), your sister!" her arms shook as she held the rifle. "Your name is (b/f/n) and you're my younger brother! We live in Sydney with our mum. We used to cause trouble together! Please it's your sister!" (b/n) continued advancing at her, ignoring her words. "I'm sorry for leaving you!" she cries out and there was a slight hesitation in his step. "I'm sorry I left you! I'm sorry that I disappeared!" (b/n) slows down, standing just in front of the rifle barrel that is pressed against his chest, looking down at (y/n). "Please, please I'm so sorry for doing this to you..." (y/n) pants out, slowly taking a step back in fear as (b/n) raises his arm.

"(y/n)!" Billy yells out as her brother bent the shotgun and grabbed her throat before slamming her head against the wall, throwing her body down the hallway. Billy yells out in anger and launches himself at (b/n), punching him in the face but (b/n) rips a pole from the wall and smashes it against his side where he was stabbed.

"Billy! (y/n)!" The kids scream out in terror as they watch (b/n) slam the pole against Billy's back before advancing on them, Max thrown to the side and Mike's head slammed into a pole. Eleven screams out as she tried to stop him with her powers but he grabs her head and slams it back against the wall, her body crumbling to the floor. (y/n) gasps in pain as her vision blurred, trying to get up as her brother grabbed Eleven and took her away.

"Eleven..." she wheezes out, her head pounding painfully until her vision falls dark.

"(y/n)! (y/n) come on! Wake up!" she hisses lightly, looking up to see Billy look down at her wide wide blown eyes full of fear.

"Billy...?" She flinches as there was a sharp pain in her head, reaching to the back to feel blood.

"Shit your head!"

"Your side..." (y/n) groans out, seeing his shirt and jacket soaked with blood but Billy pushes that back, helping her up on her feet. "The kids...?"

"In pain but alive..." she looks over and sees Mike and Max resting against the walls, struggling against the pain before they slowly got up.

"Everything hurts..." Max whines out, helping Mike.

"El, where's El!?" Mike gasps out, wincing from the pain in his head.

"She got taken." (y/n) wheezes out, Billy holding her waist to keep her up as they walked towards the kids.

"We need to go help her!" Mike stumbles when the ground shook violently like things were blowing up above him in the mall.

"Let's go." (y/n) hisses out and everyone shuffles in the elevator, limping towards the mall to see (b/n) drag Eleven by her foot and pull her closer to the Mind Flayer. She screams out, (b/n) howling in pain as the others threw fireworks at the creature which also shrieks in pain.

Eleven winces as (b/n) pins her down, struggling to get away. "Running up that hill..." she gasps out and he stops. "(y/n) would sing you to sleep..." (b/n) frowns, leaning back. "When your parents fought, she would cover your ears and sing to you..." Eleven cries softly, remembering how sweet and warm that moment was. "She would lay with you, the window open so you both could watch the stars. Your bed was a red racecar." (b/n) closes his eyes. "You had a tree with a swing on it... a spinning lamp with stars on it that lit your ceiling."

"We were only little kids back then..." (y/n) whispers as she approached her brother slowly, him looking up at her. "I tried to hide you from the world of growing up too fast. I took the burden of getting a job to help mum find a place when we lost the house... sunk into deep money issues... We were only kids..." (y/n) cries softly. "I made sure that you had a childhood while I gave up on mine... I didn't want you to suffer..." (y/n) knelt down next to her brother. "We were so happy when we were ignorant children..." (b/n) looks up at her older sister, crying as she held his cheek.

"I'd make a deal with God," (b/n) mumbles softly.

"And I'd get him to swap our places..." (y/n) says, wishing that she could take his spot.

Billy rushes up the stairs, dodging the arms of the Mind Flayer to get to the duffel bags he left behind of the Molotov Cocktails. "We're out!" Lucas screams out, Billy skidding to the floor and ripping open the duffel bags.

"Not yet we're not!" he ties up a few bottles together, lighting up the rags with a lighter. "Let's heat things up!" He screams out, grabbing the attention of the Mind Flayer and throwing the petrol bombs at it. It howls in pain as fire erupts all over its skin from the petrol bomb, the others grabbing more bottles and lighting them up.

"Fuck yeah!" Steve screams out, throwing bottles like a speed missile as it shatters and explodes on the Mind Flayer. It wails and stumbles into the interior of the mall, the pillars and the second-floor breaking and crumbling.

"The place is going to come down!" Jonathan yells out and they all try to run to the bottom floor while chucking the petrol bombs on the Mind Flayer and on the pillars of the mall.

"(y/n) let's go!" Billy goes to her as she helps Eleven and her brother up onto their feet.

"Guys move it!" Nancy screams out, signalling for everyone to hurry out the door as the mall starts to fall into itself, The Mind Flayer screeching as giant piles of rubble falls onto its body.

"Hurry!" Steve yells, pulling the kids out harshly by their arms.

"Shit close the door!" Robin exclaims as she turns back to see the Mind Flayer send out its tentacles to try and grab Eleven. Everyone runs out, stepping back away from the mall when Mike speaks up about someone being missing from the group. They all look back at the door, seeing the missing person blocking the doorway with their body as the Mind Flayer sends its tentacles to pierce through.

"I love you..." They mutter out and a single scream rips through the Hawkins town, shaking the night sky.
