T W E N T Y - E I G H T:
speedy problems
"The tachyon device is in place," Cisco said. There was a chance that the machine might not even work. The thought of it scared Bibiana.
"You think it'll work?" Barry asked.
"It'll work," Cisco said, leaving the cortex.
"So how do we advertise to him that the prototype's here?" Barry asked.
Bibiana got up and left the cortex. She went into another room and grabbed a paper she needed. Then she spotted the gift she made for Barry. The girl grabbed it before she entered the cortex. She saw Barry walking out of the room, so she ran across the room and into the hallway.
"Barry," Bibiana said. The boy stopped and looked at his girlfriend. "I was going to give you this on Christmas day but with everything going on. . . I just wanted to give it to you today."
Bibiana handed him the wrapped present. Barry unwrapped it and saw it was a picture frame. It wasn't a normal one. The picture was of Barry and Bibiana. It was from the day they went to have dinner with Bibiana's parents, Caitlin, and Cisco.
Then it switched to a group photo of the four friends. The next one was of Barry and Iris. The one after that was of Barry and Joe. Then one with Dr. Wells. Then a picture with Felicity. After that one, there was a picture of Barry at the age of 10 with his parents. That picture, Bibiana had to hack to get it. Then there was one that the couple had taken during there movie and ice cream night. They both had made silly faces at the camera. The screen said it required a four number passcode.
"You should know it," Bibiana said. "But be careful, after three tries. The folder will erase."
Barry typed in the first four numbers that popped into his head. It unlocked and there was a picture of Barry with Oliver and Digg, but Oliver was in his Arrow suit. The picture then changed to a clear picture of Barry running in his Flash suit. Then to a picture of both the Flash and Electric Storm. The last file was a video that played. It was the moment that Bibiana and Barry kissed after they fixed Barry from his anger.
"I- I love it," Barry said, kissing the girl. The frame had all of Barry's favorite people and moments. "Have you opened mine yet?"
"No," Bibiana said. "But I can if you want me too."
Barry smiled. "I think you should."

Bibiana sat down in her little lab and stared at the small box in front of her. She grabbed it in her hands and unwrapped it and opened the box. Inside the box was a necklace. It was an infinite sign. Bibiana flipped it over and saw it was engraved.
Barry Allen & Bibiana Solace
The girl slipped it out of the box and put it on. Then her eye caught the sight of a note.
I know we haven't been dating for long, but it feels like we have. I'm happy to say that I'm glad the lightning struck me that night. If it hadn't, I wouldn't have met you. I know I will always have you in my life, Bibiana. I don't think I ever want to lose you. May we always be together.

"Sending out another pulse," Cisco said. Bibiana sat next to him, working on catching the other Flash. The girl looked up at the empty wall and smiled to herself for being able to hide the suits.
"Are you certain this trap will work?" Eddie asked.
"Are you questioning our intelligence?" Bibiana asked. She was also unsure it would work.
"I've sent up three charges in open satellite," Cisco said. "If anyone's looking for tachyonic particles, they'll know we got them."
They watched as the room was empty one second before the man in the yellow suit ran in. He was trapped in their trap.
"Let's see what we caught," Dr. Wells said. They all went down towards the trap. A police stood in front of Bibiana 'protecting' her when the girl could protect them all.
"Cisco, lights," Dr. Wells said, rolling to the front. The only reason why Bibiana went with the police was that she wanted to see the person who ruined Barry's life. The lights turned on, thanks to Cisco.
"Detective Thawne?" Dr. Wells said. "Would you like to read him his right?"
"Joe, what are you doing?" Eddie asked his partner, who was stepping closer to the murderer.
"Getting some answers," Joe said. "Fourteen years ago, you murdered Nora Allen. I wanna know why. Why?"
"Dr. Wells, we meet at last," the evil Flash said, ignoring Joe's question.
"What do you want with the tachyonic particles?" Dr. Wells asked, getting closer.
"My goals are beyond your understanding," the Reverse Flash said.
"Oh, I don't know," Dr. Wells said. "I'm a pretty smart guy. I knew you were exceptionally fast. Any trap we manufactured would have to be invisible. I knew your cells could repair themselves at extraordinary speed so you could withstand the damage this is doing to your body right now. The reason I know all this is because your powers are almost exactly like those of the Flash."
"Oh, I'm not like the Flash at all," the Reverse Flash said. "Some would say I'm the reverse"
The Reverse Flash sped out of the trap, grabbed Dr. Wells, and started to beat him up. Bibiana covered her mouth as she took a step back. She couldn't do anything without risking everyone knowing who she was.
"Cisco, turn it off the barrier!" Joe yelled. "Cisco, he's gonna kill Wells!"
Joe started to turn the barrier off by force. The reverse Flash stopped beating up Dr. Wells and took the tachyonic particles.
"Find him!" Eddie yelled. The Reverse Flash stood behind them. Bibiana turned around and took another step back.
"Crap. Crap. Crap," Bibiana muttered.
"Don't move or we will shoot," Eddie said with fear.
The Reverse Flash ran all over the room, knocking officers down. He took the gun away from Eddie and stood right in his face. Bibiana was close to him and it made her uncomfortable. She heard a gun go off. Before she could understand what happened, she was standing in front of Eddie with a bullet wound in her shoulder. She fell onto the floor as blood rushed out of the wound.
The Flash ran into the room and took the Reverse Flash out. Joe and Eddie rushed to the bleeding girl.
"I need to stop getting hurt," Bibiana said in pain. She could feel her body slowly healing but they needed to get the bullet out.

"Hey!" Joe yelled when he entered his house.
"Hey," everyone replied. Bibiana sat on the floor in front of the couch and turned to smile. She had bandages underneath her shirt so no one would suspect of her rapid healing.
"What are you guys doing here?" Barry asked.
"I invited them," Joe said. "Where's Dr. Wells?"
"Uh, he wasn't feeling up to a social gathering but he appreciated the invitation," Caitlin answered. "Eggnog?"
"Yes," Joe replied. Bibiana took a sip of her own.
"Merry Christmas, Barry," Eddie said.
"You too, Eddie," Barry replied. Bibiana got up and joined everyone else for eggnog. She needed a refill.
Once her mug was filled, she turned around and headed to the living room when she was stopped by Barry. He pointed above them where a mistletoe was. Bibiana smiled as she got on her tippy toes. Barry leaned down and their lips met.
"You taste like eggnog," Barry said when they pulled apart. Bibiana laughed.
"So do you," Bibiana replied. They hugged for a seconds before they heard Iris voice.
"Dad! It's time!"
They went to the living room and watched as Joe put the angel on the treetop. Barry pulled Bibiana closer as she watched the happy moment happen. She felt at peace with her life. Everything seemed normal at that moment. She just hoped her past would never catch up with her.

"I will have you, Bibiana Solace," a voice said, as they stared at a picture of the said girl. "Even if it's the last thing I do."
