Vikram punched the bag as a part of his daily practice. He felt his attacks weren't up to the mark, breathing deep he turned 360 degree and kicked the bag hard but it stayed at its place without moving an inch. He huffed, something was not letting him focus on his practice. Taking a deep breath, he closed his eyes to build his focus but behind the closed eyes flashed an innocent face, brown eyes and the smile that he received as an award for saving her. 'How dumb of me, I didn't even ask her name.' He murmured to himself.

''So my guess was right, you are still dreaming of that girl but isn't she too young? You must be of her father's age.'' Rolli teased digging her teeth into the apple. Vikram gave her a flat stared going back to his practice, his grip loosened and he slipped earning a laugh from his sister. He pulled off his gloves and dumped them in a corner, ''Enough of your taunts! Fine, kick it harder than me.''

Rolli chewed the fruit in her mouth, keeping the rest on the table. She brushed off her palms and stood near the bag taking her position. She took a minute, stepped back and came forward full force. The bag oscillated left to right vigorously before crashing on the floor. She smiled at him, ''You need to relax bhai!

Vikram stared at his sister with a raised brow as she danced over her victory, he waited for her to finish. She stopped and walked to him, ''Bhai , take a break. Wait for your informers to find about her, you will be fine once you know who she is.''

''Who said I am looking for her?'' Vikram came out defensive making Rolli chuckle, ''You forgot, I am trained to be your shadow. I am there even if I am not visible.''

He stared at her with a smile and then pulled her into a bear hug, ''You are good enough to be a leader. There is no need for you to be a shadow.'' He said patting her cheek.

She huffed, ''But its fun to be a shadow!''

''How?''

She smiled, took a step back , turning away from him she explained, ''One can be present yet absent being a shadow, and can surprise the enemy any time at own will.'' She sounded thrilled. Vikram frowned, she sometimes sounded more dangerous than she appeared to be. He turned her around, ''You don't have to be that! I want you to live to the fullest.''

''Vicky, I know there is something our parents never share. I know you are worried and digging the details, I just want to help.'' Her face turned serious

''Rolli, whatever it is. I will face it first, before it touches anyone of you.'' He sounded firm

She didn't retaliate but smiled with a nod, ''By the way her name is Sonakshi, she is a 11th grader in an Ivy School! Don't you think you are too old for her?''

Vikram rejoiced but kept his emotions neutral, ''Who?'' he tried to sound confused.

''The one who had infiltrated your heart and mind, and made you blush just now.'' She pulled out a paper, ''Here , her details and next time ask me. I can get things done faster than your loser friends.''

''Over confidence.'' He teased

She pulled  her jacket on, ''Rathore confidence.'' With a smiled she waved running down the stairs. He stood watching her retreating form, and then smiled. His sister knew him just too well. Moving to the table he picked the paper which the details of girl he saved, he decided to meet her once.

Sonakshi waved at her friends walking out of her school, past days have been hectic due to projects and assignments. After the fateful day, Dev had gone extra protective about her. She wasn't permitted alone anywhere, even after school he had arranged a guard for to be dropped home safely. She shook her head recalling how he had synced their phones so that he knows of her location all the time.

She smiled at the tall man who waited for her at the school exit, he immediately loomed over her as she stepped out, leading her to the vehicle. As she pushed her bag in her eyes caught a figure on the other side of the road.

There was a guy on a expensive bike with his helmet on, she smiled. She knew it was him, he had lifted the glass and his eyes smiled at her. She had the urge to go and speak to him, thank him for helping her when there was no need for him to but she couldn't, not in presence of her guard. She didn't wanted her brother worried or pissed. He had any ways declared she was too young to talk or think about guys. She didn't protest, he meant a lot to her.

Sonakshi looked at Vikram once, then gave a side glance to the guard, he gave a nod. With that she quickly got inside the car with a smile , amazed that he understood her so easily. As her car sped off, Vikram saw a paper being dropped. He drove and picked it up driving off next moment.

As soon as he reached home, he locked himself in the room and pulled out the note.

'Hi saviour ...I am Sonakshi and here is my number...xxxxxxx' he smiled . Without waiting a minute he messaged her, waiting for her to respond. She did making him grin wide,

'How did you know its me.' He asked

'Ummm...don't know..but was sure it's you..Saviour!' Came the response

'My name is Vikram!'

'Hi Vikram, I am Sonakshi!' He grinned wide at her message, then sat staring at the phone not knowing what to text her. 'Are you there?' Came her's next minute

'Yes.. zoned out. Don't know what to ask and what to share.'

'Then just share what you want to...and I will do the same.'

Her candid response made him smile more. After contemplating for good time he finally asked what he wanted to, 'Can we meet? Only if you are fine.'

There was no response for long, Vikran cursed for stepping his boundaries. He instantly responded, 'I am sorry! I stepped my boundaries.'

'Its fine, I just can't meet you that easily. Anna keeps a close watch, he is too worried about me after the last incident.'

'I can relate to him, I would have done the same if it was my sister.' He replied

'Your sister !!! Who would mess with her, she is so brave'

He grinned, 'Yes, Rolli is one of her kind. She is sometimes too brave for her own good.'

'Where did you get my whereabouts from and why?' Her next question surprised him

'My sister arranged it for me , and the answer of Why is the same for which you dropped your number scribbled on the paper.' Sona's heart paced. She smiled burying her face into the soft of her pillow. She heard Dev calling her out and decided to end the chat, 'Vikram...Anna is here. Will chat later Bye!!!'

She went offline and Vikram huffed, how he hoped to chat with her a little longer. He knew she was still younger and decided to take time. He was bought up to be a gentleman, only till no one crossed his patience limit.

He lay on his bed till his phone took his attention, it was Dan, ''Vikram, man you didn't tell me you are participating in derby to help Archie..'' Vikram processes and then groaned.

''I will be there!'' With that he disconnected. Archie was his batch mate and came from a humble background. With his father's demise the poor lad was left to take care of his younger brother and mother. He was an amazing rider and participated in derby to earn some quick money along with the odd jobs. Vikram was aware that Archie couldn't ride for next few months being severely ill but he never expected his strong headed sister to help the guy this way.

By the time he reached, it had already begun and it took Vikram few minutes to spot his sister. She rode behind all and then half way the race she paced up leaving all behind the dust of cloud, ''She is good!'' Dan exclaimed

''Who told you its me?'' Vikram asked

''Archie, who else. He said he stepped in to save his job as the owner threatened to fire him backing out the last minute.''

Vikram rolled his eyes, he understood. She would have taken his name so that Archie doesn't refuse. He shook his head, they had both learned to ride from his mother, and his sister seemed to master it just like him.

''Here, your money'' Rolli handed the cheque to Archie

''I thought its...''

''Vikram,its fine. Doesn't matter it's me or him. We are same, now go and get some rest.''

Dev watched the doll faced rider giving away her winnings to his best rider. When Archie backed out last moment he had no option but to fire him as the last decision came from his step father. But Archie requested to let his friend participate on his behalf assuring a good game, and he was right.

''You know I don't permit females to ride for me.'' Dev interrupted , curious to have her speak to him

''Rolli, that's my boss.'' Archie introduced. She didn't turn, instead she gave him a side glance, ''take care Archie''

''I was talking to you.'' Dev followed

''I am not interested!'' She replied walking off, he decided to follow.

''You stepped in without my permission. It was suppose to be some Vicky!''

''Vicky or me , doesn't matter. I am his sister.'' She replied

''What you just did is cheating''

Now she halted, turned and locked her gaze with his, ''And not being able to understand a sick man's plight and threaten him of losing the job is in-human. Now choose, what's better.'' She asked , her arms crossed over her chest

''he wouldn't have lost the job and I have to threaten him to get me a good replacement or I would lose a lot of money.'' He explained

''Have fun with all the money now.'' She taunted walking off. He stood frozen at his place watching her disappear, ''Rolli!'' her name rolled over his tongue sending a wave of contentment passed through his body. He smiled and ran behind her, ''I am sorry for misunderstanding your brother that day!''

She frowned, ''Then you should have apologised then, why now?''

''Because I didn't then.'' He shot back

She turned towards him, ''You know...whatever your name is, there is always a right time for everything. Once the time slips, all you have left is repentance.''

''What do you mean?''

''Apologies, wishes and blessing should come on right time and to the right one.'' She replied unaffected of the anger building in him.

''You are snobbish for your own good!'' He said irritated at her cold attitude towards him

''If you think after punching my brother you can happily flirt with me , you are wrong. Yes, I am snobbish to your kind.''

He was taken aback, how did she concluded he was flirting, ''I ....wasn't flirting!''

''really? convince yourself and stop following me.''

''Why?'' he didn't know where it came from

''Because this ladies rest room and I need to change.''  She replied curt and he immediately stepped back embarrassed. 

''Sorry!'' He said all red in face, quickly retreating . He heard a chuckle which bought instant smiled to his face. he turned to look at her once more, she smiled this time having undid her hair. Her long hair dancing around her cute face, Dev felt his heart leaped and immediately his smile vanished. 'All this isn't for you, stop right now.' His reality screamed at him , turning around he quickly walked away not bothering to turn again.

''I want you to train me!'' Vansh said standing opposite to Sitara. She frowned, he never had interest in training and this sudden request surprised her, ''Why now Prince!''

''Because I am a Prince.'' Said the 15 year old

Sitara huffed, ''Is that something related regarding your search in main library?'' She questioned leaving him shocked. She smiled and took a step, ''I know, but you will have to stop and I promise to take care.''

''Then who will care about you? I want to be prepared, help me!'''Sitara watched the young Prince for a moment and then nodded earning a hug. She just smiled, she had vowed to protect these kids and would do all for that.
