Nya shivers. The wind tugging at her long black dress. This was it, time to say goodbye to her brother. Forever. Nya whimpers as she stands in the middle of the field. Everything around her is a blur, the only thing being clear is him, laying still, unmoving. 

She's in no control over her feet as she steps forward, sinking to the ground. Reaching in she grabs his pale, cold hand.

"Hi K-Kai. I-I miss you a-already. Why did you leave me?!" Tears start streaming down Nya's face as she sobs loudly, unable to comprehend what's happened, "WHY?!"

A pair of arms wrap around her waist, pulling her back into their chest. She turns her head and sobs into them. A hand combs through her hair as she screams and sobs for him to come back.

"Shh."

Jay?

Glancing up, she realises that it is Jay. Holding her in his arms and soothing her. Slipping his hands under her knees and around her back, he stands up with her in his arms, rocking her gently. Nya clutches onto his robe and sobs into it, soaking it with more of her tears. Jay slowly steps away, allowing Skylor to come up. She crouches down and takes his hand.

"Hey," a soft whimper escapes her lips, "I-I miss you s-so much. I love you so, so much...and our child would have loved you too."

Skylor places a hand on her flat stomach as tears stream down her face.

"I-I love you," she leans down and kisses his forehead gently.
