"When will you ever change your lock screen?" Ais asked, raising a brow at his childhood friend. "What if someone happens to sneakily steal your phone and typed out your stupid password which is literally displayed on your wallpaper?"

"Okay, fine! Geez! Why are you acting so overprotective, you plushie-lover?" The fire elemental fumed, irritated by the fact that his friend is becoming more like a concerned parent, instead of a careless friend, in which he assumed he is.

"Your personal details are kept in your phone, idiot." The ice manipulator snapped, his teeth gritted in annoyance. "You'll get yourself into danger once they found out everything about you."

"Alright! Just give me back my phone!" Blaze exclaimed, trying to snatch back his beloved phone from his close friend, but the latter was pushing him back and moved his phone farther away from him, which made it more difficult for him to reach.

"I don't trust you using it, so I'll be the one who'll change that wallpaper of yours instead." The light-blue eyed teenager stated. "In short, I'll be keeping it with me for a while." He added, shoving his enraged friend's phone in his pocket.

"But it's my phone! I can do it myself!"

"But I'm your friend, who's more worried about your whole being, but you— yourself, isn't more mindful of the danger that lies ahead."

"You're.. just.. a friend!—"

"A friend who has a brain, unlike you."

"Grrr!— Ais! Just please give back my phone."

"Not until I finished changing your lock screen."

The crimson-eyed boy groaned, sighing in defeat afterwards. "Fine! You better return that back to me, with no scratches, broken screen, nor even a single dirt." He responded, huffing as he sulked on his seat.

Ais took a quick glance at his childhood friend, snorting. He merely shook his head and his sapphire eyes gazed towards the door of their classroom, pursing his lips. They've been waiting for their classes to start for a while now and checking by the time from their clock— located on the middle-top of their blackboard, they still have a few more minutes remaining.

"I hate PE class..." The calm elemental muttered. "It's not like I'm going to be an athlete or a coach in the future, plus, I barely exercise myself."

Soon after, their famous alchemical friend arrived, with beads of sweat trickling down his face while panting lightly. The psychology duos gave him a perplexed look, with Solar returning their confused stares with a 'give-me-a-minute' look. After some time, he finally caught up his breath, making his way towards his two friends afterwards.

Ais was about to open his mouth to question him some things, when Solar interrupted him from doing so, as he knew what they'll be asking him.

"I used my powers to come here because I'm going to be late, so here I am, completely drained out, and Duri's sick, so he couldn't attend today's class. Hopefully only today..." The light elemental explained, calming himself as he could still feel the rapid beating of his heart in his chest.

"Oh, but I still have one question, and it's, how come you can read minds now?" Blaze laughed cheekily, making his popular friend to raise a brow at him.

"Give me a break, you noddy matchstick."

Closing the tap water, the fire user damped his face on to his towel, drying it off. When he was done, he looked at himself through the mirror infront of him, staring at his own reflection. A tired look was plastered on his face, as he recalled the events that had happened earlier.

His mind flashed back to that time where he was just minding his own business during his classes, when Frostfire just had to ruin his day. He was pissed when he had to deal with his rival again, everytime when he has the same classes as him. His furious eyes were flaming in anger as he remembered the way his rival gave him that sickening smugly look, and he just loathed that face a lot.

He was so close to punching his face hardly with his blazing fist, but he never liked the thought of anyone thinking him as a bad guy. He was just so exhausted, everyday he needed to compose himself whenever his rival would taunt him. He never knew that this school year for him, would be a disaster, compared to last year, though he had embarrassing moments, but it was still the memorable one for him.

Currently it's their lunch time, but Blaze doesn't feel like eating at all. He thought of going here in the restroom instead to ponder off some things in his mind peacefully.

"I really hate you. I hate you, I hate you, I hate you!" The frustrated teen ranted, with both of his fists banging on to the sink.

"Don't let him get into your nerves, Blaze." Ais stated, his body leaning on to the wall while both of his arms were folded on his chest. "Sooner or later, this school building would burst out into flames if you couldn't control your own temper."

"He's always in my head, Ais, and I couldn’t get rid of him!—"

"That's because you're thinking about him too much." His childhood friend replied, sighing. "You never think about yourself for once."

"Then what can I do? Everywhere I go, he's always there, looking at me with that same, irritating, sneering face."

"But, you're here in the restroom, but he isn't here."

"Who knows? He could be watching, or listening to our conversation—"

"Every doors of the cubicles are open, stupid."

"You don't know that."

"I checked them, don't worry." Ais softly said, heaving another sigh afterwards. "You know, I'm not used to seeing you like this."

Blaze scoffed at him. "Well, guess what? That brat changed me like this."

"Then what about that time you used to have so many people insulting and lying infront and behind your back, but you overcome them?"

"That was in the past, Ais."

"Yes, it was in the past, when we were little. But, right now, you're dealing with the same thing, but with only one person involving. Think about it."

There was a moment of silence between the two, with Blaze recalling that past event his friend just mentioned. Even to this day, it still haunts him, and he was terrified about it when he just gone through that painful memory. But thanks to his close friend, he was there— no, he's always there for him whenever he needed him the most.

"You're.. right. I'm sorry, I just..." Blaze didn't finished his statement when Ais suddenly shoved something on his face. It was his phone.

"I don't need your apology. You're always forgiven, Blaze. I always got your back, and you're not alone." The ice elemental stated, before exiting the restroom, leaving his friend behind to give him some alone time.

Blaze on the other hand, felt more relieved and calmer after hearing those responses from his friend, and he was also happy since he got his phone back. But he got curious about the change in his wallpaper, so he turned on his phone. What he witnessed made his eyes lit up in joy, making him forget everything that bothers him.

The wallpaper contained him, with his childhood friend and a label that says, 'I always got your back'.
