Desmond's POV

When we get back to the office, Lucy looks at the Assassins and nods.

"You did well, Desmond!"

"Thanks!"

"Desmond, we set up a place in your room where they're going to sleep," Shaun says as he walks in to room.

"Okay."

I take the assassins to my room (which is fairly large) and show them where they'll be sleeping.

"It's so comfortable..." Altaïr says as he sits down on his bed.

"Yeah, they are. Ezio, wanna call the pizza place and get us some pizza?" I ask, tossing him my iPhone.

I only remembered what time they're from when they dodged the phone and it landed safely on the bed.

"Is this that phone thing?" Connor asks, looking at it.

"Yeah. Here, I'll show you how to work it."

I walk over to them and sit in between them, assassins on either side. I turn it on and slide to the lock screen. Edward jumps and pulls out his gun, preparing to shoot it.

"Edward, don't! Just watch!" I say in alarm. He reluctantly puts it away and I hand the phone to Altaïr.

"Press 7-4-2-1, in that order."

Altaïr takes the phone and presses 7, then 4, then 2, then 1. It makes a clicking sound as it opens and all the assassins jump.

"What is this wizardry?" Edward asks.

"It's called an iPhone. Almost everyone has one," I reply. "Now Ezio, call the pizza place. Put 222-22-22 into this keypad."

Ezio presses the buttons excitedly and then sits there staring at the screen as it rings.

"Put it up to your ear," I whisper. He nods and put it up to his head at a distance.

"No! Close, you imbecile!" Connor says when he sees me face-palm.

"Thank you Connor!" I exclaim.

Ezio puts it right beside his ear and waits.

"Hello, this is Pizza Pizza! May I take your order?" I hear a lady say on the other end. Ezio doesn't say anything, just sits there with a look of awe on his face.

I sigh and snatch the phone from his hand.

"Sorry about that. I would like two pepperoni pizzas please," I say, giving Ezio the death glare.

When I finally finish the order, I hang up and look at my ancestors.

"You guys are doomed as soon as we enter the high school."
