After centuries something happened that changed the multiverse and the fate of the ones in it Ink the creator had been creating for a long time due to his lack of soul he had a horrible memory but one day something changed Ink's creator came back for one last time after centuries they came back to fix and change their only creation Ink to do so they had to factory reset him. Ink was alone in the doodlesphere when the process started His creator restored his soul and changed his personality making him shy and skittish, innocent, and a sweetheart he no longer cares to make or protect au's. Ink's creator had to reset him to change the things they wanted about him. Because of this Ink has no memory and will never get them back on the positive side he will now have true emotions and a better memory now that he has a soul. Ink woke up with no memory of the place he was in he remembered that his name was Ink and nothing else really he saw a brush strapped across his back he felt like it was important so he left it there he started to wander in this never ending space eventually Ink ended up practicing his powers and made a portal to outertale he ended up seeing a black skeleton with millions of wounds on him with tear marks staring at him in annoyance. "So ink come to kill me again?" Error asked "What do you mean who are you?" Ink asked nervously this is this first monster that he has meet he tugged his scarf up shifting side to side. Error was confused by ink's behavior but sent his strings out to grab ink. Ink was terrified when the string wrapped around him and pulled out his soul now error he was confused about Ink's behavior but the creator had a soul so to find out what's going on he checked him and saw everything from ink's check box he dropped Ink in shock Ink then immediately due to the amount of fear in him bolted back to the doodlesphere. error was shocked he was free ink's check said he no longer wanted to make Au's but then it turned to worry as he remembered the change to his personality as well as that he had no memory he was worried about the creator despite the pain Ink has caused him he didn't hate Ink he was better then that he knew that ink had no idea about the balance as his lack of soul made it so he couldn't remember. Error decided to go to the mansion and tell Nightmare and his crew the news he also told them to keep an eye out for ink and to try to bring him home with them. It took weeks to find Ink as he would bolt before anyone could talk to him. Nightmare was the one who finally able to talk to him he managed to sneak up on Ink who was staring at the stars Nightmare approached him. "Hello I'm Nightmare what's your name?" Nightmare asked he knew ink's name but figured it would be better to ask this question to keep ink calm. Ink turned around startled he pulled his scarf up and shifted side to side and played with his hands nervous. "I'm Ink." Ink said. Nightmare held out his hand. "It's nice to meet you." Nightmare said Ink shook his hand and then drew back. Nightmare spent the next few hours talking with Ink the more they talked the more Ink relaxed and Nightmare could honestly say that he enjoyed this new version of Ink's company. This Ink was way better then the old one Nightmare actually asked to be friends so he could spend more time with Ink. "Hey do you have anywhere to sleep I know you live in the doodlesphere but do you have a bed?" Nightmare asked Ink shook his head no. "would you like to come back with me to my place you could sleep in my room on the couch for tonight and I could get your room ready tomorrow." Nightmare said. "Sure I guess I could I mean I don't really have any other friends." Ink said. Ink took Nightmare's hand following him into the portal and they ended up in Nightmare's room Nightmare set up the couch with a pillow and gave Ink a fluffy blanket Ink laid on the couch it was extremely soft he covered himself with the blanket. Nightmare climbed into his bed after making sure Ink was settled onto the couch. They both drifted off into sleep Ink on the couch and Nightmare on the bed they both peacefully drifted off into sleep.
