These files were found in the old Galactic Building by the Nova Corporation after the Team's disbandment. Director Sirius believes these documents were a scrapped plan by Cyrus to capture the legendary pokemon Novatta, knowing it would be too risky to control and would likely result in his own demise. (I'll add more later)

Origin...

Something we humans for centuries have been trying to understand.

When we think we are getting to finally understand where we came from, more pieces to the puzzle come to our attention and we're left with an even bigger confusing mess than before.

For example, take the myths of  Sinnoh. Stories tell of three Pokémon.

One of Time....

One of Space...

The third is said to represent Antimatter. A force of destruction, banished to another world.

This is where the cracks begin to show.

With every force in this world, there is a counter-opposite.

Life and Death.

Truth and Ideals.

So the opposite of Antimatter would be Matter.

Meaning that there must be a Pokémon that represents Matter.

A Pokémon like that would be invaluable to Team Galactic plans.

I will be leaving Sinnoh to do some more research. An island region by the name of Dranowa seems to have some interesting information regarding that Pokémon.

My expedition seems to have been fruitful. The pokemon goes by the name Novatta and it was said to have first appeared to the ancient people of Dranowa centuries ago, summoned by a king to save his dying son.

How pathetic...

Allowing others to use your own powers for their own.

Team Galactic will create a world where this kind of stuff won't be tolerated.
