You're wasting your time
some might say
fill each moment
of every day
but I disagree
I argue my case
I allow myself time
I give myself space
to free up my mind
often writing it down
all the thoughts in my head
that are running around
you see time isn't wasted
not even a bit
to me it is precious
every second of it
even time spent relaxing
doing nothing at all
it still serves me purpose
no matter how small.
